Something Big is Coming

Dilbert creator Scott Adams tweeted this week: ”The country’s energy is strange. Everything is amped up in every direction. Something big is coming.” He’s rarely wrong about such things. Adams said he doesn’t know what that something big is, but I’m hoping it is a major shift in America’s political tectonic plates. I may be looking too hard for it, but I, too, feel it in my bones. Infrastructure Faceplant For one thing the wacky spending program the Democrats were proposing and fiddling with seems to have hit the shoals, trapped between the far left and the more moderate senators Kyrsten Sinema and Joe Manchin.

Comments:

I feel it too. We'll have to see if the cheating and lying and bullying by our overlords can overcome the big Let's Go Brandon surge made up of not just us, but all kinds of people you'd never expect. We're sick of it all.

I feel it too. People can see that they are being lied to and they know how much prices have gone up. If we have a cold winter and heating bills are taking a huge chunk of money that may be the last straw.

Yesterday I went to pick up some cedar planks to do a wall in my bathroom. Two months ago they cost $22 for a pack of six. Yesterday they were $39 for a pack of six. I noticed the difference! The store had lots of it. Probably because nobody is willing to buy at that price. Yes, something big is heading our way. I have felt it for a long time now. This cannot go on. There is a major backlash on the way. I just don’t know when and in what format it will be. Baton down the hatches folks. We are in for a wild ride.

In many parts of the country, winter heating fuel is propane. The cost of propane in my area today is $3.67 a gallon, up from $2.30 a gallon last season. And going higher as winter approaches. When people can't afford to heat their houses because it cost $1000 to fill their tank they are going to take notice!

Hopefully common sense is hitting enough people as they see their finances shrink while the Biden goons keep insisting their spending plans mean ZERO ZERO ZERO tax increases? I've cancelled donations to charities this year because I won't have any extra to donate so the old adage "charity starts at home" is kicking in. I hope many like me are asking SINCE WHEN do we allow a few ranting congresswoman dictate for an entire nation anyway? The HYPOCRISY in the Democratic party is astounding!! LET'S GO BRANDON !!!

I believe that more than those two democrats oppose the democrat pork bill but are so terrified of Pelosi that they don't dare vote against the pig party. It's no secret that the majority of Americans are against it now that we all have to unnecessarily pay more for food and fuel. Without big spending and huge handouts to the entitled class the democrats are toast because giveaways from the productive to the parasitic is the only game they know how to play. The inflation doesn't bother me nearly as much as the loss of pride and honor on the world stage.

Conservatives (sadly represented by GOPe Republicans) have an opportunity over the next 2 1/2 years to chip significant pieces from the democrat bloc. Challenge #1 is to reign in the UNIPARTY. That can only be done by tossing many senior GOPe from Congress and replanting them with anyone else. The good news is that the actuary tables are catching up with many of them. Challenge #2 is to cut the corn dealing with minorities and recent immigrants. They are not the enemy. Many share the values identified as conservative. It's past time to go beyond the racism charges and counter-charges and start on basics...like the structure of public education and its curriculum. Sadly, this is exactly what brought America down that gleaming road of good intentions, starting with the Department of Education and the flow of Federal money into local systems. Let's stop federalizing local issues. Let's also stop passing "morality laws" and issuing "safety mandates" to force people to do/not do whatever we fancy. That's the "jab" we should take. This pandemic should have taught people a practical civics lesson.

Yeah. Can tell things are coming to a head, and push is coming to shove. Not sure there are enough though. Many intelligent people have decided to turn off their brains and their senses, and blindly believe what our state media tells them. They are being good little socialist state drones. These people may be chanting FJB and disapproving of the Democrats in various polls, but that doesn't mean they won't vote straight Democrat in the next election. Our government has become much more authoritarian. They forced Trump out of office. They refused to look at blatant voter fraud. People are still being held without charges for the January 6 'insurrection', and being forced to 'recant their loyalty'. You can be fired for not being vaccinated. The dollar is shrinking at a perilous rate. Both parties are doing this to us, btw. If the left were smart, they would let some RINOs be elected just to debunk election fraud claims, but they won't do that. They have us by the throat (and pocket book), and know they control enough people to stay in power. They can do whatever they want, and will make sure to rub our faces in it. Can't trust the media anymore. The first question when reading anything now is 'How accurate is this?'. its real hard to get a feel for what is going on in this nation. All you can rely on is what you see for yourself. The best indicator of how things are going is how many people have decided to stop supporting the status quo in our nation. How many people have 'quit'.

Cover up the windows of the counting room with cardboard and throw out the Republican observers and big tech will censor the videos of it. The only way out of this mess is to reduce the federal government to its defined Constitutional dimension. I don't hear anyone talking about that. So, no, nothing "big" is going to happen. It's just going to be more chaotic, managed decline. And the time for people to "wake up" to what was going on has passed. In the meantime, the federal agencies have been co-opted and organized by fascists ready to crush you when you start espousing "dangerous" ideas like equal protection and liberty.

