If you like your inflation, you can keep your inflation. Okay, Joe Biden didn’t say that. But he would have if he were being honest. The president set himself an easy task Tuesday — to show a dispirited public he cares about their painful straits. As he put it, “I want every American to know that I’m taking inflation very seriously and it’s my top domestic priority.” Just not seriously enough to bring a single new idea to the table. Instead he fell back on tired tropes about how none of the historic increase in prices is his fault. With Biden, the buck always stops somewhere else.

Government induced inflation is an attack on middle class wealth, the goal of every trained Marxist. Hence this is no accident, this is Obama behind the curtain moving us toward Venezuela at the speed of light.

Biden has to take the blame for the deadly Afghanistan retreat because he ignored the military’s advice. Of course, no-fault Biden said the military didn’t advise him differently.

Two thirds of the year-over-year increase in the Producer Price Index [PPI] was from the increase in fuel costs. Just look around the room that you are currently in or look at the groceries in your panty. Everything that you see got there by diesel fuel. Not solar, wind, pixie dust, magic elves, or unicorn flatulence...it was transported by diesel trucks. Biden's incompetents and inept policy made inflation three times worse than it would have been. His orchestrated increase in fuel prices were the cause.

The empty headed, dried vegetable, Biden, is so far gone he doesn't know he caused it all. Obama and Susan Rice are running the entire cabal of misfits in the fraud administration. I was young just married during the Carter administration I can tell you it wasn't this bad. Carter didn't print money devaluing the dollar like Joe's team is doing.

The solutions are there but the Squad would say nasty things about Joe if he strayed from the green policies meant to send us back to the 1700s. Mayorkas would have a hissy fit if his cousins were stopped from swimming the Rio Grande and his minister of truth could go back to show business. If not for dunces running the country, gas would go back to $2.50 per gallon tomorrow and mothers would be drowning in baby formula.

Biden can help by walking to the Supreme court building and joining with President Trump in Mr Trump's swearing in as President this afternoon.

FTA: "...despite the fact that many economists believe the massive government spending during the height of the COVID war, including $2 trillion spent last year, was a major cause of the surge in consumer demand and prices, Biden continues to push for more spending that would add to inflation pressures."
Let's get the record straight. Reckless spending did not commence January 20, 2021. As much as $10 TRILLION was whizzed into our economy by a reckless Congress with the signature of PDT. It covered everything from "paycheck protection" to stimulus to "Project Warp Speed" and down the list of free sh-tuff and pork larded into various bills and shuffling of appropriated funds. And the politicians reveled in it while most of the public blindly grabbed what they could, honestly and otherwise.
Anyone around back in the 60s and 70s can recall real inflation and its similar profligate causes on guns, butter, space programs, social programs and so on. Politicians are always ready to latch onto the "good times" to increase spending, which leads to inflation. Our dollar is pegged to an annual 3% inflation...compound that over a decade or two. What's that 1968 nickel candy bar or dime Coke cost these days? No one wants spending to stop, or will support any reductions for myriad, mostly self-serving reasons.
It took tremendous political courage on the part of President Reagan with Fed Chairman Paul Volcker to finally wring out double-digit inflation from our economy in the early 80s. Nixon tried wage and price controls, Ford issued WIN buttons, and Carter dithered...Congress campaigned while the American public bore the brunt.
Some warned of this when the spending started. But the rush was on. COVID-mania swung into high gear and carried along other pork spending. Certainly, Biden is playing the part of Jimmy Carter in this fiasco, along with his crackerjack Fed. But others, including PDT, played more than bit parts. Politics is one thing, but let's also consider the truth of the matter. This bi-partisan inflation doubtless will be with us for many more years. Who's ready for the 15%+ interest rates and recession necessary to bring its end?

Has no **Intention** to fix it. Do we not see what is happening?
The woke left is destroying our economy via hyper inflated fuel and food prices, so that they can blame capitalism and Build it Back Bolshevik.
They are blaming "greedy capitalist profit takers" for inflation. When we are freezing and starving they will ride to the rescue with govt allocated necessities. And it will only cost you, everything you own! "You will own nothing and be happy!"
Can the inattentive electorate not see this??? Could they possibly Read a freaken Book?

It is lack or even absence of character to disavow responsibility for events that are caused by one’s own actions, whether on a personal or grand scale. It is even worse to blame others for one’s mistakes. Absence of character is rampant in Biden, his advisors and his party.

To a certain extent the headline is true. Biteme doesn't have a solution to inflation, but it's simply because he's so out of it mentally, he has no clue where he is, and those running the country don't want solutions to high inflation because high inflation is what they wanted.

Error in the headline: He has NO INTENTION of even trying to fix it. All the Demonrat policies, all their core beliefs, all their crooked schemes DEPEND on them doing things that are guaranteed to drive up inflation, and they do not care about inflation, they want their schemes.
You and I being poor is a FEATURE, not a bug in their plans. The want lots of serfs to control. If we are desperately trying to feed and house ourselves, they can control us better.

There is a solution. Quit doing everything Biden is doing, reverse what he has done, and for a new election to be held, this time not counting the illegal votes.
