Republican lawmakers demanded Dr. Anthony Fauci be terminated from his role as the nation’s top infectious disease expert after he was accused of flip-flopping on key COVID-related topics like mask-wearing and the origins of the coronavirus.House Rep. Warren Davidson, a Republican from Ohio, on Tuesday proposed the ‘FIRED Act’ - whose acronym stands for ‘Fauci Incompetence Requires Early Dismissal.’'Dr. Fauci is at odds with the [Centers for Disease Control],' Davidson told Fox News. 'He has repeatedly put political science ahead of the science on COVID-19.'Republicans have criticized Fauci and other public health officials for telling the public to refrain from mask-wearing in the early days

Fauci should be in jail and nothing less. You tell this to everyone who's lives were destroyed by losing someone close to them by the virus or the effect of the lockdown; their business shut down permanently; children denied other children companionship, etc. This clown needs nothing less than jail. He is an unsensitive beast that could not give a damn about anyone but himself.

Idiots. Well, now they know how viruses can transmit from bats to humans. What good was it to know, unless you were doing it on purpose? The research certainly didn't learn any way to protect against it or stop it. It wouldn't have happened, unless you purposely subjected the virus to "gain of function" research. It is my hope that fauci finds himself before a tribunal for Crimes Against Humanity.

I don’t think President Trump ever had a chance to fire Fauci. From the very beginning the press was worshipful to fauci and you know as well as I the firestorm that would have erupted over trumps head if he’d gotten fed up and booted the little weasel out. This little worm is a Clinton acolyte and the media all know it.

Did they mop their furrowed brows with scented handkerchiefs after making this call? The courage of many of our Republican leaders combined would not fill a teacup. It appears they have heard the rumblings of the great unwashed masses they so despise. People are fed up with the lies, lockdowns and those darn masks. They want answers and they want them now. It will not go over well with Americans if they find out Fauci has been funding the Wuhan Laboratory through his position in our government. Once again, the government fails the American people and that is not right. Experimenting with bio weapons is extremely dangerous and I would bet this is just the tip of the iceberg. There is no telling what evil our tax dollars are funding. Americans deserve to know where the money is going especially on extremely dangerous projects like bio weapons. If we had even adequate oversight, it would help, but apparently even heinous scientific research can be funded without anyone to oversee what is being done. Who was tasked to hold Fauci accountable for his decisions? No one?

The most shocking revelation was that Fauci had provide funding for "growth of function" research on the bat virus that became Covid-19 even though this kind of research was prohibited for good reason. Even more shocking was that the work was farmed out to a research facility in China giving that adversarial government complete access to the research. Paying China to develop a potentially very deadly biological weapon was so criminally stupid as to defy belief! To the eternal disgrace of the rest of the MSM in this country, only the UK's Daily Mail and FOX News have investigated and reported this story. The rest of the MSM have portrayed Fauci as some kind of hero.

Assisting a potential enemy, using US taxpayers money, with their biological warfare projects is pretty bad, even for a money grubbing liberal Democrat. In the old days some people with political go-power in the USA would have called those activities treasonous.

Hindsight. When confronted with the now known fake pandemic of the common summer cold President Trump didn't know just like the rest of us then went into action. Fauci was there at the time and you go to war with the weapons you have. Now we know Fauci is just a posing fake with a background of questionable deeds that span back to President Reagan's years. Would Trump have fired Fauci now if faced with it? Knowing President Trump as a man of action probably so.

Trump was between a rock and a hard place in naming Fauci when this thing started. Fauci was the head guy at NIH that deals with viruses. Image the MSM's reaction if Trump either didn't pick Fauci, or went in another direction. The media would have immediately said Trump isn't a doctor, or Trump thinks he knows more than the experts. The media would have sought out Fauci for his opinion anyway. My problem with Fauci was his obnoxious behavior displayed behind Trump's back during the briefings when Trump was speaking. There was no call for that kind of behavior from anyone. Now that evidence points to Fauci's hand in this from the beginning, and his outright lies during the past year, a resignation isn't enough for me. This little twit needs to stung up by his feet and spend the rest of his life behind bars.

Were President Trump still in the White House, #1, Fauci would have been gone before the new year began. He couldn’t have been fired since he is a civil servant. There are many things Trump got wrong, although with the virus most of the missteps came from relying on the experts. Fauci is an expert who had a golden reputation. At the time there was no reason to exclude Fauci from the Corona task force.

President Joe Biden's 2022 budget proposal is projecting an economic boom for 2021 that will carry over into next year – with trillions in proposed spending increases the administration says will propel growth through the decade. The budget office is projecting 5.2 per cent growth for the year, with strong growth continuing into 2022 at a projected 4.3 per cent growth rate before leveling off.Annual deficits, which spiked amid a flood of spending to counter the coronavirus, will come down – but the accumulated debt held by the public will reach $24 trillion this year – 109 per cent of the nation's Gross Domestic Product.
