'Joe Biden has no ground game in Florida':
Will Mike Bloomberg's money change that?

MIAMI — Progressive activists backing Joe Biden in Florida say they’ve made millions of phone calls, sent hundreds of thousands of text messages and even written thousands of letters to persuade voters to support the Democratic presidential nominee. But one thing they’re largely not doing — and growing increasingly worried about — is talking to voters face to face. Now, with the number of coronavirus cases down from their July peak in Florida and Election Day less than six weeks away, the state’s largest left-leaning grassroots organizations and political field operations are making a last-minute push to get back in

Comments:

Democrats often need to be cajoled, pressured, harassed, and dragged kicking and screaming to the polls. But Joe is just going to sit back and let others do the heavy lifting.

The plan will be to use tens of thousands of Antifa thugs and BLM thugs to fill out mail in ballots and to flood the system nationwide. They are already on various billionaire payrolls. Fill out ballots all day. Riot all nite.

If there is any justice in the world this will put Bloomberg behind bars. He's effing BUYING votes! Another Rich Democrat, who may have had inherited money, but definitely used his office (also illegal) to increase his wealth. Just one more tick on why after November, The rest of the country (minus communist democrats) are going to physically and catharticly kick Democrat ass in the shortest civil war the planet has seen!! And we won't be nice about it like we were at the end of the Civil War, either!

Bloomberg's money will not work in Florida. Floridians do not appreciate this multi-millionaire from New York coming down to Florida to carpetbag them. Floridians are insulted and believe Bloomberg thinks they are fools. He's wasting his money.

I live in Georgia. About a week ago there is a ring at my door and, while I usually no not answer unsolicited visitors, this time I did. It was a 19 year old young man canvassing for Trump, asking if I was registered and who I would vote for if I would share that. He asked if I was voting for Trump or Biden... I answered "Biden?" and he thought that was my choice... in fact, it was more like "Biden? Are you kidding me?". He then shared that I would have been only the second or third to say Biden had I meant it. He said everyone was saying Trump that he met so far. I live in Gwinnett County, a very conservative county up until recently when the county really exploded in an insanely 'diverse' mixture of Hispanic, Asian and Hindi residents. I talked to him for a short while and what he shared was encouraging if only for the fact that this was the first time EVER that someone had knocked on my door for this purpose.

The speaker stood behind her remarks, but stressed that she expected the former vice president ot be "excellent" in the three one-on-one showdowns. WILMINGTON, Del. — The final stretch of a presidential campaign is typically a nonstop mix of travel, caffeine and adrenaline. But as the worst pandemic in a century bears down on the United States, Joe Biden is taking a lower key approach. Since his Aug. 11 selection of California Sen. Kamala Harris as his running mate, Biden has had 22 days where he either didn’t make public appearances, held only virtual fundraisers or ventured from his Delaware home solely for church, according to an Associated Press analysis of his schedules. He made 12 visits outside of Delaware during that period

DENVER -- College students at Regis University are complaining about conditions during a mandatory quarantine. Last week, the university announced a two-week quarantine for students at Residence Village that affects 137 students. The decision came after the school and the Denver Department of Public Health and Environment(DDPHE) found that 57% of cases at the university could be traced to the townhome village. "The fact that we’re paying so much money and being treated like this, I don’t think it’s OK," said Caitlin McFarlane, a junior at the school. Senate Democrats are tamping down talk of expanding the Supreme Court if Republicans fill the seat held by the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Progressive activists and some lawmakers have raised the idea since Ginsburg’s death was announced on Friday night, arguing the party needs to be ready to take bold steps if they have the Senate majority and the White House next year while facing a 6-3 conservative court. The effort would tie together two controversial ideas: nixing the 60-vote legislative filibuster and then passing legislation to add seats to the Supreme Court, which has been set at nine

To see if he’s a worse choice than Joe Biden? To gain useful insights into American politics? In truth, there is no point, especially in a format that will involve remote participation because of the pandemic. Nothing will be revealed that we don’t already know and know so thoroughly that we can barely stand to hear it again. We could cancel the upcoming debates and lose nothing. Who can fail to be attracted to the Tesla? That sleek, silent-running electric vehicle seems more common on the road every day. The introduction of the Model 3 has put this fascinating, tech-heavy brand of car into the same price category as the more expensive nonluxury conventional vehicles. As a result, Tesla can barely build them fast enough to keep up with demand. Nor is Tesla the only make of electric car generating broad interest. Audi, BMW, Chevrolet, Ford, Mazda, Mercedes, Nissan, and other automakers are all expected to come out with new fully electric models in the next year or two. Even so, there are limits to this revolution.
