Arizona AG seeks injunction to reverse
Biden administration’s ending of border wall
construction

Arizona's attorney general on Monday announced that his office is seeking a preliminary injunction against the Biden administration’s efforts to end border wall construction and the Trump-era Remain-in-Mexico policy – claiming the moves violate environmental law. Attorney General Mark Brnovich’s office first sued the Department of Homeland Security in April, alleging the administration has not complied with its obligations under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) when it ended border wall construction and the Remain-in-Mexico policy – which kept migrants in Mexico until their hearings were processed.  CORRECTION*

Comments:

If Biden and the feds won't secure our border, than the states should. Texas is on board, and so is my home state of Arizona, I'm happy to say. Let's go New Mexico, and even though California may seem to be a lost cause, we can at least apply pressure.

FTA: "The AG’s office cites estimates that each migrant crossing the border leaves up to 8 pounds of trash and that the state’s Department of Environmental Quality found that includes human waste, medical products, vehicles and plastic containers." Interesting theory...might work.

I believe environmental law was used by the Democrats to stop Trump from building the wall, seems only fair to use the same tactics against them now.

People are coming in and bringing diseases with them. What about the spread of the China virus. How can Biden threaten citizens with punishment for not taking the vaccination when they let infected people in and secretly move them around the country. Nothing done under this fake administration makes any sense and seems to have the goal of purposely harming the citizens of the U.S.

A group of protesters, who claim to be artists, are boasting about a pro-choice statement they made Thursday after hanging a banner from a Jesus statue in Arkansas that reads "God Bless Abortions." Indecline, an activist art collective started in 2001, draped the 44-foot sign across the Christ of the Ozarks statue in Eureka Springs as a "direct response to the dramatic attempts being made in Arkansas and throughout the South, to ban abortion services to women in need." KNWA News reports that the group dressed up to resemble construction workers, then snuck onto the property to hang the banner.

For July’s Top 10, let’s apply some scrutiny to this never-ending narrative on race from leftists. If our friends on the left, particularly members of the Democratic Party, are to be believed, they are the ones who are striving to protect Americans from racism, are seeking to remove bigotry from our great country, and are promoting ‘racial justice,’ whatever the heck that is. But anyone paying attention knows the facts point to a much different reality. If we assess racism using the ostensible definition currently employed by the left, racism is indeed alive and well in today’s America

To determine the accurate results from the 2020 election, states must forensically audit all ballots in an area and not samples. This can easily be done as Arizona is showing us. Yesterday we reported on some action in Michigan to get to the bottom of the election results in that state. Representative Steve Carra proposed House Bill 5091, requesting $2.5 million to perform a forensic audit of the November 2020 presidential and US Senate election in the hotly contested state of Michigan.
