The Supreme Court denied review today to two cases filed in connection with the Presidential vote in Pennsylvania.
The first case was filed by both the Trump Campaign and the Republican Party of Pennsylvania, challenging the decision by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court that make changes to the election laws in Pennsylvania.
The second case was filed by GOP Congressman Mike Kelly, challenging the adoption by the Pennsylvania Legislature of no-excuse absentee balloting as a violation of the Pennsylvania State Constitution,
Time for the Republican majority legislature in Pennsylvania to reassert itself and its authority over election law.

The PA GOP is proving itself to be republicrats by not fighting for election integrity; just like in so many other states.

Supreme Court won’t examine Pa election dispute cases, but will examine DJT’s hard line on immigration. What a crock! Biden will have a walk in the park the next 4 yrs.

What a shocking surprise! Not.
The ruling oligarchy has made it clear there will be no questioning of the ways and means by which they have seized and hold power. No one in the ruling class or any of their minions will be allowed to mount any real opposition and any who dare will face ruin. We are taught every day that the constitutional republic is over and we had better accept the fact and get used to it.

And once again Kavanaugh and Barrett, the "constitutionalists" sell the US and the Constitution down the river. Trump appointed and fought for these two clowns, and we supported their appointments, exactly why? The country was put through hell with their confirmations. And here we are yet again, with probably the most important cases they will ever have to rule on, watching as they vote with the Dems not even to HEAR the cases. I am so disgusted with everything about Republicans. I hope Kavanaugh and Barret two ungrateful slobs are impeached by the Democrats. Constitutionalists, my...........eye. How I would have loved to hear Rush's take on this.

No surprise hear. All branches of government are controlled by the communist death democrats and the Swamp. We will get zero assistance from any of these branches of the now brutal, totalitarian government being swiftly put in place. In fact they will in the near future start their final push for gun control. We do have strength in numbers and God Willing we will persevere and win.
Conservative Court my ass.
Free America.

And the hits just keep on coming. Our beloved country has been seized by evil people focused on its destruction. Every single policy they have put into place is purposely designed to weaken or destroy. I believe our demise will not come in drips and drabs either, it will be swift and the fall will be earth shattering. Democrats are eager to transform this country and they now have free reign. Besides, who is going to stop them? They own it all from the executive to the legislative to the judiciary. Seriously, what is our next step?

Well, at least now maybe the DemoMarxists won't add seats to the SCOTUS so they can pack the court with Leftists. There's no need.

Playing along so that Biden and the D's won'y create a few dozen additional Justices, ie: freshly minted rubber stamps in robes. It's a tactic with a long history of failure.

No need to repeal the amendments to the constitution. Just hem them in with various rules, regulations, and quiddities. Those so called “constitutionalists” are DIGUSTING!

SC rules election fraud ok. Republicans need to get that message and prepare to cheat on all future elections, or they are going to lose.

If the white hats have a bomb to drop on Epstein's buddy Roberts, now would be the time. This crap is unbelievable! Mountains of evidence but we can't pry our way into a courtroom. The situation gets more surreal by the day.

If ever a case cried out for full and impartial review by the US Supreme Court this was it. There is NOTHING more central to the duties of the Supreme Court than to confirm that our elections follow constitutionally required procedures. It is how our nation agrees to peacefully accept any new administration. When that assurance is removed, so is the agreement to abide by elections peacefully, and the use of force becomes a legitimate option.
Yes, I said "legitimate," because the theft of an election is in effect a robbery by governmental force or refusal to enforce the laws. When the rule of law no longer applies, the people are left to whatever means are necessary to recover their stolen rights.

JFK/Warren Report...FBI #2 man is outs himself on his death bed as Deep Throat...Senate investigates CIA...9/11 and deep state knowledge of what the Saudi connection was...Obama’s invisible background....POTUS DJT ousted by deep state coup....what do they have in common? As they say in DC, ‘Look it’s simple, if we don’t know the answers don’t ask the questions. ‘We’re not going there because we will likely find our colleagues and neighbors and friends are probably involved and they’re gonna take down the temple with them.
So,.... We’re.Not.Going.There. Got it?

What this seems to say is that there is no need to obey any election laws. No standing before the election (true) and moot after the election unless you are willing to void the election. I can't speak to motivations but it might be reasonable to assume that the fear of massive rioting were the election to be voided. There really is no mechanism in our Constitution to deal with voided elections. The could be because the founders did not believe that moral men would cheat this way and it has been noted that the founders believed that moral men were required to establish any legitimate government.

All those wounded, dead and walking dead vets must be wondering what they fought for, what they were defending. If you are in the military, it must be clear that your country has been stolen by the very enemies that tried to kill you. Not just the obvious barbarians who want the evil Satan gone, but the parasites of globalism, foreign and domestic. They have completed their coup and now they are on the march. I'd hold out hope that our Armed Forces would be up for a final battle, right here and right now, but knowing how pervasive and ruthless the enemy is, I wonder if any organized effort in the military could be done without traitors at every level stopping it before it got started. Unfortunately for every patriot or anyone with the slightest bit of love of country, the USA as a society is too stupid and too gutless to stop this neocommunist nightmare march into a new Dark Age.

What's this, like the third time the Supreme Court has ruled not to hear the PA. case? Do these lawyers really think if they keep asking, the court is finally going to say ok.

What the Supreme Court is basically telling us is that the states can do whatever the hell they want to do and it’s OK, if it’s illegal it doesn’t matter; it doesn’t matter how unconstitutional it is; it doesn’t matter in any way shape or form. We’re in the Democrap toilet in the Supreme Court just pushed the plunger!

No standing before an election and moot afterwards. So when is that magical nanosecond when having an election stolen is relevant? Roberts, Kavanaugh and Barrett sided with the left against America's ability to have an honest elections.
