Russian forces struck the area surrounding the Sultan Suleiman Mosque, which was sheltering people, while shelling the Ukrainian port city of Mariupol Saturday. Over 80 people, including children, were taking shelter in the Mariupol mosque, according to the Associated Press. A casualty report of the shelling was not immediately released, though the Ukrainian government stated that the mosque suffered a direct hit, the outlet reported.

Comments:

Just remember the MSM has lied and made up many a story to cause strife! I’m very cautious now of what I read and believe! 750 yards from the mosque... Y'all realize the amount of distance that actually is and then to claim at the same time it took a direct hit.... Well which was it... Narrative collapse again... Seriously that's around a half a mile distance

Richard Fisher, the former president of the Dallas Federal Reserve, criticized President Biden's energy agenda, which he described as an attempt to "beg others" to produce more oil rather than produce it in the U.S. on CNBC's "Squawk Box" Monday. CNBC reporter Steve Liesman asked Fisher for his take on the diplomatic effort to get gas from Venezuela and Saudi Arabia and other countries with the ability to produce oil to then reduce the prices of gas in America.

Former President Donald Trump returned to South Carolina last night, where he had an hours-long rally in Florence to further cement his star power within the Republican Party, boost his preferred GOP candidates and blast two incumbents that he wants voted out. The rally, which took place at Florence Regional Airport, gave Trump a big stage in a red Southern state that has historically played an outsized role in American presidential politics. It was also Trump’s first visit to the Palmetto State since he lost the presidential election in 2020. Since leaving the White House, Trump has remained a powerful figure in the Republican Party.

Former President Donald Trump said Thursday on FNC’s “Hannity” that President Joe Biden’s administration was “grossly incompetent.” While discussing the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Trump said, “If I were president, if we have the Trump administration in there like we had tremendous years, tremendous success, economy, energy independence, all of the things, largest tax cuts in the history of our country which helped bring about the greatest economy we have ever had, this would have never ever happened. So when I look at it, and I look at the horrible things taking place, you wouldn’t even believe what is taking place.

The U.N. Security Council will hold an emergency meeting Friday on alleged manufacture of biological weapons in Ukraine at the request of Moscow, whose credibility on chemical weapons was questioned during a session on Syria. Russia on Thursday accused the United States of funding research into the development of biological weapons in Ukraine, which has faced an assault by tens of thousands of Russian troops since Feb. 24. Both Washington and Kyiv have denied the allegations, with the United States saying they were a sign that Moscow could soon use the weapons itself. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy dismissed Russia’s allegations in a video address on Thursday,

The regimen of two initial doses plus a booster is not able to protect against variants and wanes too quickly in strength, Bourla conceded—making additional shots inevitable. “Right now, the protection that you’re getting from the third [shot], it is good enough—actually quite good for hospitalizations and deaths—it’s not that good
