It has been almost ten years since CTH first outlined the 1984 interview between Yuri Bezmenov and G. Edward Griffin titled “Deception was My Job”. (Snip)However, it is worth revisiting the interview as we find ourselves increasingly influenced by a deliberate effort to control U.S. society.Mr. Yuri Bezmenov was a Soviet informant and KGB operative who defected to the United States in the early 70s. Within the interview [full video here], Bezmenov lays out the four stages of “ideological subversion” created by radical Marxists to indoctrinate and weaken nations from within.
It is my contention the Chicago Marxists aligned with Barack Obama (revolutionary communists) were/are following this ‘four stage’ roadmap.

The Biden administration on Wednesday issued guidance instructing U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents to refrain from arresting and deporting illegal immigrants who were victims of crimes and those who are applying for victim-based immigration benefits.
Described as a “victim-centered approach” to enforcement, the new policy will see ICE agents cease taking action against illegal immigrants who have applied for visas specifically offered to victims of human trafficking, domestic violence, child neglect, or abuse, according to the guidance (pdf) issued by acting ICE Director Tae Johnson.

Blue hydrogen has “no role in a carbon-free future” – and is actually up to 20% worse for the planet than burning gas or coal to produce heat, according to what is claimed as a landmark academic study.
In the week that the United Nations declared “code red for humanity” over the climate emergency, researchers from Cornell and Stanford universities in the US branded the blue variety of hydrogen beloved of the fossil fuel sector as a “distraction” that could divert focus away from genuinely green technologies.
Blue H2, produced using natural gas with carbon capture and storage (CCS), is a key plank of the energy transition strategies

Democrats were quick to celebrate rare back-to-back victories when the Senate approved both a $1.1 trillion infrastructure bill and an additional $3.5 trillion package piled high with progressive priorities just before adjourning for recess on Wednesday – but it’s a rocky road ahead before either bill makes it to the president’s desk to be signed into law.
The House is expected to return the week of Aug. 23 to vote on the $3.5 trillion budget resolution that paves the way for Congress to squeak out a behemoth package filled to the brim with social and progressive priorities, including combatting climate change, funding universal pre-K, and reforming immigration law –

Hunter Biden claimed Russians stole another one of his laptops for blackmail while he was close to overdosing in a Las Vegas hotel room, DailyMail.com can reveal.
The alleged incident would mean Hunter lost a total of three computers - the first abandoned at a Delaware computer store and the second seized by federal agents - each likely to hold sensitive information on President Joe Biden and the embarrassing pictures, videos and communications of his son.
The third laptop still appears to be missing – and was taken by Russian drug dealers after they partied with Hunter in Vegas, he told a prostitute in a conversation caught on camera.

Another round of COVID insanity is upon us, and the totalitarian impulse among the ruling class is getting worse.
The spike in cases is undeniable. For this, it appears several important facts have converged. The early hope for herd immunity has turned out to be a chimera. The authorities assumed herd immunity would happen through the spread of disease or immunity through the help of vaccines or both. But the Delta and now the Lambda variants have undone old assumptions. Neither vaccines, nor prior infections, appear to offer much protection from these (although vaccines may prevent severe disease, the jury is out).
We also know the lockdowns, masks, social distancing,

WASHINGTON—Worried about rising gas prices, the Biden administration has called on oil-producing countries including Saudi Arabia and Russia to raise their oil production. Strong recovery in global demand and slow growth in supplies have been pushing crude oil prices higher in recent months.
National security adviser Jake Sullivan issued a statement on Aug. 11 asking the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries and Russia (OPEC+) to address rising gasoline costs.
“Higher gasoline costs, if left unchecked, risk harming the ongoing global recovery,” Sullivan warned.

Some employers are starting to tack on a $20 to $50 monthly surcharge to their unvaccinated workers, according to a health benefits consultant group.
“Employers have tried encouraging employees to get vaccinated through offering incentives like paid time off and cash, but with the Delta variant driving up infections and hospitalizations throughout the country—at the same time that vaccination rates have stalled—we have received inquiries from at least 20 employers over the past few weeks who are giving consideration to adding health coverage surcharges for the unvaccinated as a way to drive up vaccination rates in their workforce,” Wade Symons, with consultancy group Mercer, told Forbes magazine on Aug. 8.

It was never just a mask, it has always been a way of thinking. “Mask” is just shorthand.
I got dumped from my volunteer work at the Hawaiian Humane Society for choosing not to wear a mask outside while walking their dogs. Neither science, the CDC, nor the state requires a mask outdoors, and I’m fully vaccinated. Some staff bot saw my naked face and informed me of their “policy.” I asked why they had such a nonsensical policy, and her only answer was “it is our policy.” The conversation ended like an ever-growing percentage of conversations in America now end, with her saying, “Do I need to call security?”

Good grief these UniParty Senators are infuriating. During this interview with Maria Bartiromo, North Dakota Senator Kevin Cramer (U-DC) actually has the nerve to brag about $450 billion in infrastructure spending amid a phase-one bill that has $1.2 trillion in total. What’s the other $800 billion dollars being spent on doofus?
Another of Cramer’s advocacy points is how the U.S. Chamber of Commerce supports the bill; as if that’s a good thing. (Snip)The insufferable republicans that support the phase-one bill (The DeceptiCon crew) are, by direct consequence, advancing the $3.5 trillion phase-two bill that is entirely a Democrat spending spree on the Green New Deal and other insane initiatives.

Family medical physician Dr. Dan Stock delivers a six minute lecture to the Mount Vernon School Board about corona-viruses in general and COVID-19 specifically. This is one of the best compacted encapsulations of medical science and common sense that I have seen.
Dr Stock is informing and educating the school board about how coronaviruses impact health, and specifically why the current COVID-19 virus mitigation efforts are futile. This video is not likely to remain on-line for long. Hopefully many will see it before it is removed. WATCH:

Drew Altman, CEO and president of the Kaiser Family Foundation, said something very despicable about Americans who refuse to be vaccinated.
This fellow who heads an untaxed foundation that is dedicated to improving health said, "A quarter of those who were unvaccinated say they will likely get a shot by the end of the year. Seeing their friends get sick and local hospitals fill up again with covid patients may speed them along and add them to the ranks."
He is rooting for the infection of friends of Americans who assert their right not to be tampered with.
The mission has shifted from fighting covid to coercing the vaccination of everyone.
Comments:
But this bill is expected to have zero Republican support - or so the writers say. I keep wondering how all those Democrats can want to be taxed to the eyeballs, have enormous inflation, pay a fortune for gas, etc. Are the Dems - Congresscritters and their constituents - really that crazed?
