The daughter of exiled Afghan president Ashraf Ghani is living a luxurious lifestyle in New York City, while her father has been given asylum in Dubai on 'humanitarian grounds' after fleeing Afghanistan in a helicopter filled with $169million in cash. Mariam Ghani, 42, lives in a loft in a luxury co-op in Brooklyn's Clinton Hill neighborhood, the New York Post reported. The visual artist and filmmaker, who was born and raised in America, is said to practice a bohemian lifestyle much different than that of women in Afghanistan.
