Cuomo Suggests Sheriffs Who Don’t

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo blasted county sheriffs who are refusing to barge into people’s homes to break up gatherings of more than 10 people, arguing that his executive order limiting the size of private gatherings is the equivalent of law. Cuomo said the sheriffs who have vowed to ignore the mandate he issued last week are “arrogant” and “frightening to democracy,” the Democrat & Chronicle reported. The governor claimed that his executive order is no different than a codified law, and that he issued it in order to force people to stop the “living room spread” of the novel coronavirus.

To call his executive order "the equivalent of law" and the vow to ignore it "frightening to democracy" seems rather authoritarian, not democratic. Slo-Joe and Cuo-mo seem like two birds of a feather in this "I tell you what to do" vision of democracy.

In order to enter a home the police need justified cause backed up by a warrant signed by a judge. Fat chance getting one of them on thanksgiving day. They cannot just hold up a document which is Cuomo's executive order. I suggest that people carpool so that there are not multiple cars parked in front of a home, just to be careful.

NY state and NYC are the warnings of rat efforts that are spreading to all the places that some of you think are immune from what is happening. The greatest failure of all things NY isn't the voting population, although they certainly deserve credit, it is the so called opposition party and our collective media. The moron voters are zombies who are too clueless to be aware of how rat parasites are using them as hosts. They are fools, but to be fair they haven't had much choice in any political race in the state. If you need proof of just how toothless the RNC is, look at the Empire state since the slob Nelson Rockefeller. A creep who died under a prostitute. Nothing from Republicans at the national level and very little at the state level. It is the supreme irony that the fiercest Republican in the modern era is Donald Trump from NYC. The pillar of support for this evil insanity is the 'tough' NYC press. The biggest bunch of boot licking liars the world has ever seen. You marvel at the audacity of the Thug, it is because he wipes his shoe on the press and they love it. NO one is going to investigate him or expose his daily crimes. They cover for him. How different is this old East German state than where you live? However 'free' you think you are, that is up for grabs in the next 2 months. The rats are well inside the gate and so far they are set to simply STEAL your government. Your great Governor, you outstanding senator, your wonderful Sheriff will be neutered or replaces before you have any idea of what to do or where to go to do it. If you think that can never happen, because you and yours vote the right way, you haven't been paying attention. This state is held hostage by a small number of purely evil people. Evey election most of the state votes red. It does not matter. The game is rigged by the things I listed. Just like where you are and if it isn't, it is on it's way. If Trump manages to prevail, it is a resting place, but there is only one way this can be not just stopped, but ended, and deep in your gut you know what it will take. History is full of examples. NO different now, it's just that after a lifetime of unique freedoms we can't believe it is actually happening to us.

"When are we going to have some positive developments in the president's case here?" Carr asked. Powell said evidence of fraud will be released this coming week. When President Trump refused to concede the election to Joe Biden in the immediate aftermath of Nov. 3, we argued that he had the right to mount legal challenges if he believed there had been irregularities, mistakes, fraud, or all three. Democratic objections and outrage were as hypocritical as they were inevitable, coming as they did from a corps that refused to accept the 2016 election result not for days, weeks, or even months, but for four years. But although fair-minded people know there are legitimate procedures for litigation, and that these should be allowed to play out, there is also wisdom in the phrase, “put up or shut up.”

This is why you don’t swallow conspiracy theories whole-cloth without waiting for evidence to be presented. Amazingly, it appears that Trump’s own campaign is now disowning Sidney Powell’s fairly out there claims about German servers and millions of switched votes. And I don’t say that as someone who wouldn’t want to believe it if there was proof, but there was obviously no proof and plenty to the contrary. Here’s the Trump campaign today essentially telling Powell to go jump in a lake, which is probably the most surprising development of the last several months. Well, this is awkward.
