Contrasting himself with President Trump, presumptive Democratic challenger Joe Biden on Tuesday said that he won’t be holding campaign rallies going forward due to the coronavirus. When asked if would hold large-scale rallies -- which public health experts warn against -- Biden told reporters: “I’m going to follow the docs’ orders. Not just for me but for the country. This is going to give President a huge advantage in getting out the vote. It is especially critical in the swing states. Retail politics still matters.

It's amazing how stupid Biden and his media cohorts think we are. Everyone knows Biden isn't holding a rally because he cant. He doesnt even know who or where he is. It's a real life weekend at Bernie's. What do they think they can do in the debates?

That's awfully big of you Joe. But aren't you at least a little curious about how large a crowd you can draw? Don't you want to find out? Don't you want to erase that embarrassing high school gymnasium optic from the public mind? Because I have to tell you, Joe. That looked bad. Really, really bad. Pia Zadora bad. Ford Edsel bad. The real reason is that the big arenas will not allow the Biden campaign to paint social distancing circles all over their area floors so that a Biden supporter can either sit or stand in each circle.

All this is is his handlers getting tired of trying to cover for him every time he opened his mouth and put his foot in it!!!! They just want him to shut up!!! Period!!!!! So this is their excuse! This way, they can do a few pre-taped interviews, totally scripted, with multiple re-takes until he can actually say his lines without messing up, so that he doesn't look like the senile dirty old man that he truly is!!!! If he goes "off script", they can just edit it out in the cutting room. Don't be shocked if they try to use this same excuse to cancel any debates with President Trump (while trying to spin it -- with the full cooperation of the MSM -- to blame the cancellations on President Trump)!!!

ATLANTA — On the website for American Legion Post 410 in Lakehills, Texas, an image shows a bald eagle soaring in front of an American flag. But just below the patriotic picture is the bad news that the unrelenting spread of the coronavirus has mostly grounded the tiny community’s Fourth of July celebrations. “Due to the Governor of Texas shutting down the state again — the Parade has been cancelled,” the site says. “The live band has been cancelled.” It is a familiar reality from coast to coast, as the nation staggers toward a holiday weekend burdened by a pandemic

San Francisco police will stop making public the mug shots of people who have been arrested unless they pose a threat to the public, as part of an effort to stop perpetuating racial stereotypes, the city’s police chief announced Wednesday. San Francisco Police Chief Bill Scott said the department will no longer release booking photos of suspects to the media or allow officers to post them online. The policy takes effect Wednesday. Booking photos are taken when someone is arrested. They are often made public whether or not the person is prosecuted for the alleged crime, which undermines the presumption

This story is from the weekend, but I wanted to circle back to it as it seems to be emblematic of what’s going on in New York City these days in terms of the ability of the police to maintain order in the Big Apple. Early Sunday morning, the police were dispatched to a scene were gunfire was reported. Upon arriving at the Harlem neighborhood where the report originated, they were greeted by the sight of hundreds of people having some sort of party in the streets. But rather than helping the officers look for any possible shooter in the

Months into a pandemic that has caused more than 500,000 deaths worldwide, scientists are still trying to answer crucial questions about the coronavirus. Chief among them: everything about asymptomatic patients. People who contracted COVID-19 but didn't get sick and had no symptoms have been one of the most confounding factors of the public health emergency. The United States has more than 2.5 million confirmed coronavirus cases, but it's likely that many asymptomatic people have fallen through the cracks of official counts. Now, scientists say that without a better understanding of how many people have been asymptomatically infected, it's difficult to
