Manhattan DA dropped COVID nursing home
probe of Cuomo: lawyer

The Manhattan district attorney’s office has dropped a probe into Andrew Cuomo over allegations he mishandled nursing homes during the initial coronavirus outbreak, the ex-governor’s lawyer said Monday. Cuomo’s spokesman forwarded a statement from Elkan Abramowitz, an attorney who had repped the governor’s office under Cuomo. “I was contacted today by the head of the Elder Care Unit from the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office who informed me they have closed its investigation involving the Executive Chamber and nursing homes,” Abramowitz said. “I was told that after a thorough investigation—as we have said all along—there was no evidence to suggest that any laws were broken.”

A very thorough investigation, one ethical Democrat to another. The left is OK with killing the elderly as consolidation of power is all that matters.

I had to laugh when I read this headline, and then saw that the next article in the thread is “No one is above the law” re: Ivanka and Jared, according to the ultra objective Letitia James. Obviously, Andy is untouchable and will never answer or pay for the thousands of negligent homicides of the elderly in New York. Makes me sick.

#14, That was never going to happen. Too many democrat governors did the same and there is no way democrats were going to allow them to be prosecuted even though their actions caused the deaths of many, many seniors. I am rapidly becoming aware just how evil individuals can be when they have no respect for God. No need to ever wonder how the Nazis did their horrific atrocities. That kind of behavior can be found in the hearts of many. Rejecting God has grave consequences. It strips the concept of right and wrong, good and evil, right out of the soul.

For months, President Biden has characterized the continued spread of the coronavirus as a "pandemic of the unvaccinated" and repeatedly claimed that vaccinated people cannot spread the virus, contradicting what his own Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has been saying since at least April. "This is a pandemic of the unvaccinated," the president told Ohio’s WHIO TV 7 on Dec. 14. "The unvaccinated. Not the vaccinated, the unvaccinated. That’s the problem. Everybody talks about freedom and not to have a shot or have a test. Well guess what? How about patriotism?
