Former Vice President Mike Pence will travel to Iowa later this month, another key indicator he's pursuing a 2024 presidential bid. Historically, the Hawkeye State has held the first-in-the-nation presidential contest, the Iowa caucuses, which have launched and killed many a presidential campaign. Pence will headline the annual Story County Lincoln Highway Dinner in Ames on April 23 and pay a visit to the state's ultra-conservative 4th Congressional District earlier in the day, according to The Washington Examiner. This week Pence also launched a policy platform - the 'Freedom Agenda' -

The idiot hasn’t got a clue that half the country considers him to be a traitor. Someone should tell him. Never forget that, when governor of Indiana, he signed a religious freedom bill which would have denied the alphabet crowd the ability to force anyone to provide a service for them based on the provider’s religious beliefs. And would have prevented lawsuits against those providers. Then the LGBTwhatevers went nuts and he unsigned the bill. Once a coward, always a coward.

The GOP will throw their weight behind Pence in 2024. It will backfire but they'll do it anyway. They don't want Trump back even though he was a very successful president. So, once again, the GOP will continue to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. Be it Trump or DeSantis in 2024, the GOP leadership will back Pence, until he drops out like Jeb 'low energy' Bush. Republican stupidity - it's what's for dinner!!

Instead, he stabbed Donald Trump (and all of us in the back). I am constantly amazed at how many people (including those I know personally) think Trump walks on water and will vote for him no matter what (and Ga. was a tipping point for me----I voted for Trump twice, plus gave $, KNOW the elections was screwed upon to a major degree but that is OVER and Trump should now stress NEW laws so it doesn't happen again) and others who HATE Trump so much that they would never vote for him, even with Biden destroying the country and Trump's actual excellent record. And these same people think Pence is the Devil for certifying an election he had to certify under the circumstances. So Trump will be the reincarnation of the Bullmoose Party and God knows what Democrat will win as a result---all because the Donald can't move on and his ego trumps (pardon) the people.

I think another person did that at a supper. Out here in the West, a Christian Oregon family bakery lost their business from the LGBTQ crowd's attack and there was no one to defend them for their First Amendment Rights. Very sad.

IMO, he should just forget a 2024 run since I would be extremely surprised if he could make it through the primaries. And if he could, who would believe any campaign promise he would make? A judge in Washington D.C. yesterday ordered the release of Ali and Taherzadeh – saying prosecutors failed to prove a foreign connection. Defense attorneys argued that the government was “Making a mountain out of a molehill, and it is time for it to end.”The two men may still face charges but in the interim, they will be free to go about their business. Whether they will remain in the country or simply vanish, of course, remains to be seen. It has now been learned that the government was forced to rush the arrest of the two before it had completed gathering evidence

Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann’s motion to dismiss Durham’s case was denied by a federal judge on Wednesday. Sussmann was indicted last September for lying to the FBI. According to the indictment, Sussmann falsely told James Baker he wasn’t doing work “for any client” when he asked for a meeting with the FBI where he presented bogus evidence the Trump Tower was secretly communicating with Kremlin-tied Alfa Bank. The attorneys for Michael Sussmann in February requested the courts dismiss Durham’s case against him.

Saudi Arabia just produced a piece of satire funnier than anything we’ve seen from America’s elite comedic class in years.Believe it or not, children, American satirists used to tear into Democrat politicians with almost as much zeal as Republican presidents. This will shock those of you destined to remember Saturday Night Live as a left-wing super PAC, but SNL went pretty hard after Jimmy Carter and, most especially, Bill Clinton.Of course, today, our elite comedic class are the palace guards for Democrats and the state, which is why it was so easy for Saudi Arabia (of all places) to officially become funnier than American satirists.

James was taken into custody on Wednesday on 1st Avenue between 7th and 8th Streets after a by-stander recognized him and called police. His arrest on Wednesday brings an end to an embarrassing and fruitless day-long manhunt by the FBI and NYPD. He was marched out of the 9th Precinct

While the cackling hens on The View don’t really matter all that much given how vapid they are, their less than insightful comments and far-left viewpoints are so infuriating that any news about even one of them being gone, even if only for a bit, is good news for those of us that prefer to not get migraines when checking Twitter and seeing a The View clip pop up.Thankfully, Joy Behar just made a big announcement about Whoopi Goldberg, the Holocaust-minimizing co-host who only recently came back from a short exile following her Holocaust comments.According to Behar, Whoopi’s gonna be missing a while because she’s making a movie.

