The U.S. military is leaving behind 75,000 vehicles, 600,000 weapons and 208 airplanes/helicopters in Afghanistan as the Taliban takes control of the country, according to the watchdog group Open the Books. “We've made the Taliban into a major U.S. arms dealer for the next decade,” said Adam Andrzejewski, CEO & founder of Open the Books. “They now control 75,000 military vehicles. This is about 50,000 tactical vehicles, 20,000 Humvees they control about 1,000 mine-resistant vehicles, and even about 150 armored personnel carriers.”

How is this possible? What utter incompetence by the administration and by its perfumed yes-men generals.

If they were intentionally 'arming' the Taliban they would have sent them a fraction of what the Bideniski left behind.
A court martial with capital punishment is appropriate for the 'keystone cops' responsible for this traitorous act.

Look for some real bargains on ebay. The 3 things Afghanistan are know for: rugs, hounds, and terrorists. Considering the contribution he made to their regime, the Taliban should put Quid Pro Joe on their currency.

This is not the result of negligance or poor planning. It's intentional, and not Biden's decision. It's the decision of the cabal of nameless, faceless traitors in the White House.

The crime of the century... And here I thought they were just incompetent and stupid.
Let me get ahead of the curve. Headlines next year: "Gun violence deaths in America soar as automatic rifles become common, more laws on hunters needed"

How long would it take the Taliban to pick up 600k weapons? Btw, how many Taliban are in Afghanistan?
The Taliban did not seize all these weapons. They were given to them.
Or perhaps these numbers are bull. Don't know what to believe these days.

On the bright side, all of the rainbow flags that flew at our embassy and consulates have been safely recovered.

Has anyone asked psaki if there was administration discussion about taking all weapons out of Afghanistan before the evacuation?
Also, of all the people evacuated so far, how many were Americans?

I looked at some data for comparison with the militaries of the world. The weapons we gifted the Taliban likely puts them in the top 20 best-armed militaries in the world, definitely in the top 25. Ooops? England has 222 military aircraft... we left the terrorists 208. Have no fear, terrorists don't know how to fly planes... right?

Just another "gift" from Obama/Jarrett/Kerry to the Iranian Mullahs, c/o Joe Biden.

We put ourselves in a real pickle by deciding to pull out at all, as all of that hardware would have to be airlifted out. Imagine how long it would take to fly out 20 years' worth of deliveries. Imagine the lift requirements for just the 1,000 MRAP's, alone. The only solution would have been to destroy everything and that should have been initiated as soon as Trump changed our course there.
We can only hope that we removed all of the black boxes and crypto gear that are loaded onto virtually every vehicle and aircraft before they're sent onto missions in the "smart battlefield" these days. The hardware is one thing, but if the Chicoms get access to the software and firmware loaded into all that stuff then we give up our true technological advantage over them.
They probably have most of the smaller stuff already. When we provided Stingers to the mujahahedin in the fall of 1986 the Soviets got their hands on one within weeks and immediately shipped it to Moscow. That we didn't thermite all the Blackhawks, though, is beyond comprehension.

I have to say there is an entire military complex built around the support of all this equipment over there. When something breaks down there is a system in place to get that piece up and running, even down to a new screw. When the planes, weapons and vehicles start breaking down (and trust me they do, all the time!) the Tollieban will have no one to call to repair or replace all the very complicated systems. Soon we will see planes and vehicles rotting away over there.

I hold the secret wish that the US Military was able to install GPS trackers and reprogram the guidance software to cause crashes and wild missile firings but this is the Biden administration, They probably left a bucket of champagne in each vehicle.

The Build Back Better program is really a way to empower the New Taliban.
We'll be seeing all these weapons used against us for decades.

The Josef Stolen regime was honest about this. There was "a fair amount" of weapons left behind.
