Newsom, California Dem leaders defy state's
own universal mask mandate at Rams-49ers game

Gov. Gavin Newsom and other Democratic California leaders were spotted maskless at the 49ers-Rams game despite the state’s universal indoor mask mandate. "Hanging out at SoFi Stadium today!" former Lakers star Magic Johnson tweeted Sunday evening accompanied by photos of him posing indoors with Newsom, Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti and San Francisco Mayor London Breed. None of the California leaders or Johnson were wearing masks in the photos. California implemented a universal indoor mask mandate in December that was extended to run through Feb. 15. SoFi Stadium, located in Inglewood, also has a mask policy requiring all fans to mask up unless they are eating or drinking.

Since when do the Fancy People have to follow the rules they make and vigorously enforce for the common slob?

Only for thee and not for MEEEEE!!!! I'm special, I run this place. Do as I command. Mask mandates are for the subjects of my kingdom. I make the rules around here. Shut up and obey. Take your kids and get a jab, because you can be sure my kids will not ever get the jab. Your's can become sterile mine won't. Tyranny suits me fine. Aunt Nancy taught me good.

Watched both games. Didn't see anyone wearing a mask. Only my supermarket and drug store. The lead 15 minutes of the newscasts I watch have massive coverage of this. But people have just stopped caring.

This will have zero repercussions, politically, for this slimy greaseball Newsom. He'll probably pick up more votes this year when he's up for re-election. California is too far gone. Save us, Tom Brady! Come back home and run for Governor.

These elitist "leaders" keep getting called out for violating laws they impose on the rest of us, but they do not care; nothing stops them from leading their lives as they wish. They do not attempt to conceal their hypocrisy.

As long as we allow this mask mandate nonsense to continue the corrupt politicians and teachers unions will never let go of their control over us. Parents need to start sending their children to school without masks. Send them to school with photos of the LA mayor Eric Garcetti and governor Gavin Nuisance violating their own mask mandates when they along with 60 thousand football fans weren't wearing masks at the NFL playoff game in LA. Have your child give the photo to his/her teacher and ask why these leaders aren't wearing a mask, but I have to while in school. Quit being sheep led off to slaughter by these hypocritical reprobates. It's long past due that we start fighting back against this tyranny.

The federal government is warning travelers to avoid travel to Mexico due to the twin threats of COVID-19 and violent crime. Seattle—In response to rising crime and other safety issues, a downtown Seattle group has hired private security guards to do the work police officers aren’t able to do amid SPD’s staffing crisis. Those guards will help protect Third Avenue between Stewart and Union streets, according to the Downtown Seattle Association. Businesses and locals are claiming this extra security is needed along that stretch of downtown that's overrun by the homeless and drugs. “Tourists, don’t go there. Don’t walk on Third Avenue. It’s not safe,” Victrola Coffee Manager Alexa Baehr stated. She’s urging people to stay away from the same street where she manages the coffee business.

Generally speaking, I am not a fan of polls. For one, I’ve never been polled by anyone. For another, the number of people being polled often strikes me as too small a sample from which to draw broad conclusions. Also, those samples more often than not tend to oversample one group, Democrats, let’s say, over another group, which again leads to questions of accuracy. Bottom line, I don’t trust ‘em and tend to ignore them in preference to the only poll that actually counts, the election itself. I’ve often asked myself, what would I do if I were to be contacted to participate in a poll.
