Report: Kamala Harris Keeps Enemies List of
Journalists Who Don’t ‘Appreciate Her Life Experience’

Original Article

Vice President Kamala Harris keeps a list of reporters and other political types who might be racist, according to a profile published in the Atlantic on Monday. "The vice president and her team tend to dismiss reporters. Trying to get her to take a few questions after events is treated as an act of impish aggression," writes Edward-Isaac Dovere. "And Harris herself tracks political players and reporters whom she thinks don't fully understand her or appreciate her life experience." That list presumably includes the people at Vogue magazine, who managed to enrage libs by putting Harris on the cover earlier this year. It remains unclear why the libs became enraged;

I would prefer we not worry about the enemies list Harris has. All of us are on it, if not individually then corporately. Long gone are the days when political opponents could agree to disagree, make their arguments civilly before the voters, and let the best folks and ideas win. It galls me that the milquetoast Republicans (not all of them are milquetoast) were so overwrought with the brash comments of Mr. Trump. But they let Obama steamroll them with accusations of racism and only god knows what else with nary a defense or a response. They were completely ineffective against him. Back to Harris . . . I don't care what she thinks or says. I want us to focus on throwing the bums out in 2022 and 2024. America and the world are in a ton of hurt because of Biden, Harris, Pelosi, and the election-stealing press. We need to defeat them in such a severe manner that "political bloodbath" are the only words to describe it.

Biden warns naysayers in congress: ‘Don’t

WASHINGTON — President Joe Biden on Thursday warned naysayers in Congress not to “get in the way” of his big infrastructure plans as the White House panned a counteroffer from Republican senators to tap unused COVID-19 relief for a more modest investment in roads, highways and other traditional public works projects. After touring a manufacturing technology center at a community college in Cleveland, Biden held up a card with the names of Republicans lawmakers who had rejected his coronavirus aid bill in Washington but later promoted its assistance when they were back home in front of voters. He warned them not to play similar games

Facebook will no longer remove posts claiming the coronavirus is "man-made," it said Wednesday. In February, the tech giant said it would take down "debunked" claims that humans created the virus that causes COVID-19, but it has reversed its policy amid renewed interest in the virus' origins from scientists and politicians. "In light of ongoing investigations into the origin of COVID-19 and in consultation with public health experts, we will no longer remove the claim that COVID-19 is man-made from our apps," a Facebook representative told Insider in an emailed statement.

The news landed at the Texas Capitol last month like a bombshell: State police were investigating claims that a male lobbyist from one of the most influential firms in Austin had used a date rape drug on two female legislative staffers. The Capitol quickly swung into outrage mode. Female legislators wore pink in solidarity with the victims. The House speaker condemned the “disgusting, detestable allegations.” After the alleged culprit was identified, some legislators banned his firm, HillCo Partners, from their offices. And new laws requiring that lobbyists receive harassment training were proposed. Within a week, however, the Travis County district attorney and the Texas Department of Public Safety announced

President Joe Biden will unveil a $6 trillion budget proposal on Friday that would push federal spending to its highest sustained levels since World War II. Biden’s budget plan asks the federal government to spend $6 trillion in the 2022 fiscal year and for total spending to hit $8.2 trillion by 2031, according to documents first obtained by The New York Times. Should Biden’s budget be accepted by Congress, the federal government will spend more as a share of the economy each year than at any other time since World War II, with the exception of 2020 and 2021, which saw trillions in COVID-relief spending. The two programs fueling the massive

What can I say? I enjoy being vindicated. And I would like to thank Centers for Disease Control (CDC) Director Rachel Walensky for making me feel as if I am. Earlier this week, I wrote about a study that demonstrated that prepositions matter when discussing hospitalizations for COVID-19 among children. There is a difference between getting hospitalized with COVID-19 and getting hospitalized for COVID-19 in the hospitals studied. Reported data does not capture this crucial distinction, which likely applies to hospitalizations of children and adults nationwide, given the testing protocols and reimbursement incentives. I have been railing against the context-less reporting of death counts

Yesterday Jonathan Chait wrote a pretty good summary of how the media messed up the lab leak story early last year. The Washington Post’s fact-checker also published a timeline which attempted to tell the same story. Chait’s piece was good and the Post’s timeline was less so, mostly because it minimized how the Post itself helped launch the crusade against the idea. In any case, today Matt Yglesias wrote his own summary of the media history of this story which I think is the best one I’ve seen so far. In recent weeks, Trump has sat down with Gingrich, Mark Meadows (his former chief of staff and a former Republican congressman), and Sen. That answer was very troubling, I observed in our story on Psaki’s response. Is there an American investigation still ongoing into the question from the Biden team, I asked?
