The Mississippi Attorney General on Thursday asked the Supreme Court to overturn Roe V. Wade.“The conclusion that abortion is a constitutional right has no basis in text, structure, history, or tradition” Mississippi Attorney General Lynn Fitch told the Supreme Court justices.“There are those who would like to believe that Roe v. Wade settled the issue of abortion once and for all,” Fitch said in a statement posted on her official website. “But all it did was establish a special-rules regime for abortion jurisprudence that has left these cases out of step with other Court decisions

It's sad when someone thinks making abortion illegal that it will save lives. It will just cost more. Women will do anything to not continue a pregnancy when they choose not to.

Roe v. Wade’s ruling was a complete, baseless creation of the Supreme Court. It is their duty to end it. Now!

#2 Maybe, maybe not. Doesn't matter. Forming a nation under Laws created by Representatives elected by "We, The People" wasn't done to save lives. It cost a lot of lives and more pledge theirs to defend it on a daily basis. For this one issue (killing a fetus in the womb on-demand at the most convenient location) is what you expect us to throw away everything we pledged to defend? If all our Constitutional protections and all the elections can be ignored for a moral, ethical and important issue (or this evil), then none of those protections and none of our democracy exists at all. You got the votes, pass the laws. You want the Constitution to protect it, PASS AN AMENDMENT. You don't like our system of government... move.

10th Amendment. Abortion is a matter for each state. The federal government should not be involved.

As AG Fitch will soon learn, the abortion industry won't like their money being taken away. Closing down Roe v Wade may be the only thing that saves what's left of this burned out hulk of a nation. (AKA the cult of infant sacrifice.)

# 5 - I don't think the constitution or Bill of Rights deprives women of a right to choose. Like I said, overturning Roe V Wade won't end abortion. It will simply make it more dangerous and cost even more lives. Should anyone have an abortion, no. But life is not equal for everyone in the world. Some lives are difficult and dangerous and the result of rapes or assaults. One size does not fit all.

“Women will do anything to not continue a pregnancy when they choose not to.”
No, perhaps some women, but allowing the killing of helpless babies to be legal was and is wrong, period.

Abortion has pushed us to God's righteous judgment upon us as a nation. Abortion, homosexuality, and sexual perversion are all part of ancient pagan worship. And, as per usual, the leaders are the major participants. They've so screwed us.

#2/8 One of the big lies about legalized abortion was how safe if was going to be. PP and other abortion clinics have have been relatively hands-off in terms of health accountability within individual states. Kermit Gosnell is just one example of the house of horrors that 'reproductive clinics' really are. Set aside the scores of innocents he slaughtered over decades, the conditions in his clinic were filthy and several women died of botched abortions under his hand. Study after study concludes that women who have at least one abortion double their risk to breast cancer.
This moral, legal, and un-Constutional travesty known as Roe v Wade should have never seen the light of day.

#8, it won’t make abortion more dangerous. It will only mean that women living in some states will have to go to other states in order to kill their kids.

Although he was in support of the Court's decision on Roe v. Wade (and Mr. Justice Blackmun's majority opinion), my constitutional law professor at Vanderbilt tore his hair at the legal reasoning in the decision, saying that the decision was so poorly written it would inevitably be overturned because it was based on no legal principles.

How can we rely on the Supreme Court for anything after they dodged the election fraud issue, the crime of the century? Nefarious characters, aligned with foreign enemies, steal our country, our freedom and soveigrnty at stake, and SCOTUS sits by like a disinterested spectator.
And the effeminate Roberts reportedly declined to hear the criminal fraud cases because he was afraid BLM and Antifa would riot. So scrawny, ignorant Marxist mobs are controlling the highest court in the land. Johnnie-boy obviously cares more about what BLM thinks than what our Constitution says, an anxiety-ridden wimp hiding under his desk.
And there was a "John Roberts" on the flight logs to Epstein Island. Of course, it's a common name, but these were not commoners on those flights. It was the elite, something JR is clearly a member of. He's been acting like a man who's compromised, starting with his nonsensical ruling on Obamacare. Did the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court really fly on the Lolita Express? After seeing what's happening in our government, nothing would surprise me.

If women can't use birth control to save their children... then the supremes cannot not get into their thinking about the life of their babies...they will answer for each baby they threw into the garbage or sent to companies for research... these poor babies...never had a chance...

Big mistake. HUGE. Had it not been for legal abortion since 1973, America as we know it would not exist, due to at least a 400% increase in welfare thugs shredding any chance of law and order, decency, and quality of life for the rest of us. Not to mention the crushing economic impact and all the added democrat voters making this a one party dictatorship.

