Supreme Court nominee Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson had a tough day Tuesday, as she faced the first serious questions about her record and her judicial philosophy.
Judge Jackson came across during the introduction hearing on Monday as a personable, likable and accomplished attorney and jurist, with a beautiful family. On Tuesday, however, she was unable to satisfy concerns that she harbors deeply radical political views, and that she has a record of being too soft on sex offenders.
There were several key points:
1. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) nailed Jackson on the “1619 Project,” Critical Race Theory, and her sentencing record.

The hearings are just theater for the rubes in flyover country. Everyone knows she's going to be confirmed by 100% of the Democrat senators and up to 6 squishy RINOs.

If she is so smart, why doesn't she know what a woman is? She is too "woke" to be on the Supreme Court.

Well, when we point out that she actually IS an affirmative action nominee, no one can argue the point.
They'll try, but Slow Joe made it very clear. His nominee had to be a black woman - those were his first two requirements.
At that point, " most qualified" for the job ceased to apply.

I liked the fact that the Republicans didn't bloviate. Instead, they seem to have coordinated their questions, avoiding overlap/duplication.
And I will admit that I enjoyed Crazy Mazie's questions, which were written by her staffers, and unrehearsed by Mazie.
And I liked how the 'no religious test' came out, bringing attention to the dimocrats use of it.

Answer one question KBJ. I know it is a tough one, but please try. Are you a woman, a breeder, a bleeder or a birther? Which one? Try your best.

From what I saw, she said "I don't know" or "I don't remember" so many times that even Hillary Clinton would be jealous.
Did Crazy Maize ask her "did you ever have sexual harrassment or sex crimes charges against you" question (the one she asked Justice Barrett and said she asks all nominees) to this candidate? I didn't think so.

Now they want us to have black racist haters represented on the court. THAT is evil.

This lefty-biased candidate, who refused to answer the simple question, ''What is a woman,'' is as unmerited to serve fairly on the Supreme Court as is this Durbin-led dem pol hearing regarding her qualifications. The dems on their biased Hearing are defending her lefty bias instead of questioning her about how she could serve fairly & without bias when her own political bias prevents her simply answering, 'What is a woman.''

The toughness from the Pubs is a show. Panties in a wad Lindsey is evidence of it. They know the left will all vote for her, and they don't even have to cross over to also vote for her. The tough talk and questioning is a distraction. Vote all the lying pigs out. My preference as most of you know is to drag them.

She's a far-left radical, and she's going to get confirmed. There's probably even a couple of RINOs who will vote in favor. But it's all about the center. Independents. This type of stuff is important.