At this point I don't believe anything is going to happen. Frankly I'm exhausted. To think we have 4-8 more years of it in the white house. That there will never be another free and fair election in this country. That we are over run with illegals. The national debt is insurmountable. The vax is being forced on people. The school boards are crawling with degenerates. The large cities are in ruins.... I could go on and on. I'm sure you all get the point. I hold to the fact that the elite ruling class do not fear us and certainly have no respect for us. Until the elite ruling class are rounded up and publically executed. Until financial restitution is made by giving back all the money they have stolen from decent American Patriot citizens, nothing is going to change. Another election is not going to change anything. I will believe it when I see it. Wake me when the revolution starts. Psalm 58

The more I see of the putrid sausage being made in the misnamed "Build Back Better" bill the more I am convinced that its passage will lead to the financial downfall of this country. The scam of Progressive social welfare programs lasting only one year that are paid by delusional optimistic taxes being collected over ten years is deplorable deception. Once a social welfare program is started, it never ends. Thus, they will end up costing ten times (more due to expansion and inflation) what they have budgeted. The national debit already exceeds the Gross Domestic Income (the total income produce by everybody). This is fiscally dangerous. The best thing that can happen to this bill is that be soundly defeated,

Why is there no Covid-19 commission in America? 14 replies

Over the past year, Norway, Sweden, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and Denmark have begun or completed public investigations into their countries’ responses to the Covid-19 pandemic. These governments believed it was important to report on successes and failures of pandemic decisions because it was the public that was on the receiving end of policies such as closed schools, vaccine mandates, and shuttered businesses. The United States is notably absent from this list, despite a long history of setting up bipartisan commissions after national crises in order to avoid repeating mistakes. Since 1989, when the current iteration of bipartisan commissions essentially came into being, Congress has funded 170 commissions to

The “great awokening” touches every elite institution in America, mostly radiating out from our compromised system of higher education. One of the most disturbing and illuminating aspects of this cultural revolution is how much it is transforming science and medicine. A video of medical students at Columbia University reciting an updated version of the Hippocratic oath that injected elements of critical race theory made the rounds on social media recently. As many have noted, this “student-led initiative” sounds cult-like. [Inserted tweet] When did medicine start sounding like a cult? Partial transcript as follows: DAVID MUIR: There are many who will understand why you can’t comment while your lawyers are saying not to comment. They also saw you, though, comment on former President Trump. And so at the very least– BIDEN: Because look here’s they were showing they wish you guys were showing on television things lying on the ground and said top secret national, you know, code word. And the difference is every single solitary thing I’ve been asked to do, I’ve

Better late than never! President Joe Biden on Friday directed federal agencies to go door-to-door in East Palestine, Ohio, starting Saturday, to check on families affected by the toxic train derailment. Under Biden’s order, teams from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Environmental Protection Agency and Federal Emergency Management Agency will visit homes.  Workers will ask how residents are doing, see what they need and connect them with appropriate resources from government and nonprofit organizations, the White House said. The 'walk teams' are modeled on similar teams following hurricanes and other natural disasters.

Attorney Andrew McCarthy said Emily Kohrs, the forewoman of a special grand jury as part of the Georgia criminal probe into former President Trump, may have dealt "a terrible blow" to prosecutors with her unusual media tour this week. In a pair of appearances on CNN and NBC News, Kohrs appeared to strongly hint that Trump was among those recommended for criminal charges while laughing, joking and making animated facial expressions that seemed to provide answers she knew she shouldn't be offering. McCarthy, a senior fellow at the National Review Institute, believes any "fair-mind lawyer" would object to her behavior. "This is a terrible thing. She basically

Sometimes, I listen to Joe Biden–and all I can think is: he is one weird dude. He was asked on Friday if he would be visiting the site of the train derailment in East Palestine, Ohio, and his response was bizarre. He said he did a “whole video,” and he couldn’t remember that it was a “Zoom” video. “Zoom. All I can hear every time I think of Zoom is that song of my generation, ‘Who’s Zoomin’ Who?'” Biden babbled. Yikes. At this point, he’s just not a serious person; he seems completely out of it. You have a disaster in East Palestine, and that’s how he’s responding?

Earlier this week, the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) cut ties with Rick Warren’s Saddleback Church. The influential Southern California-based congregation had been part of the SBC since its founding, but the denomination dismissed Saddleback over a decision that founding pastor Warren made shortly before he retired. In 2021, Warren ordained three women as pastors, which caused the SBC to consider disciplining the church or kicking it out of the denomination. One of those women, Stacie Wood, the wife of lead pastor Andy Wood, is a “teaching pastor.” On Tuesday, the SBC Executive Committee deemed Saddleback

A mental health advocate has launched a furious defense for the 6'6" boy, 17, who attacked and knocked a teaching aide unconscious after she took his Nintendo Switch away from him. Sue Urban - whose 17-year-old son Nicholas graduated from Matanzas High School before taking his own life - has responded to the incident where a 17-year-old special needs student, who weighs 270 pounds, attacked his teaching aide on Tuesday. Neither the student nor the teaching aide's names have been released publicly. 'This is not this child's fault. He is not a threat,' Urban said in an emotionally Facebook Live. 'This is a mental health issue.
