Carville tells Democrats the obvious about
their prospects

Original Article

James "Snakehead" Carville, the loathsome but successful Democrat operative who gave us Bill Clinton in 1992, had a few words for Democrats on their failing fortunes. Speaking with leftist Vox, he generally warned that Democrats had better do what he did when their party was in disarray and falling apart 25 years ago -- scrap the crazed leftwingery and tack center. What's more, they'd better focus on electing more Democrats, if they want to get what they want, rather than bullying the ones they've got now (although he made an exception for Sen. Kyrsten Sinema of Arizona). He even defended Joe Manchin

Even if the Democrats change their tack, they will not be believable. Leopards don't change their spots and Dems can always be counted on to ultimately do nothing good for the American people.

Mail in ballots from the millions of illegal aliens coming across our southern border, VISA overstays, 100,000 Afghan refugees and 15,000 Haitian refugees - who disappeared overnight (POOF! I believe "Serpent Head" was Rush's name for Carville, not snakehead. More importantly the radical left cares not one bit about Carville, weren't born or wore diapers when he was relavent. The communists are out and running as such. They will not "tack to the center." Communist don't tack. They have arson riots and steal "drop box" elections.

Carville is a man wholly without Honor! He belies the statement, like Mathis, that "once a marine always a marine". I gotta ask when his allegiance changed from America to the Democrat Party, they certainly diverge at most every point.

What a waste of time to give rational advice to the dem party. As stated, too many people in the party are "crazed" and an even larger group is incompetent. They are also weighed down by a litany of policies that have NEVER worked and CANNOT because of fundamental flaws. Yet, each time they claw their way back to power by hook or by CROOK, they implement their insanity and, as is certain, the policies blow up in their faces. EVERYTHING Biden has managed to implement has gone VERY badly. One thing that Carville got right was that when BJ Clintoon pivoted to follow more Republican ideas, the Country did very well economically. That is something that dem voters look to. IF THE RIGHT PERSON IS ELECTED, they believe dems can do well. They believe their IDEAS are good but have been poorly executed. That is WRONG. BJ didn't follow (mostly) dem progressive ideas. BJ is for BJ and he followed ideas that kept him (and Hillary) in power. Unfortunately, voters don't get that. Dem voters are waiting for a "savior" (like BO). They listen to dem promises for free stuff even though they have no way to actually deliver. Further, dems free stuff is only enough to live in poverty the rest of your life. Trump delivered a good economy and jobs for ALL and those on the lower end of the economic scale saw amazing progress. Further, such progress did not draw upon money from anyone else and was bounded only by the efforts of the individual. Biden destroyed that. Why can't people see that? A dem "savior" is NEVER going to arrive even if Carville manages to slither another dem into the WH.

The serpent headed Carville is so yesterday. That worked with Clinton but those days are over never to come back. Manchin is the last holdout of what Carville is referring to. The liberal left is marching proudly to socialism at a very fast pace. The party will belong to AOC and the squad as soon as the old fossil Pelosi gets out of the way. Dream on James you'll never see it again.

Leftist democrats, like other socialists and communists, don’t want to propose polices that are popular, they want to change people into their utopian vision of what they should be. Just like “the new Soviet Man”. If this means killing/starving off all the deplorables who oppose them, that’s a feature, not a bug.

No way will the party ever tack to the center. The radical left has a death grip on the party and would rather die than change. They think this is their last chance to enforce communism and they won’t give up that chance. Which is exactly why they are quadrupling down on their disastrous policies.

To the extent that Democrats haven’t fully conceded Florida going into the November election, the latest polling out of the state may represent a breaking point. Suffolk University/USA Today released what I believe is the first credible, non-partisan survey of the races going on there, and the results are fire and brimstone for the Democrats involved. Gov. Ron DeSantis holds a commanding lead over both of his likely opponents, including Nikki Fried, who is fresh off trying to accuse the governor of not condemning white supremacy. On the Senate front, Sen. Marco Rubio is trouncing Rep. Val Demmings, who was framed as a strong candidate when she announced.
How Biden’s Vow to Name a Black Woman

Americans seem to be turned off by Joe Biden’s Supreme Court nomination strategy. In a new ABC News/Ipsos poll of U.S. adults, more than three-quarters of respondents said Biden should “consider all possible nominees” to replace retiring Justice Stephen Breyer, rather than “consider only nominees who are Black women, as he has pledged to do.” Even 54 percent of Democrats said they’d prefer Biden take the wide-net approach. This may come as an unwelcome surprise to the White House, but it makes perfect sense to those of us who’ve been following Biden’s blundering attempts to discuss race and gender in politics over the past two years.

Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) on Tuesday told reporters President Biden’s “Build Back Better” agenda is dead while activists promoted the measure outside the Capitol Building. “What Build Back Better bill,” Manchin replied to reporters who questioned the senator about Biden’s chief legislative initiative. “I don’t know what you guys are talking about.” The reporters clarified their question and referenced the $2 trillion legislation Manchin killed in December. “No, no, no, no. It’s dead,” Manchin again confirmed. Meanwhile, supporters of the legislation swayed their hips to music performed by a jazz band outside the Senate office buildings.

The Lancet, published since 1823, is universally recognized as one of the top medical publications in the world, though it damaged its reputation by publishing and then subsequently retracting a study attacking the use of hydroxychloroquine as a therapy for COVID. Still, the retraction was the right thing to do, and it is hardly unprecedented in the history of academic and medical publishing. In an article published January 19, The Lancet throws cold water on those merchants of panic who wish to use COVID as an excuse to rob people of their civil rights. At least 10 police officers in five states — mostly in big cities — have been attacked in the last eight days. What’s especially troubling is that several of the incidents appeared to target police officers specifically. Both criminal justice reform advocates and police unions blame the same thing: a violent crime crisis. Reformers think the violent crime spree is the result of inequality and police brutality. The cops think it’s due to lax prosecutors and spineless politicians. Whatever the reason, the number of lives lost is rising. Generally speaking, I am not a fan of polls. For one, I’ve never been polled by anyone. For another, the number of people being polled often strikes me as too small a sample from which to draw broad conclusions. Also, those samples more often than not tend to oversample one group, Democrats, let’s say, over another group, which again leads to questions of accuracy. Bottom line, I don’t trust ‘em and tend to ignore them in preference to the only poll that actually counts, the election itself. I’ve often asked myself, what would I do if I were to be contacted to participate in a poll.
