Cops are asking the public’s help tracking down a laughing bigot who splashed a stranger walking her dog with a water bottle, calling her an anti-Asian slur. The 55-year-old Asian victim was out with her pup on Queens Plaza South near Crescent St. in Long Island City when the assailant walked up to her and splashed her, calling her a “c---k,” according to sources. The attacker was caught on surveillance video released by cops Sunday laughing as she walked away, the water bottle still in her hand. The NYPD Hate Crimes Task Force is investigating and cops are asking the public’s help

The laughing bigot looks a whole lot like Mayor De Blasio's troubled daughter, except that the splasher is clothed and does not have gigantic holes in her earlobes.

So the “assailant” squirted her with WATER and called her and name and this gets the hate crime task force called out? I’m aware Asians are under attack but this one is an over reaction.

If this is somehow excused as not a big enough deal, then the obvious result is that there will be more of it. We have every right and expectation to peacefully walk in our neighborhoods without fearing a stranger may assault us, whether with water, words or worse. This is where "Broken WIndows" policies must rapidly and seriously be used.

Scrolled through the Daily Mail this morning and noticed a pattern (emphasis mine): "JEWISH man viciously attacked"..."ASIAN man robbed in broad daylight"..."ASIAN mom dragged down stairs at NYC subway station..." and now this posted article. Never a mention of the race or ethnicity of the attacker, though. Not important, but neither is that fact that terrorists are muslim.

Broken window theory is real. If you allow smaller events like this to take place with no response they escalate until there is a response but that will only be after a large number of innocent people are dead for the crime of being Asian or white while walking near blacks on public streets. Why wait? Find this trash and give her a sound beating.

More than 50 Democratic members of the state House fled Austin for Washington, D.C., last Monday, paralyzing the House just as the GOP was advancing sweeping changes in elections during a special session. Under the Texas Constitution, the Legislature requires a quorum of two-thirds of lawmakers to be present to conduct state business in either chamber. House Democrats are trying to use a massive climate and infrastructure bill to change how Americans get around — by breaking states’ decades-old fondness for building highways. It would also represent an historic shift away from the roads-first approach to federal transportation spending that has reigned since Dwight Eisenhower created the Interstate Highway System.