Not one prayer in hell SCOTUS touches the third-rail of American politics. Roe v. Wade will never be overturned, even with 9 'conservatives' on the court.
If SCOTUS was concerned about righting the fraud in the 2020 election causing the country to explode, then what do they think would happen if they tossed out that odious ruling? They don't have the courage to address it.

#2 " "I don't think the constitution or Bill of Rights deprives women of a right to choose."? No kidding! Laws do. Laws making it illegal to do lots of things with your body, like sell your kidney or prostitution. And if women will do anything for an abortion, then won't they just go to a state where it's legal? You think this is going to be so deadly, for who? Innocent babies? It's a fact that the number of abortions performed skyrocketed because of R v. W. Dangerous for women committing a crime? Well, selling your kidney isn't safe, or shooting up (your body your choice) with drugs is dangerous. Lots of illegal choices are dangerous.
Our freedoms and laws aren't based on trading the lives of the innocent to save the guilty or unsubstantiated projections of doom. They are based on laws and democracy, even when you don't like them.

Bipartisanship only works for Democrats, if you accept and agree with their propaganda.
There is NO dissent permitted.
This is naked Tyranny even beyond what George III and his puppet parliament engaged in, so long ago.
The Revolution is almost here. America, will live or die, in the next five or ten years.

RE #2: I believe in a woman's right to choose. However, the moment of choice is when she spreads her legs, not when the pregnancy test comes back positive.
RE #18: When a human body in the womb is considered a commodity that can be disposed of without consequences, then a human body outside the womb is also a commodity that can be disposed of without consequences. If the body inside the womb can be methodically dismembered, then the body outside the womb can be modified according to human whim; a man can become a woman or a woman can become a man, or an animal, or anything that can be conceived by the human brain. If the fruit of human sexuality is a meaningless blob, then all life is a meaningless blob. It appears the lessons learned by the horrors of Hitler's Germany have been lost in our post-modern world.
If slavery is the Original Sin of America, then abortion is the murder of Abel by Cain a thousand times a day. The fruit of sin is more sin. Legalized abortion is at the root of all our nation's societal ills; the dissolution of the family, substance abuse, promiscuity, homosexuality and lesbianism, body mutilation, and pornography peddled as mainstream entertainment. How can we possibly have honor, truth and integrity in our government, when that government sanctions the murder of innocents?

#18, Roe v Wade is the very reason that so many people think that human life is cheap and expendable. Without it, perhaps all those thugs wouldn’t be thugs and all those welfare bums might have jobs,

I believe we may have forgotten that our laws descend from God Almighty's Natural Law and then codified into civil law. There is NO right to RAPE, nor MURDER, much less the abortional KILLING of millions of innocent, defenseless, UNBORN babies!! Abortion is the actual CRIME of the century, not a stolen, fraudulent election!! Abortion may also have accelerated our slide into Hell! Time will tell, which one.......

With all respect to #2, this is 2021. A woman and as we know unfortunately, even a teenager or pre-teen has access to birth control. Heck, they can give it to a kid in school without the parent's knowledge. And quite frankly access to safe, cheap and reliable birth control has been available to woman starting in the 1970s. There is NO EXCUSE and there has been no excuse for the last 40 years, for a woman to need an abortion except for absolutely legitimate health reasons such as an ectopic pregnancy. And to poster #18. Forty million lives have been snuffed out just in NYC through abortion, many of those lives, minority babies. How many doctors like Ben Carson, or Supreme Court justices like Clarence Thomas, future presidents, researchers who might have found cures for cancer, good neighbors, whatever have been killed? What a loss to our society. All because Democrats, the party of slavery, Jim Crow, death and destruction have no ideas and must resort to murdering innocent babies in the womb and now as we know, just born babies as well, to build a political movement.
That said, this United States Supreme Court that we have today, will never, ever vote to repeal abortion. If and when they ever did that the Democrat killing machine would move to expand the court and John Roberts is terrified of that. So, all of that political capital that our beloved Donald J. Trump expended on Gorsuch, Barrett and especially Kavanaugh has been wasted. Never fear, Democrats will continue to have the ability to kill babies.

Great Post, #26, and re #18, pray for them, it’s not just Dems...
Some [perhaps 70-80%] of America have stood by our Founding Principles, it’s the arrogant, msm, sometimes paid anarchists and left [redundant?] that have often been more loud and destructive.
Never fear; God is still Sovereign!
