MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell wondered on her Thursday show that if the Supreme Court cares so little about precedent in Roe v. Wade, will it also overturn Brown v Board of Education. Because her guest was former Attorney General Eric Holder, nobody pointed out that Brown is the case conservatives cite to justify overturning longstanding precedents.Mitchell began by asking Holder about the leak of the draft opinion, “How unprecedented, first of all, is the leak? And the way they came down in terms of breaking president, precedent, ignoring stare decisis and deciding to completely overrule Roe v. Wade after 49 years.”

Why would you want to interview contempt of congress Holder is a mystery to me? I guess because the liberals have no one better.
If any law is on shaky ground as the abortion issue , then yes it should be or at least has the potential to be overturned by the court. What got Roe back in front of the court was the Liberals push for third trimester abortion. They should have left the issue alone but no the Liberals have to keep pushing for more and more extremes! They only have themselves to blame but liberals cannot do this. They can only blame others.

Achullee...many places are trying to bring back Segregation, Separate but Equal cr^p in education...and democrats are fully onboard in support, as well as funding. The fact that what they are proposing is for required Black promoted segregation, whyte exclusion and Asian exclusion...does not change the FACT that it is Govt supported/mandated racial segregation.
Exactly WHICH Justice do they think is in favor of banning Interracial Marriage? Thomas with a white wife? Barret, with an interracial family?

By her protest of ridding ourselves of the activist Roe v Wade, she reveals herself as a hater of black babies.
That should be the only response we have now to anyone supporting abortion: you hate black babies and you want them to die.
Im serious. Its the same tactic the left used against Americans. Coming from our side, we'd be right and theyd still be as wrong as they ever were. Why arent we biting back?!

Slavery was a long standing precedent in the Supreme Court until the Republicans changed it. Killing babies might be overturned, for moral reason, again by Republicans.

so what if it does, the Supreme Court, thankfully, is not bonded to any political party and has shown that over the years and, of course, they have shown loyalty to the demcommie party moreso than the repubs and comrade holder is the worst kind of spokesman for any topic or system except for the communist party
