Florida Governor Ron DeSantis on Tuesday announced new actions that his administration is taking to stop Democrat President Joe Biden from flooding the state with illegal aliens from the crisis that Biden created on the U.S.-Mexico border.
DeSantis’s office announced the following three actions in a statement:
First, Governor DeSantis has issued Executive Order 21-223 to prohibit all Florida agencies under the purview of the Governor from facilitating illegal immigration into Florida, unless otherwise required by federal or state law,

Strong impulse to agree with a Trump/Desantis 2024 run, but man, we.need lots more governors like him spread from sea to shining sea! Would hate to lock up his potential in a VP position for 4 years.

I love Ron DeSantis and am very fortunate to have him as my governor. But keep two things in mind:
- He is up for re-election next year, and you can be sure that the entire Democrat/Soros/Big Tech/Media machine will be going all out to defeat him. Ron only won his first gubernatorial election (2018) by a hair, and the margin of error for him is very slim
- Ron would be wasted in the vice presidency (assuming Trump runs and wins, which IMO is a bigger "if" than many here may choose to believe). And even if a Trump/DeSantis scenario were to pan out, a hundred unpredictable things could go wrong over four years to effectively scuttle Ron's presidential prospects.

Whole DeSantis can't deport them out of the country, why doesn't Florida deport them to Washington DC Delaware, or some other sanctuary city/state who should presumably welcome them with open arms.

Agreed, those of us who live in Florida, love our Governor! He has something that is hard to find in a Politician these days, Common Sense! We see it over and over in Him. I hope his EO will stand. The Haitians should be sent to Democrat States that are already set up with Hand Outs! Let them Deal with Thousands of people who have no jobs and don't speak English! THEY voted for Biden. We should be wearing T-Shirts saying "Votes have Consequences"! Or "Don't Blame Me, YOU Voted for Biden"!

Delaware, Illinois, New York, New Jersey, Oregon, Kalifornia and Washington State would be good places for them. Those states are full of caring, feeling people that should welcome new dem voters with open arms.

A MAN with the guts to protect his state and its people from an invasion of illegal migrants. Every governor show follow the Ron DeSantis plan. He knows that you can sue Biden and it will mean nothing. Democrats DO NOT FOLLOW THE LAW. You have to protect your own.

I like DeSantis and with Trump being a bit coy as to whether or not he'll be running in '24, I figured DeSantis as the 2024 GOP nominee for president but one can't help but notice the contrast in opinions between DeSantis and Abbott, especially the angry demands for Abbott to deploy National Guard troops to stop at the border, the illegal invasion on the border that is being suborned by the Biden Administration. The headline of the article is very misleading. Nothing DeSantis has proposed will stop the feds from flooding Florida with illegal aliens. He is preventing his state agencies from cooperating with the feds but takes no action to stop the dumping of illegals in Florida. Why no calls for DeSantis to deploy his National Guard troops to prevent the illegals from entering his state? Is it because those making such calls with regard to Texas, know full well that Biden can and would nationalize any state's National Guard who are seen to be opposing Biden's policies? Politically, if DeSantis declares his candidacy for president before Trump and Trump opts-in at a later date, will the love for DeSantis go out the window if it looks like he'll be running against Trump in the primaries? If Trump were to jump ugly against DeSantis, would that erode some of Trump's presumptive support? Those two should get that situation worked out privately to avoid a public rift during a time when victory for Normal Americans is within reach.
