CBS reporter on scene describes O’Rourke’s
shameless stunt at Abbott presser: ‘Very

Remember Beto O’Rourke’s “I’m just born to be in it” Vanity Fair magazine cover?Well, the current Democratic candidate for Texas governor probably hopes you’ve forgotten it. After all, he eventually admitted that the pretentious cover and accompanying interview did much to torpedo his absurd dreams of occupying the Oval Office. But it suggests a pattern of ostentatious political stunts, and O’Rourke apparently hasn’t learned his lesson. On Wednesday afternoon, he interrupted Texas governor Greg Abbott’s press conference on the Uvalde school shooting to shout and rave at those assembled. Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick, who was present, told him he was “out of line and an embarrassment,”

Yeah, but CBS probably wants us to believe that Abbott and the Republicans staged it, inviting Beto to attend the presser. Maybe even Trump and the Russians were in on it as well.

Fake (pro)American is worse than Fake Mexican and Biden's simi-coherent "Why in God's name?" rant was far more widely heard and ethically repugnant than Bozo O'Dork's silly stunt. pendejo or idioto .... it's just a matter of degree

Beto is not that smart, which means people guided him to that event to make the comments he did, at a very inappropriate time. But, then it seems to me that many of the knee-jerk comments from the Democrats were well rehearsed and readily available for when an incident might happen. Simply so they could make it political.

The NY Times had to issue a correction to it's article to clarify that his name was not BETA. That was a Freudian typo. As others replied to the NYT, they still did not get the name right in their correction. His name is Robert Francis. A self-centered SOB by any other name is still the same.

Robert Booby Francis O'Rourke aka Beta O'Dork like all of the democrats lacks common decency and good sense. Also like his fellow dems he gives not a wit about the adults and children that were slain by that piece of human waste killer. All he cares about is obtaining power and control over We the People. Beta being called and pendejo is being far too nice.

Why is no one talking about mental health? A timeline is important, but how about one for the shooter BEFORE he killed? There's no question that anyone who PLANS such a horrific event is severely mentally ill. So, 1st and foremost he had to have been completely insane to even MAKE such a plan. So he was an unbalanced lunatic BEFORE he bought the guns. MENTAL HEALTH is the root cause of the problem---not the gun. We have so many good minds in this country somebody should be able to figure out how we could prevent such troubled people from purchasing firearms. But psychological stability is not a political issue so nobody wants to mention it. Besides, we might have to look at how terribly sick our society is to produce such terribly sick people.

But MSNBC & CNN did not air the press conference...talking heads and guests talked about how Republicans, Trump, and Sen Cruz are to be blamed for the killing of 18 children...how stupid and corrupt. New Hampshire Republican Gov. Chris Sununu (R) on Thursday promised to veto another redistricting map proposed by the Republican legislature.“The citizens of New Hampshire will not accept this map, which moves both members of Congress into the same district. Our races have to be fair, which is why I will veto this map,” the governor claimed. The redistricting map Sununu has promised to veto would benefit Republicans because it would place two radical Democrat members, Reps. Chris Pappas (D-NH) and Ann McLane Kuster (D-NH), in a head-to-head battle in district 2. It would also remove Pappas from his stronghold in Manchester.
