MIAMI - A ferret has tested positive for COVID-19 in Florida, federal officials announced Friday. This is the first ferret to test positive for COVID-19 in the United States, according to a U.S. Department of Agriculture news release. A ferret in the European nation of Slovenia previously tested positive for the virus. USDA officials said samples from the Florida ferret were tested after the animal showed symptoms that included sneezing and coughing. Officials believe the ferret acquired the infection from a person with COVID-19. The small mustelids are commonly kept as pets. Officials didn’t say where in Florida the infected

So easy solution. Quarantine ALL ferrets for 14 days to flatten the curve. Personally I think Doc Fuzzy looks like a ferret.

Quarantine failure? Biden must MANDATE ferrets to get vaxed - unless they're immigrant ferrets, of course.

And yet the head ferret in charge is allowed to run around coughing, gagging and picking his nose with complete impunity.

In Hitchcock's The Birds during a frenzied air attack on Bodega Bay's citizens, approximately a dozen of them holed up in a restaurant, where an old man kept repeating, "It's the end of the world." The bird lady, an expert on the feathery critters, told the crowd that if the earth's billions of birds decided to organize an attack on people, "We wouldn't have a chance." But then remember the mother who was as frightened as Fauci, telling the people to please shut up because the kids were being frightened. Some people can't live without their fear. Poor creatures.

A sneezing ferret has tested positive for COVID in Florida...and announced that it will be running for Congress as a Democrat this fall. Says he wants to join the rest of the weasels there, according to the lady frantically doing the ferret translation in the circle at the bottom of the TV.

Let's see if I can predict the future. You now need to vaccinate your pets. (Pfizer doses will not go to waste.)
Since I believe the vaccine is the reason for the Delta variant, that means pets would be further spreading it.
This will backfire when pets start dying. These liberals may put up with the government killing off granny, but you kill their cat or their yorkie and there will be hell to pay!

Absolutely anything will be used to slam Florida and DeSantis. I think these "experts" could get a positive reading out of the mummy of King Tutankhamun.

Federal officials were alerted about a COVID infected ferret resulting in federal governmant involvement and national news. It's symptoms seem similar to those of a healthly child = sniffles. A telling sign of these times.
Federal officials are everywhere!
Reminds me of being in the Army in Germany, camping in woods 60 miles from nowhere. A Captain - Alfred Svenson - defected to East Germany and within an hour our encampment was crawling with at least 10 CIA agents, wearing civilian clothes, driving German cars bearing German license plates. I concluded that West Germany had to be thick with CIA Agents.

I'm more worried about a Federal government that would actually be testing ferrets for COVID than I worry about the disease itself.
