Who Do Dems Want In 2024? Right Now, Anybody
But Biden: I&I/TIPP Poll

Yes, it’s very early. But if given the choice right now, which Democrats do Americans want to see run for president in 2024? The perhaps not-so-surprising answer emerging from the latest I&I/TIPP Poll seems to be: “Anyone but Joe Biden.” In our April opinion poll, we asked Americans of all political affiliations across the demographic spectrum “Who do you want to see run for president on the Democratic ticket in 2024?” Just 19% of those responding answered “Joe Biden, 46th president of the United States.” The rest of the choices were spread among 18 candidates, along with “other” (6%) and “not sure” (28%).

FTA: "But if given the choice right now, which Democrats do Americans want to see run for president in 2024? The proper response to that question would be NONE! Why would any sane American want ANY Democrat in ANY public office at all!!! They themselves should be cancelled!!

The only one on that entire list that isn’t a stone cold lunatic is Tulsi Gabbard. Why she is a democrat boggles the mind. I guess if you hail from Hawaii you pretty much have to be one.

In a way I wish that Biden was actually lucid rather than the fruit-looped puppet that he is. I'd much rather he be fully aware of how terrible of a job he's doing and the number of people, both Right and Left, who know that. The only person other than Hunter who has truly benefited from the Biden Presidency is Jimmy Carter. Biden has made Carter look like George Washington.

The Dems have a major 2024 problem - they have no bench. Likely, whomever runs in 2024 will be a second stringer who will get clobbered.

The democrats have a huge problem. Their first string is losing the game by 100 to 0 in the first quarter and everybody on the bench is a mental midget with two left feet.

Did anyone other than me wonder WHY the Media was giving NY Governor Coumo 'the Business', the one-after-the-other sex-accuser? One sex accuser, then as the media storm from that one died down, another sex accuser, then as the media tired if that one, another one? That's 'The Treatment' that the Media usually uses on Conservatives. They used it on Justice Clarence Thomas (the High-Tech Lynching), they used it on candidate Donald Trump, they used it on Brett Kavenaugh, they used it on Congressman Matt Gaetz. Heck, they even tried to use it on attorney Alan Dershowitz. So why use it on Democ'RAT Cuomo? I think that the Democ'RAT 'people behind the Green Curtain' have picked their 2024 'Golden Boy' (Boy/Girl/It/whatever) to run as the next Democ'RAT Presidential candidate. It's Not The HairSniffer (a.k.a. The Hand Puppet) and it's not The HO (also known as 'Heels-Up' Harris.) No, they have someone in mind, not Cuomo. But, Cuomo has a few million$ in his war chest, he has national name recognition. Scum that he is, he would likely be a stronger candidate than their Chosen One. So.... Shove him off the road, down into the Ditch. Muddy him up some, make it 'difficult' for him to make the run. This is all just an operation to 'clear the road' for their Chosen One. Who is it? I have no idea. I'm just some old retired geezer out here in Flyover country. But, I've seen this play several times before, and I have come to recognize when it is being used. The 'Rats don't have many plays in their playbook, and this is their Number One method for derailing someone they don't like. Apparently, they DON'T like Cuomo. So.... who could be the Chosen One? The HildeBeast? (Get out the Eye Bleach!) Any one of the other Usual 'Rat Suspects? or will they dredge up someone new, as they did with Zero, a couple of terms back? I have no idea. Anyone with any thoughts, Chip In!

The Biden administration’s chief medical adviser made last year what C.S. Lewis might have called a “lunatic, liar, or lord” statement when he essentially claimed to be the embodiment of science. (Hint: he’s a bit of the first, all of the second, but wants to be the third.) Five days ago, this man went even further, declaring that the executive branch should be free to act outside of boundaries put in place to prevent an all-powerful presidency. He’s a menace. We’d all be better off if he were a Washington Nationals batboy rather than a powerful government functionary and influential media darling.

