As if we didn't need yet another government agency in this age of behemoth federal spending, the Biden administration has saddled the U.S. with a new one, the Office of Environmental Justice. The $1.4 million monstrosity will be buried within the U.S. Department of Justice under the authority of U.S. associate attorney general, Vanita Gupta, who set up the new bureaucracy-enforcer arm. It will be headed by one Cynthia M. Ferguson, whose title is acting director. According to the Washington Examiner: The Justice Department is launching a new Office of Environmental Justice, Attorney General Merrick Garland announced on Thursday, which will seek to redress health risks from climate change faced by minorities

Merrick Garland is a wimpy little radical crazy… Ranting about low income minority neighborhoods being victims of “climate change”…that does not even make sense. FTA: This new agency may well be a similar shakedown operation where job-creators in minority neighborhoods will be targeted for massive fines over "environmental violations" like someone picking up an eagle feather or filling in a fetid rain pool as a wetlands violation), after activists with private grievances target them, bankrupting the companies and leaving the remaining poor neighborhoods in the wake investment-free wastelands. Imagine all the Black Lives Matter activists who will step forward with grievances, looking for a Malibu mansion of their own. Residents of the stripped neighborhoods, of course, would become fully dependent on government handouts as a result, which is probably the idea. Monica has it figured out.

I hope when Trump gets elected to office that he will eliminate some of these government agencies. More get created with every president. I would also like to see him move some of the agencies out of DC. It was mentioned before that the Dept of Agriculture should be move to the Midwest where most of the agriculture is located. It is definitely out of place in DC.

'Seeks to redress health risks from climate change faced by minorities'??? DUH??? What the heck is that supposed to be. Next agency will be doing the same just for women who are adversely affected by climate change??? Climate change used to be called weather. In the 70's they called it global cooling; we would face crops that would not grow etc. Notice, now it's not any longer climate warming.... climate change covers everything, why be specific. Now we are doling $$$ out for minorities who were/are affected by climate change. Pardon me, but what country am I living in?????

Abortion, which is the killing of a human life, has been since its beginning inextricably linked to eugenics. That hasn't escaped thoughtful black observers such as Fox Business's Charles Payne, nor the GOP's Sen. Tim Scott of South Carolina who have effectively called out this appalling fact, much to the benefit of everyone. Abortion, which involves targeting the most helpless, is never otherwise. We all know how black lives don't matter to the newspapers and networks in crime-infested blue cities -- it's even more of a problem with abortion

Over the weekend, we were treated to outrageous demonstrations of incivility and outright illegality with specters like this: (Snip for tweets) Crazed abortion protestors illegally descended upon the homes of several Supreme Court justices in a bid to influence their upcoming ruling on Roe v. Wade, a ruling so badly reasoned back in 1973 that even liberal but principled Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg had misgivings about its legal grounding. According to Fox News, their descent, led by a badly named group called "Ruth Sent Us" was in violation of 18 USC 1503, which "prohibits 'endeavors to influence, intimidate or impede... officers of [the] court'."

Does anyone think it normal that the White House has refused to condemn the doxxing of six Supreme Court justices in the wake of the Court's likely overturn of Roe v. Wade? That's a full-blown invasion of personal privacy, quite unlike a protest at the Court members' workplace, with all its menacing implications. The White House, despite the fact that its officials are hardly exempt from the same kind of treatment from criminals, simply refused to do it. White House spokesweasel Jen Psaki just danced around the topic before coming down squarely on the side of the doxxers.

The brouhaha over news that the Supreme Court may overturn Roe v. Wade, has brought out some bonkers over-reactions from Democrats who are coming up with creative new ways of beclowning themselves. To reiterate the backstory: Some ass with no loyalty to the Court as an institution took it upon him- or herself to leak a draft of internal Supreme Court precedings which indicate that the Court, on a 5-4 vote, is likely to overturn Roe v. Wade, a 1973 decision so poorly laid out that even the late liberal Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg had reservations about its legal grounding. This shouldn't be a problem for leftists, because abortion remains legal.

Let it be known that the politicians of the Democrat Party in Washington are either evil or cowardly with the exception of one. Reports say that Democrats had brought Roe v Wade to the floor in order to codify it into law. The goal was to legalize abortion nationwide up until birth with what would be no limits. As you can imagine, every single Republican voted against this and they were joined by none other than West Virginia Democrat Joe Manchin who had indicated that he’d vote against it earlier in the day. This resulted in Democrats being 11 votes shy of what they needed to pass Roe into law.