John Hinckley Jr., the man who tried to assassinate Ronald Reagan in an attempt to 'impress' actress Jodie Foster more than 40 years ago, is playing a sold-out concert in Brooklyn this summer. Hinckley, 66, tweeted on April 9 that he was 'very excited about [his] upcoming show.''Ticket sales are good. July 9, Market Hotel in Brooklyn, NY.' Tickets for the hotel show at 1140 Myrtle Avenue in Bushwick were selling for $20 on Venue Pilot. On April 12, the Oklahoman tweeted again, announcing that his show was 'sold out!' The venue has a capacity of 450 people but it's unclear how many tickets were sold for the show.

Texas Governor Abbot announced that he’d send illegal immigrants from Texas to DC as a protest against the Biden regime. Well, while many claimed he was bluffing and that it wouldn’t actually happen, they were just proven wrong: the first bus arrived in DC and offloaded the illegals it was carrying. Watch that here:(Tweet/Video) Now, it would obviously be better if they were just deported. But, because handling illegal immigration is a federal responsibility rather than a state one, Abbot has no authority under which he could deport the illegals.

The NBC, CBS and ABC morning news shows largely ignored a new inflation report that showed inflation raging at 8.5 percent. That was the highest increase since 1981 — the same year Raiders of the Lost Ark hit the box office. The Bureau of Labor Statistics reported at 8:30 a.m. ET April 12 that inflation increased by a terrifying 8.5 percent over the past year. This was the “largest 12-month increase” since December 1981.Energy inflation fared the worst at a shocking 32 percent rise over last year, with gasoline alone rising 48 percent. Food inflation also took a steep hike at 8.8 percent.

Republican Texas Gov. Greg Abbott’s border security measures ahead of Title 42’s end have created an hours-long standstill for truckers crossing the border, and trucking leaders in the state are warning that it could further disrupt the national supply chain.“It’s a mess … that’s most immediately felt by the motor carriers that are trying to get freight to its destination. But, ultimately, that’ll be felt around the country. From Michigan to Manhattan to Minnesota, it’s just the way it works with freight coming up through the border,” CEO and President of the Texas Trucking Association John D. Esparza told the Daily Caller News Foundation.

Sen. Mitt Romney (R-Utah) says he hasn’t decided whether to run for reelection in 2024, when he could be on the same ballot as Donald Trump if the former president seeks another bid for the White House. Romney has cast several high-profile votes putting him at odds with the GOP base — including two votes to convict Trump on impeachment charges. He became the first senator in history to convict a president of his own party in an impeachment trial in 2020. Just last week, Romney was one of only three Republicans to vote to confirm Ketanji Brown Jackson to the Supreme Court.

There can be little doubt that former Vice President Mike Pence thought he was doing the right thing. There are certainly many pragmatic reasons for his decision to not intervene in the electoral processes during those fateful days in January 2020. We’re a year and a half into the geriatric Biden regime and those pragmatic reasons are quickly losing their luster. The nation is suffering—not from the constitutional crisis feared by the establishment

Disney is a powerful company but they may have just stepped in it big time with their position over a parents’ rights bill that they falsely call the “Don’t Say Gay” law in Florida. The law doesn’t say anything about “don’t say gay.” Indeed it doesn’t mention “gay” at all. The legislative text of the House version of the bill reads, ‘Classroom instruction by school personnel or third parties on sexual orientation or gender identity may not occur in kindergarten through grade 3 or in a manner that is not age-appropriate or developmentally appropriate for students in accordance with state standards.’ [….] That’s what folks on the left have

Atlanta—The National Urban League released its annual report on the State of Black America on Tuesday, and its findings are grim. This year’s Equality Index shows Black people still get only 73.9% of the American pie white people enjoy. While Black people have made economic and health gains, they’ve slipped further behind white people in education, social justice and civic engagement since this index was launched in 2005. A compendium of average outcomes by race in many aspects of life, it shows just how hard it is for people of color to overcome systemic racism, the civil rights organization says.(Snip)The index shows not only that the median household

A representative for Mark Zuckerberg confirmed the Facebook CEO will not make another multi-million dollar donation to aid this year’s elections, which comes after fierce pushback that Zuckerberg’s 2020 contributions tilted the outcome of the presidential race toward President Biden. "As Mark and Priscilla made clear previously, their election infrastructure donation to help ensure that Americans could vote during the height of the pandemic was a one-time donation given the unprecedented nature of the crisis," Ben LaBolt,

SEATTLE – Seattle’s Link Light Rail is a freeloader’s paradise. There are no turnstiles, so passengers are supposed to either buy a ticket or tap their pre-paid card. But so few riders are paying, fares are currently covering just 5% of the system’s operating costs, a fraction of the 40% mark Sound Transit set as a requirement. At a recent Sound Transit Board meeting, the outgoing CEO summed up the situation. "Our fare collection system relies overwhelmingly on an honor system," Peter Rogoff said, "and our increasingly acute problem is that our riders aren’t honoring the system." By one measurement
