Two Women Plead Guilty To Hate Crimes After Video Showed Them Violently Confronting Trump Supporters

Two women pleaded guilty to hate crimes and theft Monday nearly a year after Trump supporters were violently confronted and had their political gear stolen in Delaware. Police arrested Olivia Winslow and Camryn Amy after viral footage showed the defendants tearing a Trump supporter’s sign and grabbing a “Make America Great Again” hat. The two women pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges of theft, hate crimes and child endangerment, the Delaware News Journal reported Wednesday.

Comments:

The fact that this incident happened in Delaware and the prosecution proceeded anyway is somewhat encouraging. It looks like they'll both get off with just probation which is absurd, but at least there is some accountability.

And may they wear this upon their foreheads for life like the Scarlet Letter. An albatross around their scrawny necks. Twisted, demented women

When a seven year old is so frightened he asks someone to call 911, the perps have gone beyond a mere "misdemeanor." The child felt threatened. If either of those women are parents, one might wonder how they behave around their own children when nobody is watching.

and they will always have a felony on their life long record and that makes it hard to get a job or succeed. I wish nothing but misfortune and bad karma on these 2 women, they have no idea what being American means.

August 05, 2021 "The women, both of Wilmington, have pleaded guilty to charges of theft, child endangerment and hate crimes" If the circumstances were "different", they'd face jail time. Drain The Delaware Swamp.

Probation is not the appropriate sentence. They need 6 months jail time at a minimum. The peaceful Jan 6 protestors have been in solitary confinement without charges for nearly 8 months.

Why weren't they charged with felonies? I thought hate crimes were felonies. I don't think probation is appropriate in these cases at all. Both should have had some jail time.

Women shouldn't expect to not be hit at full power if they start this carp. A full power right hand from pretty much any male would be a real wake-up call for most women....or maybe more like nap time.

Sometimes you see something related to politics that is just so perfect it has to be shared. A USA Today fact-check that dropped yesterday is one of those things, and keep reading because it’ll become very obvious why in a moment. Daniel Funke, who describes himself as “checking facts + covering misinfo” on Twitter decided to take on those who said that Joe Biden checked his watch during the dignified transfer of the 13 US servicemembers last week. That tragedy occurred at the hands of an ISIS suicide bomber after the Biden administration outsourced security to the Taliban.

How much do Americans hate the defund the police movement? Well, you knew it had to be a lot when Democrats like Joe Biden and Jen Psaki tried to claim that the move to defund police was really a Republican thing, despite the evidence of our own eyes and the facts over the past year. But now the Harvard CAPS-Harris poll has put a number on it and it’s pretty big. Let’s just say it’s hard to get a number like this on anything, that’s how much people hate it. Now we can see why the Democrats were so desperate to run away from it, but it’s too late.

He disagreed with what was said in a phone call between President Donald Trump and the Ukrainian president. What he should have done was resign, if he disagreed. Instead, he went all resistance and tried to do in Trump. But ultimately, that gambit failed — like so many other gambits to get Trump failed. But Vindman is still trying to sell himself as somehow an important person. It’s really rather sad, how desperate he is for relevance.

The American Medical Association (AMA) is calling for the "immediate end" to the use of ivermectin to treat COVID-19, and for doctors to stop prescribing it for that purpose, amid a spike in the use of the drug. Ivermectin, often used as a deworming agent in animals and sometimes for humans, is not approved to treat COVID-19 and has not been shown to work for that purpose. Poison control centers have recorded a five-fold increase in calls related to ivermectin, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

San Francisco is offering to pay people $300 a month - if they promise not to shoot each other. The 'woke' scheme to curb soaring violent crime is set to begin in October, offering gift cards as an incentive for prospective criminals to lay down their guns. Called the Dream Keeper Fellowship, the pilot program will kick off with 10 individuals who are deemed at high risk of committing a shooting or being shot, paying them $300 to act as 'public safety ambassadors.' Sweeteners could kick the monthly payments up to $500 if they meet certain benchmarks, such as seeking a job or maintaining parole appointments.

White House press secretary Jen Psaki snapped at a male reporter questioning how President Biden squares his abortion views with his Catholic faith, telling him: 'I know you've never been pregnant.' 'Why does the President support abortion when his own catholic faith teaches it is morally wrong?' Owen Jensen, reporter for Catholic television network EWTN, asked the press secretary. 'He believes it's a woman's right, it's a woman's body and it's her choice. It's up to a woman to make those decisions and a woman's decision to make with her doctor.'

One of Texas’ largest abortion clinics rushed to perform “67 abortions in 17 hours” ahead of a deadline that would effectively ban most abortions in the state after six weeks — the time a fetal heartbeat can be detected. The Texas law behind the new restrictions went into effect at 12 a.m. Wednesday morning, apparently prompting numerous women in the state to quickly get abortions when they may have been waiting to do so. The 19th News, a feminist news outlet started by two former Texas Tribune employees, reported the increased abortions at Whole Woman’s Health in Fort Worth, Texas,

Dr. Anthony Fauci on Thursday said that the new Mu variant of COVID-19 is not considered to be “an immediate threat” to the US. Federal officials are “keeping a very close eye” on the virus mutation, though its “not at all even close to being dominant” in the US, the White House chief medical advisor said. “Bottom line, we’re paying attention to it. We take everything like that seriously, but we don’t consider it an immediate threat right now,” Fauci said during a White House COVID-19 briefing.
