In a remarkable display of how committed the Democrat party is to utilizing the narrative of domestic extremism for their own benefit, Nancy Pelosi is placing satellite field offices for the DC Capitol Police in key regions around the country. When we consider the FBI has field offices all over the country, you might ask: why does the Capitol Hill police need to expand beyond Washington DC? Essentially, what Nancy Pelosi is doing is expanding the federal law enforcement mechanism of the legislative branch into specific areas where they can investigate political opposition armed with legal authority.

Nancy "Witch" Pelosi has now become the Gestapo.
BTW, expect the Witch to treat Liz Cheney(R) Wyoming as a daughter.
Liz "Cuckoo" Cheney will probably not run for re-election in 2022 because she knows her political career is over. Cheers!

Numerous media outlets have reported the name of the person that shot and killed Ashli Babbitt. He is a Lieutenant on the Capitol Police force.
Lieutenant Michael Leroy Byrd.

Any state which might permit such intrusion into state affairs and authority are led by fools. I'd station state police at their non-DC office doors and block coming and going. Might even meet them at their planes and march them back aboard.

100% illegal overreach. The DC capitol cops have no jurisdiction in the States. There is no legitimate law enforcement need. Here's an idea: Why don't we defund the capitol keystone cops? You know, the ones that invited protestors into the capitol, then murdered one of them?

Maybe BLM/Antifa will burn them out. Aside from that, law enforcement is an executive function, so security forces for the legislature have no jurisdiction but Nancy can put anything over on Biden. Any governor worth a darn would arrest them for impersonating real Po-lice.

Uh - wait a minute. USCP has jurisdiction inside DC only, and only in certain areas: From WikiPedia:
The jurisdiction of the United States Capitol Police centers on the United States Capitol building in Washington, D.C., the adjacent congressional (House and Senate) offices, and the Library of Congress buildings. This primary jurisdiction is about 270 acres (0.42 sq mi; 1.1 km2), with about 58 acres (0.091 sq mi; 0.23 km2) the Capitol-grounds itself.[4] The U.S. Capitol Police also have extended jurisdiction over parts of Northeast, Northwest, and Southwest Washington D.C.[5]
Four congressional committees have statutory oversight.[6] The authority of the Police Chief is, in many ways, restrained. The Capitol Police chief reports to the Capitol Police Board, a three-person group composed of the Senate and House Sergeants at Arms and the Architect of the Capitol.[7] The chief is âwhipsawed between partisan politicians and career professionals like the two Sergeants at Arms and congressional staff...here they literally have hundreds of people who think they're their bosses."[8] The pay for the USCP Chief is far less than many police chiefs in the US.[8]
As of 2020, the USCP has an annual budget of more than $460 million and employs more than 2,000 sworn and civilian personnel, making it one of the most well-funded and well-staffed police departments relative to the two square miles it guards.[4]
They have no authority outside of DC, and Piglousy has no authority at all to expand this.

No one says a word as the government organizes to seek and destroy all opposition. Especially Trump supporters and MAGA hat wearing gun owners. I wonder if Nancy has been fully vaccinated? Hmmmmm Her and Schumer?

Nancy's Brown Shirts with matching covid masks.
This is a seriously dangerous move by the Speaker of the House. Not sure this is within her Constitutional powers.
Probably everyone else is remembering during the '08 campaign BO quite vigorously calling for a "civilian security force":
July 2008
"We cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objective we've set. We've got to have a CIVILIAN NATIONAL SESCURITY FORCE [voice is rising] that's just as powerful [louder], just as strong [more forceful, angry], just as strong, JUST AS WELL-FUNDED..."
People should be aware that when the Dem/Left throws out those "trial balloons" they aren't mere fantasies, they are intentions and they set their faces like flint (as the old saying goes), determined to bring about that dream of a utopia (really a retrograde, failure of a higgledy-piggledy nightmarish amalgam of marxist absurdities, enforced at the point of a bayonet).
She and her comrades want to nationalize law enforcement. And history shows that these fascists always target THEIR political opposition, such as the TEA Partiers, then Trump supporters.
How convenient that when you have political power you wield the actual mechanisms of suppression against your personal enemies list.

I see this as another step by the Democrats to takeover the entire US in the guise of the Federal Government. Unfortunately, I expect it will ultimately lead to another Civil War, and the Democrats will lose, again.
They'd use the military, but Posse Comitatis forbids using the US Military against American citizens. And, despite the governments efforts, I believe a lot of patriots are still serving in the military, and would refuse any order to attack Americans, as that would be an illegal order.

Who has jurisdiction if one of Nancy Pelosi's centurions commits a homicide outside of the District of Columbia? Do they still get to investigate and exonerate themselves while keeping the perpetrator's identity secret?

Well, we all know that Obama is really running the country! Now he is making good on his promise to create a federal police force as well funded as the military!
This will be the American equivalent of the NAZI SS. Mark my words!

So Nancy has that kind of power, huh? She doesn't have to cite any legal authority. The left just acts while our side whines and doesn't exert any power. I'm talking to you, Kristi Noem. I can't wait to hear and see Governor DeSantis' response. Defund the Capitol Police, Congress, and all of the federal government. We need a freakin' reset.

ISn't law enforcement the responsibility of the executive branch? The constitution doesn't empower the legislative branch to have power delighted to the executive branch. Naci loves being a little dictator.

Going to California, heavens knows they need help with law enforcement. Going to Florida to monitor Trump and DeSantis. Either way, it's a Pelosi power grab.
