Joe Biden defended his presidency on Wednesday by bragging he has 'outperformed' expectations, slamming Republicans for working against him and then saying some GOP lawmakers secretly have told him they're on his side but too worried about a primary to publicly support him.In the wide-ranging press conference, he admitted he'd likely have to break up his stalled Build Back Better bill to get it passed, predicted a Russian 'move in' on the Ukraine and defended the chaotic withdrawal from Afghanistan this summer. Speaking the day before his one-year anniversary in office, Biden started his first press conference in 78 days by tackling the two issues that

I listen to this fiasco. He said the reason inflation was up is because of the cost of new cars. Not gas prices. Not food prices. The cost of new cars is the problem. Not sure about all the other 330 million Americans in the country buy new cars, but this lone citizen isn't interesting in buying car. But I have noticed the price to fill my very used car has gone up. The price to put food n the table has gone way up. Empty selves (which I have not seen except for toilet aper two years ago) are way up. Glad I'm not n the new car market cause I bet I would really suffer if buying a car. This guy has no clue. He shouldn't be president but James Comey's replacement. Clueless like our FBI

The only "Enormous Progress" he and his ilk have made is towards diminishing and destroying our great country.

Absolutely, he's been one the most effective presidents we've ever had (certainly in modern times) in achieving the aims of his handlers, which is to destroy the nation with the Marxism that's been metastasizing in our government and culture since the 1930s. Better certainly than Barry or the grifter Clintons, and look how quickly he erased every gain made by President Trump (who didn't go nearly far enough, and had to fight the GOP and the crooked agencies). Look at us now, we're hanging on by a thread.

Trump hater Emily Goodin on the byline. We knew Biden was senile and incompetent, Emily. You should apologize for savaging Trump and giving Biden a pass as a candidate.

40% approval rating? He wishes. Inflation is way higher than 7%. Gasoline has gone from $2,00 per gallon to over $3,00. Milk has gone from $3.50 to $4.69. Never mind meat, bread and vegetables. Things are bad for the working class, the so called people of the democrat party.

Where did they build that mock up of the White House--over in Wonderland? I see no progress, and even less support. The only support the pResident has is from people who are more afraid of Bernie Sanders than they are of Biden and Pelosi.

The media have their visuals for their counterattack on common sense about Biden and his policies.
Let the brainwashing begin.

For Biden, 40% approval is blue-sky aspirational. More like 30.

This guy is as delusional as the 33% that still support him. I guess on the positive side Joe your approval rating his higher that that of Congress and the lying media.

If you don't understand the problem, it is possible you might apply the wrong solution. It is worth the time to understand how MANY, but not all Politicians from all parties are lying to us. In 1980 who was the President when the definition of Inflation was changed to lie to the masses about massive govt spending? In 1990, who was President when the definition had to be changed again to justify further lying to the masses. Our fight is about the One World order, not R or P or I! It's about shifting the focus away from the scam!
I seriously doubt that most people will read this explanation, but the info is out there and it is my rant .... so there. http://www.shadowstats.com/article/no-438-public-comment-on-inflation-measurement

Biden says nothing these days. His wife and their cabal tell the old man what to say. Pray for the nation.
