Fauci says new COVID variant called Mu
not ‘immediate threat’ to US

Original Article

Dr. Anthony Fauci on Thursday said that the new Mu variant of COVID-19 is not considered to be “an immediate threat” to the US. Federal officials are “keeping a very close eye” on the virus mutation, though its “not at all even close to being dominant” in the US, the White House chief medical advisor said. “Bottom line, we’re paying attention to it. We take everything like that seriously, but we don’t consider it an immediate threat right now,” Fauci said during a White House COVID-19 briefing.

Comments:

My cynicism knows no bounds. So a new variant appears in Colombia. It appears to evade our vaccines, natural immunities and best therapeutics. What could we do to slow its spread here? How about we open the southern border, not test, much less turn back anyone, and instead ship them all over the country and see what happens?!

Yea not a problem he says, meanwhile Biden has the southern border open to all.. Yesterday on the news they had video In Texas a 50ft tractor trailer stops on a dirt road, the trailer doors open and illegals come running from every direction, jump in and the truck drives away... Somebody is paying for this and will spread disease and crime across the country.

Really, the best thing to do is to plan on getting sick with the virus. If you're fat, get rid of some of it.. seriously. If you don't prepare for being infected, you're foolish. The vaccines can't protect you. Viruses spread like they always do. They mutate like they always do. Blame the virus! Don't blame Fauci or Trump or Biden or the vaccinated or the unvaccinated. Don't blame the Chinese, the Columbians or Mexicans, or the India Indians or the Africans. Stop blaming and get your body ready to do battle!!

I have a question? How are they testing people to find out if they have one of the variants? What if they say it’s a variant, but it’s just regular COVID and they blame a variant because the vaccine does not work? I never used to be a conspiracy theorist, but sheesh, most of them aren’t conspiracies anymore.

#10. I tested positive on August 13 and my wife on August 15. Your test results don't tell you what virus you have. BinnaxNow. And honestly, your body doesn't care. What the CDC tells you to do... "Stay home for 10 days. Call your PCP. If you get blue, have trouble breathing or get a high temperature (over 102), call 911." They didn't call for contact tracing. We did that ourselves.. we called our contacts. The CDC or the PCP doesn't tell you what to expect or what to do to minimize symptoms. My PCP said.. "Okay. We still recommend that you get vaccinated, but wait 90 days." Neither my wife nor I were vaxxed. Our U.S, Senator, Anguish King, was "fully vaccinated" and was sick at the same time. He praised the vaccine for saving his life even though he had all the symptoms we had , but he couldn't stop coughing and had to go the hospital where he was given monoclonal antibodies. I don't know if he is out of the woods yet, really. I live in a part of Maine that is a hot spot right now and vaxxed and unvaxxed are coming down with Covid19, presumably the Delta Variant. Like I said before... quit blaming and get ready to get sick. If you don't get sick, you are blessed. If you do get sick, you won't be surprised!

Excellent advice, #12. The pattern of "hot spots" seems to center around the popular vacation and beach areas of the country where people tend to travel and gather in groups. Florida in Winter and Maine in Summer with California and New York being an all-year-round cesspool of disease and crime. The vaccine only adds to the danger. The wife and I stay fairly isolated in a rural area and if we catch it, it is God's will. They can keep their vaccine because it's not a vaccine, natural immunity is.

Covid is the same as the flu. Each year it seems that here is a new strain or mutation requiring an updated Flu vaccine. This has been going on forever. I don't hear the CDC panic over this every time the Flu mutates. The Flu kills people too. I am so tired of hearing about every variant of the Covid virus. We will hear about a new mutation every week as long as the government wants to assert it's control over the willing people who follow their every word with fear. I don't see people hiding at home, wearing masks, or mandating the Flu vaccine to stop the annual Flu season from killing people. Covid should be treated the same because it is the same. Stop the fear mongering, daily death counts, and intimidation of people unafraid of Covid. It is a virus, not a Zombie apocalypse with people dropping dead in the streets and being eaten by the undead.

The American Medical Association (AMA) is calling for the "immediate end" to the use of ivermectin to treat COVID-19, and for doctors to stop prescribing it for that purpose, amid a spike in the use of the drug. Ivermectin, often used as a deworming agent in animals and sometimes for humans, is not approved to treat COVID-19 and has not been shown to work for that purpose. Poison control centers have recorded a five-fold increase in calls related to ivermectin, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Dr. Rochelle Walensky has been making the media rounds. During her most recent appearance on CNN, The Conservative Treehouse caught her making a startling admission: The vaccines neither prevent people from catching COVID nor from spreading COVID. At most, they simply reduce the severity of the symptoms people experience if they do catch COVID.
