Trump supporter with a 'tannerite bomb'
surrenders to police after five
hour stand-off where he demanded
airstrikes in Afghanistan and to
speak to Joe Biden on the phone

The US Capitol was put in lockdown while police negotiated with a man in a pick-up truck demanding airstrikes in Afghanistan to 'kick the Taliban's a**' and asking to speak to Joe Biden on Thursday before surrendering to police after a five hour standoff. The man in the truck is believed to be 49-year-old Ray Roseberry from North Carolina. At 9.15am this morning, he drove his black pick-up truck onto the sidewalk outside the Library of Congress, opposite the Capitol building. Congress is in recess so no elected officials are there but there are staffers who are still working in the Capitol buildings.

Comments:

Yeah, sure. If there are no right-wing domestic violent extremists, you have to invent them. Impeach Trump again.

Tannerite is a binary explosive. It has to be set off with a heavy impact, such as by a gunshot. This smells like more FBI phony bullshit to me. Bombmakers don't use Tannerite; it is mainly used for exploding targets.

Another diversion may be in the works. Citizens in Germany are reporting a major military aircraft movement out of Ramstein AFB, which usually mean an air strike is coming somewhere (Somalia?).

Tannerite is a binary explosive that is popular with those in the shooting community. The only practical way you can set it off is basically with a high-velocity round - it's extraordinarily stable otherwise. I suspect either a false-flag event or some neighbor of mine that got started on his weekend drinking a bit early and jumped in the truck for a quick confab with Joey Fingers on Afghanistan... greyseal

Tannerite is the perfect choice for a setup. Yes it is explosive, but you must be extraordinarily deliberate to make it go bang. You aren't likely at all to have an accident but using it for bad things makes detonation far more complicated that other choices.

Might as well trash the name of Tannerite while they're at it. This is a perfectly legal product used for a small but loud report when hit by a high velocity projectile. The trouble is that it's a favorite of rural red necks. BTW.....it's great fun......I'm told.

From another article on Lucianne: "He said Democrats needed to step down, then also said he loved the president, Democrat Joe Biden. Facebook removed the videos a few hours after they were apparently filmed. Roseberry did not appear to have a specific demand for law enforcement other than to speak with Biden." This article may have the wrong facts. This guy, Ray Roseberry, liked Joe Biden so I doubt he was a Trump supporter. . .

A BS "bomb". 'Tannerite' cannot explode unless shot by a very high velocity rifle bullet. A handgun bullet WILL NOT do it, I know people who have tried it, and the instructions say it will not. Even lower velocity rifles won't do it. It is used to make fun "booms" when you are doing target practice. Unless the guy had a very high velocity rifle, which doesn't fit in your pocket real well, rigged up to fire into the material.....it was BS as a bomb. The stuff is approved for over the counter sale because it is basically fertilizer and aluminum powder, neither of which is controlled to begin with, and neither of which is normally dangerous by themselves.

There is a 95 percent probability that this is how it went down: Evil democrat 1: "Boy, the polls are looking mighty bad since our plans for Afghanistan have backfired." Evil democrat 2: "I know! Let's coax one of our mentally ill throw-downs into running a bomb threat in DC and make sure our media allies identify him as a Trump supporter ha-ha-tee-hee-hee." Evil democrat 1: "Sounds good but we have to be sure we get my super special police officers to kill him with a graphic headshot. That ought to quell any push back from fly-over country on our narrative." Evil democrat 2: "Excellent idea, even better than your 'kill some white bimbo in the capitol idea.' Tee-hee-hee-ho-ho. Just make sure we have CNN coverage of his head exploding." Later the next day: Evil democrat 1: "Who was the stupid feeb that supplied the tannerite? That stuff is not even illegal. I thought they were supposed to plant military ordnance that our libtards in uniform lifted from the Army. Now we can't push the 'white supremcists in the ranks' meme that our boy Milley has teed up for us." Evil democrat 2: "Oh, Nancy. Calm down. Tee-hee-hee. Uh-oh. I laughed up a lugie and there is no American flag I can spit it on, so I guess I'll have to swallow - again. Back to your point, tee-hee-hee, we have plenty of time to do that and no shortage of drooling cretins we can trot out there wearing a MAGA hat." Evil democrat 1: "Thanks, Kamala. Now pass that crack pipe. That s*** we snorted yesterday has left my nose a little raw."

During the presidential campaign, the Biden administration introduced a new word into the lexicon: a “lid.” His campaign has called a lid countless times without explanation, meaning it was cutting off all media appearances for that day. Joe Biden went on vacation to Camp David just before Afghanistan fell to the Taliban and gave no public remarks on the matter until more than 24 hours after the fall of Kabul. That was a speech Biden delivered from the White House Monday, after which he took no questions from the media. He went silent again, then delivered another speech on Wednesday, this time on COVID. As we approach the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 terror attacks it is interesting to look back and see how American culture has changed in that two-decade time span. It is unclear whether the president will take questions after his speech, as he has quickly exited the room after delivering speeches this week.
