Two women pleaded guilty to hate crimes and theft Monday nearly a year after Trump supporters were violently confronted and had their political gear stolen in Delaware.
Police arrested Olivia Winslow and Camryn Amy after viral footage showed the defendants tearing a Trump supporter’s sign and grabbing a “Make America Great Again” hat. The two women pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges of theft, hate crimes and child endangerment, the Delaware News Journal reported Wednesday.
And may they wear this upon their foreheads for life like the Scarlet Letter. An albatross around their scrawny necks.
Twisted, demented women

When a seven year old is so frightened he asks someone to call 911, the perps have gone beyond a mere "misdemeanor." The child felt threatened. If either of those women are parents, one might wonder how they behave around their own children when nobody is watching.

and they will always have a felony on their life long record and that makes it hard to get a job or succeed. I wish nothing but misfortune and bad karma on these 2 women, they have no idea what being American means.

Would the women have pled guilty absent the film? Probably not.

"The women, both of Wilmington, have pleaded guilty to charges of theft, child endangerment and hate crimes"
If the circumstances were "different", they'd face jail time.

They may end up with records, but for all practical purposes it will be catch and release.

Probation is not the appropriate sentence. They need 6 months jail time at a minimum. The peaceful Jan 6 protestors have been in solitary confinement without charges for nearly 8 months.

Around the same time, a child was in a restaurant with a MAGA hat and a tolerant Democrat stole the kid's hat. Anyone remember?

Why weren't they charged with felonies? I thought hate crimes were felonies. I don't think probation is appropriate in these cases at all. Both should have had some jail time.

Nothing being done to them, though. Probation. Rotten punks need about 90 days in the county slammer to help them remember not to do this again.

Looks like dim’s protecting dim’s. Truly sad what has happened to our judicial system. Two sets of laws with two different sets of outcomes

Does a guilty plea not open them up to a Civil case where compensation for the materials and injury can be obtained?

Women?
I think this is one place where the leftist term 'front-hole' is appropriate.

The tall one thinks she is some kind of boxer. The fat one as well, but the fat one is more bark than bite. This set back is the first of many to come and when they are recovering they might realize they brought it all on themselves.

Women shouldn't expect to not be hit at full power if they start this carp.
A full power right hand from pretty much any male would be a real wake-up call for most women....or maybe more like nap time.

The fact that this incident happened in Delaware and the prosecution proceeded anyway is somewhat encouraging. It looks like they'll both get off with just probation which is absurd, but at least there is some accountability.
