On Sunday, Joe Biden acknowledged the Texas synagogue hostage situation, dubbing the incident an “act of terror,” but refused to “speculate” on Akram’s motives when asked about it by reporters. “No, I don’t. I — there’s speculation, but I’m not going to get into that. I will — I’m going to have a press conference on Wednesday, and I’ll be happy to go into detail of what I know in detail at that time,” Biden said in a press conference Sunday. The now-dead hostage-taker was identified as Malik Faisal Akram, and he demanded the release of Aafia Siddiqui, a jihadi known as “Lady al Qaeda.”

Yes, old demented Brandon (along with a large number of libtards) called Kyle R a "white supremacist," even though the three thugs he wasted were all White. But in the Texas synagogue case he can't call a spade a spade because that would fly in the face of their strategy to tar and feather his political opponents with the smear of racial and religious intolerance.

When we expect reason and ethics from Joe Biden, we are ignorantly ignoring his history and his present condition. He has never been one for reason, nor has he ever been ethical. Nearly half a century now. Wouldn’t you think we’d have learned?

The big question is why was Akram, a foreigner with a criminal record, was allowed to enter the USA through an international airport port of entry in New York City. It is claimed that Akram, apparently a native of Pakistan is a citizen of the UK. If that is so, Akram did not even need to apply for a tourist visa these days to get into the USA, and could travel to the USA in accordance with the visa waiver program while carrying a UK passport and be admitted to the country as a tourist for up to 90 days. All that really does not mean much today as Biden has effectively turned all US ports of entry into a form of “open borders” because Biden has told the world that any foreigner who gains entry to the USA by way of the borderline, or through an airport port of entry with any sort of temporary visa or under temporary visa waiver programs that have a time limit which all temporary visitors to the USA promise to abide by as one of the terms of admission provisions of the immigration laws, no longer have to worry about leaving the USA before or on the day their authorized stay expires. As Biden has advised the world that he will not enforce the immigration laws against such overstays, who can now just stay in the USA and join the growing illegal alien population. That is a big deal because international air travel is now restarting, and before COVID upwards of 30 million foreigners from all over the world each year came to the USA with temporary visas or under provisions of visa waiver programs. Now according to Biden they can just all stay in the USA indefinitely as they wish, in discard of the US immigration laws passed by Congress under direct authority derived from the US Constitution.

White House press secretary Jen Psaki said Tuesday that President Biden stands by the speech he delivered in Atlanta last week comparing opponents of Democrats’ voting bills to racists and segregationists, arguing that it “wasn’t a partisan speech.” Psaki claimed Biden delivered a “powerful speech” about Americans’ right to vote “for anyone they choose, whether it is him or someone else.” “It was not a partisan speech,” she said. “It was intended to lay out for the public exactly what’s at stake and lay out for elected officials what’s at stake and he stands by everything he said in that speech.”

Judging by the number of House Democrats who are abandoning ship ahead of the 2022 midterm elections alone (the number currently stands at 26, with more sure to follow), some Democrats obviously are well aware of the writing on the wall when it comes to their chances of retaining the House later this year. Issues like the economy, inflation, the unemployment situation, and the ongoing coronavirus pandemic loom large for Joe, who one year since his inauguration has seen his approval rating plummet from a high of 63% in one post-inauguration poll to 33% in one from just last week.

The rabbi who survived the terrorist siege at a Texas synagogue over the weekend recounted the chilling situation and his courageous escape in a Monday interview. Rabbi Charlie Cytron-Walker recalled the rattling experience, in which a man took him and three other people hostage at Congregation Beth Israel during Shabbat services on Saturday. “It was terrifying. It was overwhelming and we’re still processing. It’s been a lot. It’s completely overwhelming,” he said during an interview with CBS Mornings. Law enforcement officials told CBS that Cytron-Walker had maintained a sense of calm throughout the horrifying episode. The rabbi said that his training as clergy prepared him to be a “non-anxious presence”

Two days ago, a terrifying attack on a Jewish synagogue in Texas played out. A British national named Malik Faisal Akram took a Rabbi and multiple congregants hostage, demanding the release of convicted terrorist Aafia Siddiqui. Siddiqui, who is in prison for attempting to kill US Military personnel, has been turned into a folk-hero by many Islamist-supporting groups. That includes CAIR, an organization widely supported by Democrat politicians, hosting rallies in support of her. Since Faisal Akram live-streamed his crime and announced his grievances, it was clear right away what his motive was. Despite that, the FBI, in parodic fashion

Go figure that some at-risk House Democrats might not see the value in repeatedly slamming their heads into brick walls. Facing an existential threat in the upcoming midterms, moderates in the caucus want to show a few victories to the voters in their swing districts, the Washington Post reports. At the very least, they’d like their caucus to stop obsessing over their defeats: House Democrats running for reelection in competitive districts, facing increasingly long odds of surviving a potential Republican wave, have confronted party leaders in recent days with demands for a new midterm strategy. … The tension was surfaced

The family of Malik Faisal Akram, the Islamic jihadi from Britain who took hostages in Congregation Beth Israel synagogue in Colleyville, Texas, Saturday, has “demanded to know how he was allowed into America despite a long criminal record,” says the UK’s Daily Mail. More than just his family should be asking this question. How was this man able to storm a synagogue in Texas and take people hostage at gunpoint when he shouldn’t have been allowed into the United States in the first place? If anything shows how broken our immigration system is under the regime of Biden’s handlers, it is this entire episode.

At this point, it’s clear there’s a difference between hospitalization with COVID-19 and for COVID-19. Now take the next logical step; there is also a difference between dying with COVID and dying from COVID. How many people listed as dying of COVID were receiving treatment for another illness and only tested positive? Apparently, that is a conversation the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) does not want to have. In an astonishing move, HHS notified hospitals they are no longer required to report COVID deaths beginning Feb. 2, 2022. Currently, the only required reporting of COVID deaths is the count from the previous day.

New York Times reporters Reid Epstein and Nick Corasaniti consoled the Democratic Party and lamented its electoral prospects in 2022 in Sunday’s lead story, “With Voting Rights Bill Dead, Democrats Face Costly Fight to Overcome GOP Curbs.” Evidently, moves by Republicans in various states to roll back pandemic-inspired loosening of the vote, such as ballot harvesting and vote drop boxes, are prima facie examples of “voter suppression” (a phrase used twice in quoted material here) that will doom the Democrats – as if an objective press would pick a side. And now the party will have to actually have to (gasp!) spend money to convince people to vote for them.