When not trying desperately to damage Republicans by keeping the Jan. 6 riot on the front page, the New York Times bravely does public relations work for the Biden administration. The latest case in point is the pathetic attempt by the “paper of record” to defend the misguided, unjustified, inflation-fueling $2 trillion “American Rescue Plan.” The article — “If Biden’s Plan Is Like a ‘New Deal,’ Why Don’t Voters Care?” — claims that Joe Biden’s big problem right now is that voters don’t know how much they’re benefiting from his March 2021 “rescue” plan. But despite a valiant attempt to put lipstick on a pig,

Just days after President Joe Biden’s Centers for Disease Control ordered yet another extension of the federal mask mandate, a Florida judge ruled that the agency had no authority to impose it in the first place, saying that “our system does not permit agencies to act unlawfully even in pursuit of desirable ends.” To public cheers, the TSA, Amtrak, the Washington Metro system, and other public transportation systems immediately ditched their mask requirements, even though the Biden administration is reviewing the ruling and could, conceivably, try to overturn it. No one, it seems, trusts the CDC anymore.

What is happening to the people of Shanghai is an atrocity. China’s zero-COVID policy has literally imprisoned millions in their own homes in that nation’s most populous city. Police beatings have been reported, as have cases of extreme hunger, and “constant mental anguish and anxiety.” Don’t think that could never happen in America. We, too, have tyrants in government. And every one of them should be compelled to sweat under the hot lights of a congressional investigative hearing. Maybe then they would not be so eager to put Americans under house arrest again.

As President Biden’s approval rating continues to plumb new depths, even some members of his own Democratic Party have begun to ask the once unthinkable: Will Joe Biden last through his first term in office? Such a question might have seemed a bit over the top, as Biden only entered office in January of 2021. But, after a year of record inflation and gasoline price hikes, devastating COVID lockdowns, a surge of illegal immigration, the botched departure from Afghanistan, and growing questions over the 79-year-old president’s mental fitness, a surprising number of Americans now think Biden won’t last even another two and a half years

New York Times columnist and – we’re constantly reminded – Nobel Laureate Paul Krugman says that inflation, which hit another new high this month, will soon abate. Why? Because, he wrote on Tuesday, “Lumber prices have plunged in recent weeks. Prices of industrial metals such as copper are coming down. Prices of used cars are still very high, but their surge has stalled and they may have peaked.” Oh, wait. That was from a column that Krugman wrote in June 2021. [snip] What Krugman actually wrote this Tuesday was that “inflation will probably fall significantly over the next few months.” Why? Because, he now says, oil prices have moderated and retailers are

One of the genius elements of the U.S. Constitution was its allowance for competing models of success and failure. It did so by giving states great autonomy under the law, while limiting what the federal government can do. In the wake of a massive pandemic and a growing political divide among Americans, we’re seeing that concept work its magic. Two new reports that look at how the blue and red states and cities have performed during the COVID pandemic show it’s no contest. Those that hewed to the Red State model of lower taxes, less regulation and respect for the

Majorities in just about every demographic, political, and ideological group felt this way. A few years ago, a book titled “The Permission Society” explained how the country’s ruling class had turned our God-given liberties into privileges granted by government. Is it possible that the U.S. has gone even beyond and become a nation of the ruled? There’s more evidence to support that proposition than there is to refute it. We’re reminded of this by a set of new rules to live by proposed by the Biden White House. The Disney corporate dynasty has been a bedrock part of Americana since the 1930s, a family-friendly icon without peer. But its recent stance on parents’ rights to decide what their kids should be taught in school about sexuality endangers that, a new I&I/TIPP Poll shows. As part of our April I&I/TIPP poll, we asked 1,305 adults across America the following question: “How closely are you following the recent story about the opposition of some Disney employees to the new Florida law forbidding classroom instruction on sexual orientation and gender identity from kindergarten through third grade?” A larger share of Americans

Federal election records show newly anointed Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson has given money to just two politicians, both Democrats: Barack Obama and Dave Aronberg. Obama was an obvious recipient of her largesse. She worked on his 2008 presidential campaign, and he repaid the favor by appointing her to the U.S. Sentencing Commission followed by the D.C. District Court, while also commuting the three-strikes prison sentence of her cocaine-trafficking uncle. But who is Aronberg? He is a high school friend of Jackson from Florida, who, like her, has been accused of being soft on child sex offenders.
