Former President Barack Obama called Donald Trump a “corrupt motherf–ker,” “madman” and a “racist, sexist pig” to people behind the scenes, a new book claims. Obama had actually preferred Trump as president over Sen. Ted Cruz when the two were locked in a Republican primary battle, a forthcoming book by writer Edward-Isaac Dovere says.“I didn’t think it would be this bad,” he later told donors, the Guardian reported, citing Dovere’s “Battle for the Soul: Inside the Democrats’ Campaigns to Defeat Trump.”“I didn’t think we’d have this racist, sexist pig,” Obama is quoted as saying.

The Fox News personalities appeared together on Sean Hannity to discuss the Middle East conflict which has killed at least 227 people in Gaza and 12 in Israel. The two appeared ready to resume hostilities from the moment they appeared on air after a similar spat in April. Fox News host Hannity began by asking Rivera, an outspoken critic of Israeli aggression, for his views.

I loved President Trump because he stood up for the ordinary people of America, those who for so long had been kept in cultural servitude by the political elite. Trump endowed ordinary Americans with a sense of possibilities by returning manufacturing jobs to America, restoring our sovereignty as a nation free of global institutions, and, above all, ending the atmosphere of political correctness that had choked free expression for decades. Then, when the elite saw everyday Americans rising above their station, it decided to put them back in their servitude by depriving Trump of a second term, by whatever means necessary. Now the high-paying jobs are disappearing,

On Monday, the delayed due date for filing federal taxes for the last calendar year, the White House made a theatrical show of releasing President Biden’s 2020 tax returns. In so doing, the new administration wanted to show a contrast with Biden’s predecessor, Donald Trump, who did not release his tax returns. But while the White House emphasized the release of Biden’s returns, it does not want reporters to scrutinize the content of those returns, because doing so would highlight a pattern of hypocritical behavior by the current president and his family. To wit: For the fourth year running, the First Family used a questionable tax loophole

Thomas Lifson caught the fact that Biden made a joke that would have sent journalists screaming to their psychiatrists had President Trump made it: When they asked about Israel, he said he’d run them over. What someone noticed later is that, in addition to threatening violence to journalists who made him uncomfortable, Biden may have been faking that he was driving. Sharp-eyed observers noted that his steering wheel didn’t control the tires and believe that someone else was driving the car. (snip) In fact, if you watch slo-mo footage of the event, it appears very much as if Biden has a dummy steering wheel.

I’ve shied away from reporting on events in Maricopa because it would require more hours than I have in a day to track intelligently the back-and-forth in that recount. My touchstone there is the fact that the Democrats’ and NeverTrumpers’ ferocious efforts to stop the count strike me as the actions of people with something to hide. Joe Biden has had his 100-day honeymoon. People were bound to start complaining eventually. But then something at the gas station caught my attention. As I was filling my car, I noticed that someone had put a sticky note on the gas pump. It read, “Prices Compliments of Joe Biden.” When I told a friend about it, he commented that those notes have been appearing around town. During and after the 2020 election, commentators frequently touted Joe Biden’s character as a major point in his favor. If Trump was unpredictable, aggressive, and uncouth, Biden stood in stark contrast: reliable, collegial, and, above all, empathetic. As Peter Wehner put it in The Atlantic, “In the entire history of American presidential campaigns, there may never have been a wider gap in empathy than between Donald Trump and Joe Biden. And it has rarely mattered more.” This was no outlier. Forbes ran a story headlined, “How Empathy Defines Biden.” CNN quoted his many endorsers, all of whom invoked his empathy. Slate summed it up: “Joe Biden is the empathy candidate.”

And now a report from the left-leaning Brooking Institute is claiming that the “unsustainable” nature of the suburbs means they must be transformed in the name of preventing climate change. The Brooking Institute report touts President Joe Biden’s “ambitious and necessary” goal to reduce greenhouse gas emission to 50 percent of the amount emitted in 2005 by 2030, with even bigger reductions by 2050. They succeeded, with 35 Republicans crossing over to vote in favor of it, not seeming to care that it’s going to be a “bash Republicans” effort, rather than any sort of real investigation. There are already multiple investigations going on, so there wasn’t any need for an additional. This is simply an opportunity for Democrats to bash Republicans. How do we know how biased this will be? Because we can already see how slimy Democrats are being about it. Right before the vote on the Commission,
