American Airlines is reportedly warning of jet fuel shortages nationwide and asking their pilots to conserve fuel when possible. In an internal memo, the airline advised that jet fuel shortages that have been impacting western states "are now being reported at American [Airlines] stations across the country," and that "delivery delays are expected to continue through mid-August," The Dallas Morning News reported. Airfares are already high, now the airlines are looking to find an excuse to increase them. They're using the fires out west and the increasing use of planes to fight the fires as an excuse for the fuel shortage. The number of flights is already reduced because they laid off thousands of pilots and other personnel because of the Chinese virus. Now they're trying to hire back the thousands of pilots. They're also saying there is a shortage of truck drivers to deliver the fuel. That may be true, but it shouldn't affect the major airlines or airports. Almost every airport's fuel is delivered by pipeline directly to where the plane is using small tank farms located outside the airport. Those tanks farms are filled by pipeline as well, so tanker trucks aren't used that much.

If we had an actual press, perhaps they would like to delve into the reason WHY jet fuel is being constrained. If. The fuel trucks didn't disappear. Maybe ask the question why you can't find drivers for them (if that is really the case, which I doubt)? Or would doing your jobs cut into your time of sniffing Lunch Buckets' butt crack?

I guess the toilet paper shortage was not as successful at population control as I thought. This ought to give the global warming scam artists something to be excited about. Several months ago (last summer?) the oul tankers got stuck with full cargo and had to wait to unload as demand absorbed the cargo of the tankers that arrived at port before them. Modern supply chains seem rather fragile; the toilet paper story being illustrative. The Dims seem to know nothing but marketing and propaganda. They don’t build things, they don’t manage things (except with brute political power and threats). So it’s hard to see if they are manufacturing a crisis or mismanaging their way into one. Either way they are anti-wellbeing of the population.

I will apply the Trump rule where everything and anything that happened on his watch was his fault. Ergo this is Biden's fault. Continued federal welfare checks make it more profitable to sit on your backside than to work. Biden is working hard to make us energy dependent again and might succeed. That moron is one sippy cup away from the 25th amendment.

When it comes to political and social demonstrations during the Tokyo Olympics, 2021 is the year of women. Female athletes have attracted the spotlight on the international stage by championing racial equality and taking ownership of what they wear during competitions. "Historically, we've seen the role of patriarchy sort of supersede ... the voices, lived experiences of girls and women on the Olympic stage," said Akilah Carter-Francique, executive director of the Institute for the Study of Sport, Society and Social Change at San Jose State University. The U.S. women’s water polo team suffered its first Olympic loss since 2008 after falling 10-9 to Hungry in Wednesday’s preliminary round. The coronavirus could be just a few mutations away from evading existing COVID-19 vaccines, according to the head of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Although the pandemic disrupted family life across the U.S. since taking hold in spring 2020, some parents are grateful for one consequence: They're now opting to homeschool their children, even as schools plan to resume in-person classes. The specific reasons vary widely. Some families who spoke with The Associated Press have children with special educational needs; others seek a faith-based curriculum or say their local schools are flawed. The common denominator: They tried homeschooling on what they thought was a temporary basis and found it beneficial to their children. “That’s one of the silver linings of the pandemic – I

Perhaps it’s because I grew up surrounded by extraordinarily tough people, but I found myself singularly unmoved by the spectacle in the House on Tuesday, which reminded me of a bad mash-up of Dr. Phil, Oprah, and BLM-produced soap opera, rather than a legitimate inquiry into an event that Democrats have seized upon to consolidate their power by destroying their opposition.
