The Washington State legislature is considering a police reform bill that would prohibit or severely limit law enforcement officers from utilizing a wide range of tools and tactics. House Bill 1054, which was pre-filed by Representative Jesse Johnson (D – 30th District) on Christmas Eve, would completely prohibit the use of all chokeholds and neck restraints, even in deadly force situations.

Why bother? The cops already got the message. All the cops are already self defunding their departments in these places either quitting or taking early retirement anyway. Soon they'll have to increase police budgets to attract cops back to their areas instead of defund them. Or maybe more social workers will cut down the rates of murder, rape, arson and armed burglary.

Soon enough, these Dem hellholes will be lawless and endlessly violent. I suppose that the intent is to make things so hideous that their destruction of our rights and the Constitution will be less noticed.
THIS is why the ammo shelves are empty and have been for the last year, even though all the ammo makers have been running extra shifts and shipping more volume in a month than they did 20 years ago in a year.

This will save a lot of money. We won't need trained german shepards, etc., we can use chihuahuas, cocker spaniels, or just dogs from the local pound. If they aren't allowed off the leash, maybe even cats or goats would work.

Unleashed rioters are OK though, I assume.

It's a great way to get the wealthier, more politically connected leftists to relocate to "safer" areas, where they will then push to get the same leftist policies enacted in the new areas they infest.

If WA state passes this disaster, they deserve what they get. I have a leftist former coworker who moved to Washington state a few years back. I hope she likes living in a leftist hellhole.

I foresee a rise of private security forces, and walled enclaves for those who can afford it.

FTA: "Police would no longer be allowed to use “unleashed” K9s “for the purpose of arresting or apprehending” suspects" I have had several cats over the years who acted like a dog would act. I guess they thought that they were dogs. Maybe they were actually trans-species cats ahead of their time? Instead of Police Dogs they can deploy the Police Cat/Dogs because they don't like to be on leashes as a rule and they do none of that infernal barking. They would help in the transformation of police departments into kinder gentler forces.

K-9 v Fe Line.
Have seen my cat in a high speed chase and he can pin you to your chair by draping himself over your lap and purring.

#10 is correct. We will end up like Mexico and other SA and Central American countries. Those that can afford it live behind walls with broken glass embedded at the top and private security. Any important mail is sent by a private courier since their postal service is unreliable and corrupt. That is the future of our big cities run by Dems. They are welcome to it. We have already seen massive increases in crime in those places and I doubt that some will ever return to normal. Now that Biden et al is in, even Fredo's brother is alarmed by the crime increase that he and De Blasio caused. They have almost single-handedly ruined one of the great cities of the world.

#10, ONLY for connected party members. The rest will have to try and buy their way into that privileged position.
