Fifth Circuit upholds Texas abortion ban
paving way for possible Supreme
Court hearing

The issue of abortion may once again come before the U.S. Supreme Court after the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a 2017 Texas law outlawing a second trimester procedure. Nine judges on the New Orleans-based appeals court ruled in favor of the Texas statute, five against, and three recused themselves. They overruled their own court's 3-judge panel, which last October upheld a lower district court's ruling blocking the law from going into effect.

Comments:

FTA: "Abortionists describe the procedure [D&E] as safe and common." None of the murdered babies were available for comment.

Roberts, Barrett and Kavanaugh are all Catholics. Do they really want to condemn their mortal souls to hell? Thomas and Alito are Catholic too but they will side with the babies. It’s already too late for Sotomayor.

The Left gets very angry if their ability to murder babies in huge numbers is limited in any way.

The senator made the comments during a Thursday interview with One America News Network that he later doubled down on in a lengthy statement posted to his social media pages the following day.

New Yorkers will now have to show photo IDs in order to engage in public life. Along with proof of vaccination, the mayor said "Whatever works, all you have to do is show that proof and have ID as well." "And it's easy, all you have to do is show proof of vaccination — that could be a CDC paper card, that could be an Excelsior Pass, an NYC COVID Safe app, whatever works," de Blasio said. "All you got to do is show that proof and have ID as well, and it’s straightforward."

The disaster that is the withdrawal from Afghanistan coupled with other innumerable debacles that Joe Biden has singlehandedly precipitated in just seven months should not come as a surprise to anyone who has paid attention to his career. His fifty-years as a politician is littered with a litany of failures due to unforced errors, countless flip-flops, plagiarism, cupidity, mendacity and demagoguery all brought about by an overweening sense of infallibility and egocentrism. Yet he was chosen by the current ruling class to be the figurehead in their devious scheme to defeat Donald Trump by any means possible in the 2020 election.

The American people are not going to surrender our fellow citizens to the Taliban.

It was now time for companies, governments and schools to mandate vaccines. Fauci said, “There was some poll that showed it, that about 30% of people who are not anti-vax, they were just waiting to get what they felt was the real final stamp of approval, which we just got today with the Pfizer product. What is going on with this guy? He was supposed to address the nation on the crisis in Afghanistan two hours ago. Now, it says he will read the teleprompter at 4:30 PM—a full four-and-a-half hours later than originally scheduled. Was there a tantrum? Did he need a nap? We have Americans that are stranded. They’re being beaten by the Taliban. US passports are also reportedly being seized by the Taliban as well. And where is Biden? Where is he hiding? Only a Democrat would be this late addressing the chaos where our citizens are in the line of fire. Why are they so bad at this?

Although the leftists I know are still resolutely silent about Biden’s Afghanistan debacle, even the mainstream media has caught on to the fact that something dreadful is happening there: Americans are trapped in Afghanistan with diminishing chances of escape, our military is essentially trapped at Kabul airport, tens of thousands of Afghan citizens have been getting on flights that will see them end up in America, sharia and all, and the Taliban is on its usual murderous rampage. The worst thing of all, according to Lara Logan, is that we’re being told there’s nothing to be done...and that’s a lie.
