President Joe Biden said Friday on ABC’s “World News Tonight” that his classified documents case was “totally different” from former President Donald Trump’s. Partial transcript as follows: DAVID MUIR: There are many who will understand why you can’t comment while your lawyers are saying not to comment. They also saw you, though, comment on former President Trump. And so at the very least– BIDEN: Because look here’s they were showing they wish you guys were showing on television things lying on the ground and said top secret national, you know, code word. And the difference is every single solitary thing I’ve been asked to do, I’ve

He must be off his meds. Joe stealing secret documents has been going on for YEARS! I will agree with one thing, Trump took his documents and declassed them when he was president (allowed). Joe took his back when he was Senator to Vice President which he had no authority to declassify those documents. There is a BIG difference.

The laws regarding classified documents are shockingly clear and leave no room for doubt. They say in very simple words that possessing, taking, stealing, holding, moving, sneezing on, or doing anything else with documents is a crime. Period. There is nothing in there about intent or cooperation or oops, sorry, honest mistake, or my garage door was locked. Summary: Joe took and kept secret documents he had no right to. He's a criminal. End of story. There's no out. Little people who have done far less have been fined, fired, gone to jail, careers ended and lives destroyed.

It's true, Trump's case was in litigation between him and the agency that keeps the documents. Biden's was discovered almost by accident over a long period of time. Trump's case was from when he left office two years ago. Biden's was from when he was in the Senate a very long period of time. Trumps case was blared from the mountain tops with a all press on board raid on his home while he wasn't there. Biden's was colluded and concealed by the DOJ the FBI and the White House to keep quite during the election and after. Trump was the President the only person in the nation who can decide what is Top Secret or to remove the Top Secret assignation. Biden at no time before he became president had any legal right to hold Top Secret files legally outside of the Governmental office he worked in as Vice President or Senator. So Biden's case was totally different from President Trump's. He was holding Top Secret files promiscuously for a long period of time and illegally.

They didn't "Need" a search warrant for Trumps place either. they had already been for several cordial visits, where Trump was fully cooperative, though making the case for why he needed/wanted to retain some of the documents and memorabilia there...locked away in a secure safe storage are, fully guarded 24/7/365. They GOT the FBI "Emergency"warrant by judge shopping in collusion with Schiff and other Trump Hunters in order to publicly damage him, claiming he might destroy or "Sell" secrets records or evidence of criminal acts, then raided Mar-a-Lago on the same day they were generating other headlines because they also had Trump under oath at a NY legal hearing. Press was constantly fed minute by minute updates...Bidens "visits from the friendly FBI" were not revealed, acknowledged or even mention to/by the media for weeks/months after they had already taken place.

Nothing to hide? Good heavens. Biden had government documents sitting in his garage, where any family or invited guests or workers could have accessed them. He already tried (and failed) to make the case that because his beloved car also resided in the garage, the government papers he had taken without permission, and left in his garage were perfectly safe. The notion that this man is fit hold presidential power shows that he is not the only desperately delusional person in his administration. There is no way he can finish out the nearly two years that lie ahead. He is failing fast, and his party looks as incompetent as he does, trying to hide his mental deficits. They are there for all to see. Democrats did this to all of us, and deserve to face the consequences for lying about his lack of fitness. They did that to themselves.

Once again displaying her total obliviousness, Republican National Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel announced Sunday that 2024 presidential candidates will likely have to pledge to support the winner in the general election, or they’ll be kept out of the primary debates. Who cares? This is nothing but a lame attempt to paper over the party’s stark divisions over ex-President Donald Trump, one of three declared candidates so far. The simple fact is that many GOP voters won’t support him if he’s the nominee, and some of his voters likely won’t show for any other Republican.

Democrats in Minnesota have advanced a plan to give driver’s licenses to potentially 77,000 eligible illegal aliens. This week, the Democrat-controlled Minnesota state senate passed a bill in a 34-31 vote that will eliminate the legal residency requirement for obtaining a driver’s license in the state. Instead, illegal aliens would be able to secure licenses to legally drive vehicles. The bill will now head back to the Minnesota state house for approval. Gov. Tim Walz (D) has said he will sign the bill if it reaches his desk. The bill overturns a prior law signed by former Gov. Tim Pawlenty (R). In California, one of the first states to pass such a law,

Tennessee lawmakers passed a bill that would prevent drag shows from taking place on public property or in front of children. The bill classifies “male and female impersonators” as adult cabaret performers, while also banning “adult-oriented performances that are harmful to minors.” The legislation, SB3, now makes its way to Republican Gov. Bill Lee’s office. (photo)State Rep. Chris Todd, R-Madison County, filed the bill, saying “this is a common sense child-safety bill.” The bill, which passed by a vote of 79 to 19, makes it illegal to host an “adult cabaret performance” in a location where children are present.

The Wall Street Journal reports that the Energy Department has concluded that the COVID pandemic most likely arose from a laboratory leak. The conclusion is reportedly based on a classified intelligence report recently provided to the White House and key members of Congress. Under Biden’s order, teams from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Environmental Protection Agency and Federal Emergency Management Agency will visit homes.  Workers will ask how residents are doing, see what they need and connect them with appropriate resources from government and nonprofit organizations, the White House said. The 'walk teams' are modeled on similar teams following hurricanes and other natural disasters.
