Biden Administration Orders ICE Agents
Not to Arrest, Deport Victims of Crime

Original Article

The Biden administration on Wednesday issued guidance instructing U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents to refrain from arresting and deporting illegal immigrants who were victims of crimes and those who are applying for victim-based immigration benefits. Described as a “victim-centered approach” to enforcement, the new policy will see ICE agents cease taking action against illegal immigrants who have applied for visas specifically offered to victims of human trafficking, domestic violence, child neglect, or abuse, according to the guidance (pdf) issued by acting ICE Director Tae Johnson.

So all 213,000 who crossed illegally were victims? Well now they are felons for breaking U.S. laws.

Couldn't give a damn less if they are victims. Had they stayed home, they wouldn't have been victimized HERE. Every single illegal is an invader and should be treated as such. But we all know that they have more rights than citizens these days.

Well, if the tacit policy is not to arrest / deport perpetrators of crime, it would be just not to arrest / deport victims of crime, either... I definitely oppose the former, but am ambivalent about the latter. Remember how the bad guy in Dirty Harry paid somebody to beat him up so that he could accuse Harry of doing it? Imagine that as a new service offered (for pay, of course) by human traffickers. "For just another 100 bucks, we'll guarantee you'll be permitted to stay..."

What happens when criminals are released or not prosecuted? Crime goes way up. What happens when? People move away. Mostly conservatives and republicans. What happens then? All that’s left are liberals democrats. System taken over.

The leftist and socialist Democrats who are Biden’s handlers are using every bogus excuse they can dream up to keep as many illegal aliens in the USA as possible, to legalize them through Democrat designed “path to citizenship” amnesties, and to eventually transform them into leftist and socialist Democrat voters by the millions. It looks like the wimpy Republicans are yet to wake up to that fact.

PUNTA GORDA, Fla.—Gov. Ron DeSantis announced on Aug. 12 that he is launching a Rapid Response Team to dispense monoclonal antibodies to tackle Florida’s rising number of COVID-19 cases and reduce serious symptoms, preventing the potential for hospital overcrowding. “This is probably the best thing that we can do to reduce the number of people that require hospitalization,” DeSantis said at a news conference in Jacksonville, adding that vaccines were strongly encouraged and were effective at preventing hospitalizations and deaths by at least 70 percent. “Clear benefits to this early treatment is keeping people out of the hospital and reducing mortality,” he said.

Journalism nonprofit Project Veritas can depose New York Times employees in what could become a landmark case for defamation, a New York Supreme Court judge ruled this week. New York Supreme Court Justice Charles Wood on March 20 ruled against the paper’s request to dismiss a lawsuit from Project Veritas over stories that the watchdog says defamed it. The New York Times later moved to halt all discovery in the action, claiming that moving forward would needlessly burden the paper and the court system and that their appeal raises “novel and important” legal questions that will benefit from review.

(Snip)However, it is worth revisiting the interview as we find ourselves increasingly influenced by a deliberate effort to control U.S. society.Mr. Yuri Bezmenov was a Soviet informant and KGB operative who defected to the United States in the early 70s. Within the interview [full video here], Bezmenov lays out the four stages of “ideological subversion” created by radical Marxists to indoctrinate and weaken nations from within. It is my contention the Chicago Marxists aligned with Barack Obama (revolutionary communists) were/are following this ‘four stage’ roadmap.

Blue hydrogen has “no role in a carbon-free future” – and is actually up to 20% worse for the planet than burning gas or coal to produce heat, according to what is claimed as a landmark academic study. In the week that the United Nations declared “code red for humanity” over the climate emergency, researchers from Cornell and Stanford universities in the US branded the blue variety of hydrogen beloved of the fossil fuel sector as a “distraction” that could divert focus away from genuinely green technologies. Blue H2, produced using natural gas with carbon capture and storage (CCS), is a key plank of the energy transition strategies

Democrats were quick to celebrate rare back-to-back victories when the Senate approved both a $1.1 trillion infrastructure bill and an additional $3.5 trillion package piled high with progressive priorities just before adjourning for recess on Wednesday – but it’s a rocky road ahead before either bill makes it to the president’s desk to be signed into law. The House is expected to return the week of Aug. 23 to vote on the $3.5 trillion budget resolution that paves the way for Congress to squeak out a behemoth package filled to the brim with social and progressive priorities, including combatting climate change, funding universal pre-K, and reforming immigration law –

The third laptop still appears to be missing – and was taken by Russian drug dealers after they partied with Hunter in Vegas, he told a prostitute in a conversation caught on camera.

Another round of COVID insanity is upon us, and the totalitarian impulse among the ruling class is getting worse. The spike in cases is undeniable. For this, it appears several important facts have converged. The early hope for herd immunity has turned out to be a chimera. The authorities assumed herd immunity would happen through the spread of disease or immunity through the help of vaccines or both. But the Delta and now the Lambda variants have undone old assumptions. Neither vaccines, nor prior infections, appear to offer much protection from these (although vaccines may prevent severe disease, the jury is out). We also know the lockdowns, masks, social distancing,

WASHINGTON—Worried about rising gas prices, the Biden administration has called on oil-producing countries including Saudi Arabia and Russia to raise their oil production. Strong recovery in global demand and slow growth in supplies have been pushing crude oil prices higher in recent months. National security adviser Jake Sullivan issued a statement on Aug. 11 asking the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries and Russia (OPEC+) to address rising gasoline costs. “Higher gasoline costs, if left unchecked, risk harming the ongoing global recovery,” Sullivan warned.

It was never just a mask, it has always been a way of thinking. “Mask” is just shorthand. Neither science, the CDC, nor the state requires a mask outdoors, and I’m fully vaccinated. Some staff bot saw my naked face and informed me of their “policy.” I asked why they had such a nonsensical policy, and her only answer was “it is our policy.” The conversation ended like an ever-growing percentage of conversations in America now end, with her saying, “Do I need to call security?”

President Joe Biden is weighing vaccines mandates for interstate travel, according to the Associated Press (AP) on Thursday. “Still, while more severe [coronavirus] measures — such as mandating vaccines for interstate travel or changing how the federal government reimburses treatment for those who are unvaccinated and become ill with COVID-19 — have been discussed,” the AP writes, “the administration worried that they would be too polarizing for the moment.” For the time being, the White House seems content with shaming those who are unvaccinated, while demanding private companies mandate vaccinations for their employees. For instance, Biden told churchgoers April 1, they were being ungodly if they did not become vaccinated.
