SEATTLE - Police detectives are working overtime after a man was shot and killed Sunday night outside an apartment building in the Lake City neighborhood - Seattle's fourth homicide in less than 24 hours. Officers and medics responded to the scene, in the 12700 block of 33rd Avenue NE, at around 10 p.m. after several 911 callers reported hearing a series of gunshots.
