Who needs to spend millions on television commercials or Facebook ads if you’ve got friends in the FBI who can pull off a political dirty trick for you?Just look how cozy Hillary Clinton lawyer Michael Sussmann and FBI general counsel James A. Baker are in text messages revealed in Thursday’s testimony at Sussmann’s trial. Can you meet tomorrow, Sussmann asks the high-ranking government official. “OK, I will find a time,” Baker answers. Does he need help getting into the building? No, Sussmann answers, I have a badge to get into the Federal Bureau of Investigation. How convenient.

Bill and Hill always find a way around the rules and laws. And they often find someone else to take the blame. If they can't do that, the Lefty media (is there any other kind of media in reality?) run cover for them. As it was, is now, and ever shall be, world without end! Will Sussman walk? Probably. If he doesn't, Sleepy Joe will pardon him. This whole enterprise goes nowhere. Were I a betting man, that's what I'd put my money on.

Anyone with half brain can see that this was a conspiracy at the highest level. The hard part is to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt.

About three dozen "FBI bigwigs" and CIA bigwigs and DoJ bigwigs were in on this massive treasonous fraud against a sitting President. ALL of them deserve about a decade in prison each. I doubt if even one of them is charged, let alone convicted and imprisoned. The Corruptocrats protect each other. I am still convinced that Durham is in charge of armor plating the coverup under the guise of "uncovering the truth", and we will see one or two minor league players either acquitted or given slaps on the wrist (one already) and the major traitors will be untouched entirely. Baker is just the first example.

I was a witness in a federal case involving murder. And when the FBI agent came into the room to interview me, the first thing he said, was, "Are you wiling to submit to a polygraph exam?" I answered, "Yes." But they never ran a polygraph on me. I learned, later, that I was asked a routine question.

Just another instance of DC swamp super bureaucratic corruption. Remember highly politically connected lawyers like Sussman have to also have high level bureaucratic contacts in the executive level federal agencies to be successful in pushing their clients cases through or getting charges dropped. Anyone else who wanted to make a complaint to the FBI would be shunted over to the FBI DC field office were he or she would state their compliant or case to an FBI Special Agent who is assigned to be the duty Agent for the day or week.

WASHINGTON— The top U.S. military officer challenged the next generation of Army soldiers on Saturday to prepare America’s military to fight future wars that may look little like the wars of today. Army Gen. Mark Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, painted a grim picture of a world that is becoming more unstable, with great powers intent on changing the global order. He told graduating cadets at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point that they will bear the responsibility to make sure America is ready. “The world you are being commissioned into has the potential for significant international conflict between great powers.

As many as three donors to Hillary Clinton’s past presidential campaigns are members of the jury in the trial of former Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann in Washington, D.C., who faces the sole charge of lying to the FBI.Prosecutors working with Special Counsel John H. Durham contend that Sussmann concealed his work for the campaign when passing along information to the FBI about an alleged link between then-candidate Donald Trump and Russia, via Alfa Bank. The Alfa Bank claim was later found to be baseless, and witnesses said this week that Sussmann’s alleged deception gave him status as a confidential source that meant FBI agents could not ask further questions

The Biden administration privately acknowledged late last month that a mathematical error is delaying the federal government’s offshore oil and gas program. In an April 29 letter to industry leaders obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation, the head of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration says that a subagency “discovered a miscalculation” that has caused a massive backlog in permitting. Richard Spinrad acknowledged in his letter that the National Marine Fisheries Service—the subagency tasked with analyzing the impact of offshore drilling projects on wildlife—has used faulty computer modeling on such impacts. As a result, Spinrad wrote, the subagency overestimated wildlife effects, delaying permitting on existing leases.
