The NYPD is investigating what might be the city’s first coronavirus-related homicide — after a woman hit an elderly Brooklyn hospital patient in the head for violating social distancing, sources said Sunday. Victim Janie Marshall, 86, died less than four hours after the tense confrontation with 32-year-old Cassandra Lundy in Bedford-Stuyvesant’s Woodhull Hospital, cops said. (Snip) Lundy, who was at the hospital for seizures, lashed out, complaining Marshall wasn’t following coronavirus social distancing guidelines, and allegedly slugged her in the head, knocking her to the ground, according to police sources. You should see my local Nextdoor page and Facebook neighborhood page...the people are off the rails, posting photos of people ‘not practicing social distancing’, reporting them to PD like good little Nazis. Unreal.

The article says the hospital waited five hours after the victim died before calling the police. I can think of only one thing that would cause this. Fear. Fear of being made into racist villains, for persecuting a black woman, who didn't really do anything wrong.

Cassandra Lundy is one angry, vicious, violent person. Of course, in NY, given a summons. Will never be heard of again, probably. About a week ago in Home Depot, in line to pay in the self-check place. I got maybe 5 ft from the guy ahead as he finished up and he snarled "STAY BACK! Social distancing!" in a really frightened/angry tone. I was stunned, managed a wry grin and a "Really?", then recovered a bit, and said, "Drop dead". People are getting nutty. And the already nutty, are getting even nuttier.

Cuomo caused the pandemic in NYC with his welcoming of Chinese and European flights not to mention demanding illegals and jihadis settle in the city to pump up the population so he doesn't lose another congressional seat while at the same time getting more entitlement demonrat voters. Now he can't control the NYC entitlement crowd. Cassy should have gone after him.

This is just the beginning. It will get out of control. The president needs to start reversing the course and slowly start to bring back life as it was in the U.S. When people start seeing things coming back to life, our economy will heal and tensions will decrease. Right now with Dr. Doom (Fauci) and the President extending the period of quarantine only throws fuel on the fire.

As coronavirus infections peak in New York City, its morgues are quickly running out of room, exceeding their already vastly expanded capacity. The city’s Office of the Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) quietly posted a significant but subtle policy change to its website: Instead of holding some bodies in refrigerated city storage for 30 days until they are claimed by families, the city will now hold them for less than half that time. On Thursday, OCME’s site said decedents who are not claimed by a funeral home within two weeks would be sent to the Bronx’s Hart Island, where a graveyard

A generation of Democrats is haunted by the party’s infamous 1968 convention in Chicago. After one of the most tumultuous presidential primaries in US history—in which the incumbent Lyndon Johnson withdrew from the race, in which Bobby Kennedy built a multiracial working-class coalition before he was shot and killed, and in which the young college students and activists of the New Left rallied behind Eugene McCarthy, all against the backdrop of urban riots, Vietnam, and a breakaway segregationist faction—the Democratic establishment chose to nominate Johnson’s vice president, Hubert Humphrey, to maintain its control over the party. Rome - Pope Francis has said the coronavirus pandemic is one of "nature's responses" to humans ignoring the current ecological crisis. "We did not respond to the partial catastrophes. Who now speaks of the fires in Australia, or remembers that 18 months ago a boat could cross the North Pole because the glaciers had all melted?
