Team Biden Quietly Admits Math Error Behind
Long Delays in Oil, Gas Permits

Original Article

The Biden administration privately acknowledged late last month that a mathematical error is delaying the federal government’s offshore oil and gas program. In an April 29 letter to industry leaders obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation, the head of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration says that a subagency “discovered a miscalculation” that has caused a massive backlog in permitting. Richard Spinrad acknowledged in his letter that the National Marine Fisheries Service—the subagency tasked with analyzing the impact of offshore drilling projects on wildlife—has used faulty computer modeling on such impacts. As a result, Spinrad wrote, the subagency overestimated wildlife effects, delaying permitting on existing leases.

Comments:

Computer modeling, that's how they uphold global warming hysteria. It's very reliable: It produces the result the modeler wants.

OMG! Can't they understand how mealy mouthed and whiny this sounds? "Oh, sorry your gas is heading for triple the price by the end of the summer compared to what it was in January 2021 when we took over. Sorry that will cost a 2 driver household $6000 more a year, Sorry that our DAY 1 policies to shut down gas production have done EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE DESIGNED TO DO. Sorry we have been dragging our feet. We made a boo boo. Bad, bad, bad National Marine Fisheries Service. We'll get to fixing it right away with the typical efficiency this administration has demonstrated over the last 16 months. We should have everything straightened out in another few years.

As several L-dotters have said, the 'math error' was in November 2020. It was 'made' by Eric Coomer, who was (maybe still is) vice president of U.S. engineering for Dominion Voting Systems . link: https://cleverjourneys.com/2022/04/09/who-is-eric-coomer-and-what-you-should-know-about-him/ extract from article: Note: Several words in Coomer's post are not acceptable to Lucianne. I have replaced those words with " ****** ". Go to the linked article to read what Coomer wrote, as well as to see the photos and read the rest of the article. ------------------------- Coomer applied a “critical software change” “without adequate testing or certification from the U.S. Election Assistance Commission” shortly before voting started in Georgia, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Oltmann has claimed: 🔹Coomer told an Antifa Zoom chat, “Don’t worry Trump won’t win the election, we fixed that.” 🔹On a conference call with other members of Antifa, Coomer said:“Don’t worry about the election, Trump’s not gonna win. I made ****** sure of that!” 🔹Coomer posted on Facebook on July 21, 2016: “If you are planning to vote for the autocratic, narcissistic, fascists, ********* blowhard and his Christianjihadist VP pic, UNFRIEND ME NOW No, I’m not joking. I’m all for reasoned political discourse and healthy debate- I’m looking at you [3 names of friends]. I disagree with you three on many philosophical grounds but respect your opinions. Only and absolute ********* IDIOT could ever vote for that wind-bag ******** FASCIST RACIST *******! No ***********, I don’t give a damn if you’re friend, family, or random acquaintance, pull the lever, mark an oval, touch a screen for that carnival barker—UNFRIEND ME NOW. I have no desire whatsoever to ever interact with you. You are beyond hope, beyond reason. you are controlled by fear, reaction, and ********. Get your ****** together. Oh, it that doesn’t persuade you, ***** YOU! Seriously, this ******* ***-clown stands against everything that makes this country awesome! You want in on that? You deserve nothing but contempt.?” --------------------------------------------- The linked article also has a short story -with photos- about Coomer ramming a building with a car, then lying about it. "Police also revealed that Coomer left the scene to avoid a DUI by going to a local bar and having a few shots of alcohol immediately after the crash." -------------------------------- THIS is the person who had the desire, the knowledge, the access to change the software in the Dominion voting machines, and as I read elsewhere, write the program adulteration so that it would act during the election, then self-delete afterwards and leave no traces that it ever existed.

FTA: The NOAA administrator was responding to an April 5 letter from the National Ocean Industries Association, the American Petroleum Institute, and the EnerGeo Alliance warning that energy producers had experienced significant permitting delays. In particular, oil and gas companies reported delays in obtaining letters of authorization from the National Marine Fisheries Service to conduct predrilling activity, including seismic surveying and geological exploration, in the Gulf of Mexico. The Biden administration implemented the faulty modeling through an April 2021 regulation, according to the industry groups. This modeling fault just happened to aid Biden's war on fossil fuels. How convenient! Too bad this suppression of oil production, resulted in the doubling of the price of gasoline. # I did that!

Now, just before the elections in November, say mid-October, any guesses as to what is going to be done to 'fix' the fuel shortage / prices ? That's right, EVERYTHING from H*** to breakfast is going to get 'opened up' and made available so that we can be told, for several weeks leading up to the elections, just how Our Great Savior, Joltin' Joe Biden and Co. ( the rest of the democrats ) has 'saved us all from the pit of ****' ! As other here have stated - This is all intentional. The people doing this and making the decisions are not Biden and they ARE NOT stupid, or ignorant or incompetent - they are following their plan / template or guide. If anyone here doesn't believe me, please let me post one question to provide some food for thought - If your highest, most important goal in life was the destruction of the miserable rotten corrupt United States of America and you had the 'President's ear' in your pocket. As in the President would say ANYTHING you told him to say to ANYONE or on any media you said, at any time about anything and would go anywhere you told him to go and do anything you told him to do because IMHO he is currently and has been for some time, VERY pliable to those around him - What would you do differently or what would you do that hasn't already been done since January 20, 2021 in order to bring down this country and fulfill your dreams ?? This has ALL been intentional. My description above , ...miserable rotten corrupt United States of America ....., is purely an example of how some in this country feel about our country and ARE NOT my personal feelings.

Do you know what it’s technically called when “government takes control of the means of production?” Yeah, that. This afternoon Joe Biden invoked the Defense Production Act giving Health and Human Services the legal authority to control the supplies needed for the creation of baby formula (how it is made), and the authority to determine distribution equity (who gets it). White House – “[T]he authority of the President conferred by section 101 of the Act to require performance of contracts or orders … is delegated to the Secretary of Health and Human Services with respect to all health resources, including the ingredients necessary to manufacture infant formula.”

Commenter KK’s impassioned defense of Russia against the (to him) “blind hatred” of Poles got me thinking. I’ve been doing some reading lately regarding the path to perpetual war in Europe—after all, the current conflict in Ukraine can arguably be seen as simply the continuation of a civilizational crisis in the West that first took military form in the Napoleonic wars. Certainly the inevitable centrality of Russia to Western Europe’s future can be dated at least that far back. What is different about this dynamic since WW2 is the overwhelming presence of the United States in the equation. Just a short while ago I came across this interesting thread.

Justice Samuel Alito’s draft opinion overturning Roe v. Wade is, to quote a certain sitting U.S. president, a “big f****** deal.” It’s not just that the decision is a huge victory for conservatives that cleanses us of one of America’s gravest moral taints. Justice Alito’s decision matters because of the potential it unlocks. If Alito’s opinion is issued unchanged, it will represent the full reversal of one of the foundational decisions of the Warren and Burger Courts of the 60s and 70s. It is no exaggeration to say that the Supreme Court of those two decades created the modern left-wing hegemony we are currently groaning under.

Those criticisms, which I summarize below, are certainly valid. If we had an attorney general who cared about enforcing the law, he’d seek injunctive relief and criminal penalties for such conduct. If AG Merrick Garland fails to do so, the attorney general of Virginia, Jason S. Miyares, may step in to preclude any such protests in his state.
