Black Lives Matter organizer Cori Bush defeated Rep. William Lacy Clay in Missouri’s Democratic primary Tuesday night, halting a St. Louis political dynasty. Jason Rosenbaum, a political correspondent for St. Louis Public Radio, called Bush’s victory “one of the most significant moments in the history of St. Louis politics. Another indication that one by one, the young hard left aggressive radical Democrats and going to displace the old liberal Democrats as the Democrat Party swings far to the left. There will be no stopping that if Biden is elected, and the Democrats engineer voting rights and open borders for unlimited numbers of illegal aliens to keep them in power indefinitely.

Just for kicks and giggles yesterday I looked at the primary ballot for House 5th Congressional seat here in TN. This is for the Nashville area so of course only a Democrat would get elected for this seat in this otherwise almost blazing red state. Jim Cooper, long time bench warmer, self described "blue dog Democrat", good ole boy network lifetime member, and elder brother of our Little Mask it and Shut it Down Fuhrer Mayor John Cooper has 2 challengers, both are crazy BLM, alphabet people lovin' wackos. We are talking abolish police, get rid of prisons, "free" healthcare, you name it Bernie style moonbats. How much longer can these long time good ole boy decaying not woke enough urban Southern Democrat survive in an AOC/Soros world?

Abby Ehmann, the owner of East Village dive bar Lucky, has had her liquor license suspended a week after she started a petition calling for Gov. Andrew Cuomo to reverse the state’s new mandate that bars must serve substantial amounts of food with any alcohol purchase. Ehmann says that two State Liquor Authority representatives visited the bar on Monday night at 8 p.m. to observe if the bar’s eight customers had ordered food with their drinks. After the visit, Ehmann received her first warning from the SLA on a piece of paper that did not list out the specific violations

During the week of August 17, thousands of Democrats elected to serve as delegates to their party’s national convention will log on to their computers to view the proceedings. They will cast electronic votes on the party platform and for their party’s nominee to challenge Donald Trump for the presidency. About one-quarter of this year’s delegates are Bernie Sanders supporters. Most of them are progressive political activists—and many are first-time participants in a national convention. This virtual event will not be the experience they expected. And while all of those with whom I’ve spoken are supportive of the precautions being

Earlier today, John posted the video of Joe Biden snapping at a reporter who asked him if he has taken a cognitive abilities test. I can understand why Biden resented the question, although it was a fair one, given that the former vice president has claimed to have been tested (in some unspecified way) on his cognition. But to respond by asking the reporter whether he is a junkie was out of line. Biden’s angry response is consistent with the description of him by Steve Silbiger in a guest post for Power Line. Police were called to the Cambria hotel at Katella Avenue and Anaheim Boulevard around 12:40 p.m. Wednesday. When the first officers got there, they found a large group of about 40 people

Michigan governor Gretchen Whitmer, a Democrat, signed an executive directive on Wednesday ordering state employees to undergo “implicit bias training.” Executive directives allow the Michigan governor to establish procedures or basic policy for employees of the state’s executive branch. According to the directive, current state employees will be required to undergo “implicit bias training” by the end of this year, while new employees must complete the training as part of the hiring process. While various bias training initiatives have been implemented by government offices in recent months, some research shows that the impact of these initiatives is negligible. Whitmer’s directive
