The National School Boards Association (NSBA) admitted Friday to colluding with senior White House officials to develop a letter asking the federal government to investigate concerned parents speaking at school board meetings as “domestic terrorists.”The admission comes after an internal review, which was prompted by significant backlash to the letter that led Attorney General Merrick Garland to sic the FBI on parents and use “counterterrorism tools” to investigate them.Parents speaking at school board meetings across the country were primarily outraged by the revelations that their children were being indoctrinated

Colluded to attack responsibly engaged parents of children.
Yo Dems, this is what real POTUS collusion looks like!
Dems looked so hard to find some during Trump years - where they knew all too well it never existed.

This is grounds to dissolve the organization completely. Legal proceedings should begin to freeze assets and discover who the donors are supporting this communist organization. Parents nationwide should join a class action lawsuit ASAP!

Garland should be removed for lying to Congress. It has become habitual with him.

Our school board is treating to action on people that come and speak about tax increases. These people are down right stupid to think that we taxpayers can't ask questions on the out of control spending.

Democrats are enthusiastically going around doing Satan’s business. I know that sounds out there but everything they do advances the cause of evil. Have they done anything that could even remotely be considered good? They do not because it is in their nature to be depraved. They lie, steal, cheat, murder, groom little children, and wallow in every debauchery known to man. These are not attributes of good. It comes from the darkest puts of hell. We are up against it and we need warriors who will not desert us. Democrats have gone after every aspect of our lives and they are not going to stop willingly. They must be defeated. We must answer each and every act of evil and I believe we are beginning to understand that.

They've just admitted to actions that should result is the dissolution of their union. Personally, if I were President, or had some sway over Congress, I would push to eliminate ALL Federal unions, and leave such things to State and Local entities, where they belong. I would also demand competition between such unions. And Unions would be judged based on the results they achieve.

When a Republican is the President of the United States, the democrats and media are enraged if the US Attorney General cooperates with the President, screaming that the Attorney General is supposed to be "independent" of the President, protecting the "people" against presidential excesses. Yet when a democrat is President, the Attorney General is expected to be the President's "wingman" in carrying out the President's whims and wishes.

It has been a long and difficult road these past 7 years.....especially for the Trump family...but WE are starting to see some results from tenacious MAGA leaders....it's a long bitter battle in front of US...as my sainted Mama would say..."you're allowed five minutes to cry for yourself...now what are YOU gonna do about it"...rings true for US now...never give up...and never give in....this is OUR country!!

#2 is absolutely correct, and many lawsuits should be filed across the nation, in multiple jurisdictions where parents, and concerned taxpayers (who directly pay for most school funding), have been attacked, or harassed simply for questioning what is happening in those very schools.
I'd like to see some personal lawsuits filed against individuals too.
And, don't forget, this is what they want to do if/when they have power, or retain the power to continue such brazen actions.
After all, they likely violated their First Amendment rights:
The First Amendment to the United States Constitution prevents the government from making laws that regulate an establishment of religion, or that prohibit the free exercise of religion, or abridge the freedom of speech, the freedom of the press, THE FREEDOM OF ASSEMBLY, or THE RIGHT TO PETITION THE GOVERNMENT FOR REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES.
It looks like they tried to deny freedom of assembly and the right to petition the government(official school board members acting as agent for) for redress of grievances (what they are/were teaching).
