Senator Rand Paul has said he is writing to the Justice Department seeking 'a criminal referral' for Dr Anthony Fauci, accusing the nation's top public health official of having lied to Congress.Paul, a libertarian Republican who has frequently sparred with Fauci, engaged in a blazing row with the health official on Tuesday. Both men ended up calling the other a liar in a remarkable exchange during a Senate hearing. On Tuesday night Paul told Fox News he wanted to take the matter further. 'I will be sending a letter to Department of Justice asking for a criminal referral because he has lied to congress,' Paul told Sean Hannity.

Written to the DOJ? I call that a profound waste of ink and paper.

A sternly worded letter to the thoroughly corrupt DoJ. That's the complete outcome of that little exchange yesterday. Bet Garland is going to get right on that.
Rand Paul never fails to disappoint. He got some camera time, and the donations will flow back in.

Dr. Strangelove Fauci lies under oath to Congress as he's confident the feds, mainstream media, and Big Tech will protect him.
Trump should have fired Fauci from the get go but hind sight is always 20-20.
Fauci is the poster boy for the far too numerous life-long incompetent, lazy grifters in the federal government who sit around in their offices drinking coffee and watch porn.

The DOJ is a wholly owned subsidiary of the dimocrat party but at least he got a headline, that's about all the Repub party can do now with absolutely no power.

Fauci's claimed that such research that created the Chinese virus was impossible to do. That statement alone is a lie. Hundreds of researchers have stated that it can be done, and even one of the key people in this admitted it was easy to do.

That's right. Attack the ONE guy who's trying to hold Fauci accountable? Rand doesn't have many avenues available to get the Wuhan truth from Fauci. What would you have Rand do? Attack Fauci as he mows his lawn?
At least he's showing he won't back down. He's nobody's fool; he's scrappy, unafraid, and probably this latest encounter is just part of a plan to pressure Fauci to slip up and basically do himself in. It appears to be working as evidenced by the WaPo siding with Rand yesterday.
Sheesh. Give the guy some credit. He may not be perfect but at least he's not sitting on his hands.

Sadly Paul believes he sent a letter to the DOJ. In reality he sent it to the DOJU, Dept of Just-Us. Two tiered Just-Us system will protect Fauci and all other Democrat servants.

A thousand "likes" to #9 who fairly and realistically states the situation as it exists. Rand Paul is an attack dog going against the overpaid fraud. But what else can he do when he can only operate within the limits of the Senate? He can't arrest Fauci, as thrilling and warranted as that image is.
Honestly, I think Rand should be applauded and his efforts appreciated. I wish there were more like him.

Missing questions for Fauci -
1. Why did you send 600,000 dollars to the independent lab? What did you expect them to do with the funds?
2. Why did the independent lab send the 600,000 dollars to the Wuhan Lab? What was the purpose of the research? Was the money sent with your approval?
3. Did you know that the Wuhan Lab had a poor safety record?4. Did U.S. government auditors go to the Wuhan Lab to review how the 600,000 dollars was spent?

Why pick on Paul? Has anyone else given it to Fauci like he has? Maybe he can get some of Fauci's trolls to get scared and flip.

Rand Paul will be lucky if this corrupt DOJ doesn't investigate him for some trumped up reason -- like wasting government supplies by writing a letter on something he should have know the DOJ would do nothing about.

Unfortunately, there is zero chance that the totally corrupt UnJust Department will do anything about this.
