A group of 11 senators on Saturday announced they’re going to challenge electoral votes during the Jan. 6 joint session of Congress.
“America is a Republic whose leaders are chosen in democratic elections. Those elections, in turn, must comply with the Constitution and with federal and state law,” the group wrote in a joint statement.

Thank you for posting, OP.
Senator Josh Hawley is the courageous one who came out first all by himself. He was clear that his was a commitment not a “signal” or a “hint.” Thank you Sir for your clarity.
Thank you to all those Senators who came out together to join Senator Hawley. We Trump supporters desiring Justice for our election will be praying for you. Stand strong for what you KNOW is right before God and country. If you do that, your political futures will take care of themselves. If you wobble or spin your way out of doing the honorable things come January 6th, it will not go well with you.

If the House doesn’t vote yes to the “charge” then it’s over on that charge even if the Senate said yes, correct?
Cynical me says other than getting info out to the public, nothing can happen per the above, unless President Trump has a “bombshell”..

#3... "You have to register to read the article."
Let me assist. When you come to a page that is behind a paywall which prevents you from reading an article, refresh the page, and while it is reloading, press and hold the "Control" and "P" keys at the same time. This will open your Print menu while stopping the loading of the portion that prevents you from seeing the entire article. Don't close the Print menu, just push it to one side and enjoy the article. This works for most, but not all, protected content. ;-)

FTA - “America is a Republic whose leaders are chosen in democratic elections. Those elections, in turn, must comply with the Constitution and with federal and state law,”
The President is NOT chosen by democratic elections!
The President is chosen by the Electoral College, which MAY or mat NOT be chosen by a democratic elections.
I am sick of these HIGH LEVEL politicians who have been brainwashed with the idea that the U.S. is a democracy.
They should have to pay a 10,000.00 fine for every time they use the word 'democracy' or 'democratic' in anything the say or write.
After all, the founding fathers managed to form, document and codify the foundation for the United States without using the term 'democracy' or 'democratic' a SINGLE TIME in those documents.
When they DID use those words it was done as a warning about the chaos that democracies always end up in.

I am thankful our two senators from Tennessee has joined this effort. I look forward to many more. I would think Cotton, Paul, and Lee would also be on board leading this charge.

I'm still expecting the House and Senate to quickly paper over this and go on with their fraud.
Meanwhile, the Tree of Liberty is crying out .......

My two Republican senators are nowhere to be found. Graham and Scott, if you don’t join the others in their objection you will be DOA in South Carolina.

Unfortunately, the other 89 Corruptocrats will quickly brush them aside and the Deep State will continue to disembowel the country.
