WASHINGTON – Over 100 Black women leaders and activists slammed comments made of Black women being considered to be Joe Biden's running mate as racist and sexist in an open letter published Wednesday. Sen. Kamala Harris, Rep. Karen Bass, former US Ambassador Susan Rice, Rep. Val Demings and former Georgia Democratic Gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams have all been floated as possible vice presidential contenders for Biden. The letter comes as Biden is nearing an announcement on his vice presidential pick. It also comes just days after a Virginia mayor made a Facebook post that read, “Joe Biden has just announced

This is really laughable. IF black women or so tough, why do they need this special protection from criticism?

>"What we are seeing is that these women are being subjected to treatment that others in the process, and men before that has been in the same process, haven't been subjected to..."
You mean, like Clarence Thomas, Robert Bork, and Brett Kavanaugh?

Every person being considered for VP is there because of their gender and race. Not qualifications. None of them are qualified. Their consideration is purely racist and sexist. The critics are racist and sexist? So are the people involved in the selection.

Who are these ding-dong black leaders and why to they think that blacks have any interest in following them?
Heck, if these people were white they would be called supremacists.

The obvious remedy is to arrange for massive street riots, loot businesses, burn police cars, shoot at the police, and otherwise present themselves as the criminals they are. Yep, that's the only way they deal with life. Pathetic.

Oh- but criticism of Sarah Palin was ok?
We can’t be critical of Biden VP choice because - its ... drumroll .... racist.
And to question their abilities is... drumroll... racist.
Tiresome.. I cheer, applaud strong women of character and talent.. Candace Owens, Dr Rice... but , these are talented, brilliant women- who happen to be of color.
They are American first- and want to be known for merit , not gender or race.

These radical black leaders must be really really concerned about their voting base voting for Trump or we wouldn't have this blm non-sense which as of today, is a total insult to Mr. Floyd who was murdered. What bugs me a lot is these same leaders were completely silent about the ruthless execution-style murder of Pernell Trammell in Milwaukee last week. Why? Because Mr. Trammell dared to show support for our President.

The mayor has a point. Biden is a racist by definition and his process and rhetoric support that view. Methinks the protestors are either dense or have nothing better to do. Would it be better if Plugs picked Uncle Ben?

They think they are entitled. I can imagine the smell of Afrosheen and Massengil feminine deodorant would kill any virus germs in the area. How about a big surprise and Joe pick a black man for veep?

Democrat's Affirmative Action and Diversity in politics. It's not about qualifying intelligence and experience. It's all about applying them as a PROP, to facilitate the target mass.

The problem for the dems is that impact of the VP pick inordinately higher than normal. Most people don't think Biden will ever serve as president. He will be bounced out right after inauguration when, stunningly, they find out he is incompetent. Normally the VP is picked not to tick people off and hopefully to draw in some voters that are attracted to the VP. Biden attracted the older dems to support BO. In this case, the VP WILL BE the president and almost everyone knows it. The VP has to be a solid pick to run the Country.
Unfortunately the dems don't HAVE anyone that is qualified. That is how they ended up with uncle Joe to begin with.

Really..... how black are Rice and Harris? Both of them look kinda white to me. Yet they both claim to be black, you betcha. Play that race card!

Whoever gets the nod can go to sleep knowing the only qualifying attribute they had was their chromasomal makeup. Melanin matters.

In fact Biden is looking for a cleaning lady to clean up the messes he makes. Aunt Jemima would be just as qualified as any on the short list.

How is Harris even qualified ? Her father is from the West Indies and her mother is Indian.
I predict Val will push her way to the top. After all, Dr Jill talked to her.

Disrespected. There's that magic word again. Maybe if these VP wannabees were competent and loved their country, they wouldn't be whining. I never saw Condolesa whine and cry like these incompetents do.

They seemed to be blasting at a whole lot of targets at once. I suspect that, behind the scenes, they dislike how Old Joe is dangling the VP carrot before a bunch of black woman to see which one is most obedient.
