Barely a week after President Trump was acquitted in his Senate impeachment trial, a new administration controversy has Democrats demanding investigations and even the resignation of his top law enforcement official.(Snip)Lawmakers, including Sens. Elizabeth Warren and Richard Blumenthal, called on Attorney General Bill Barr to resign, while the House Judiciary Committee announced Wednesday it'll grill Barr during a March 31 hearing over his handling of the sentencing of former Trump confidant Roger Stone, among other issues."Congress must act immediately to rein in our lawless Attorney General," tweeted Warren, D-Mass. "Barr should resign or face impeachment."

When you do nothing to stop them from trampling everyone's rights, this happens. Now are going to do something, Mr. Barr? There's so much you could have done to stop this and you didn't. Please step up to the plate.

Stone was unfairly prosecuted in conjunction with the Mueller investigation, which came up empty. Stone should not have been prosecuted for these process crimes because the original "crime" was based on evidence derived from the fraudulent FISA warrants the FBI cooked up. Therefore, Stone shouldn't even have been found guilty.
The Stone sentencing recommendations were ALSO fraudulently misrepresented to the Justice Department by the prosecuting attorneys, who were holdovers from the Mueller team of storm troopers.
Barr has a duty to oversee renegade prosecutors in his department and insure that sentencing recommendations are fair and justified.
After the Schiff-Nadler impeachment fiasco, do the dims really think the public gives a rat's patootie about their lamebrain investigations??

As Rush Limbaugh noted today, Roger Stone’s “crime” was having tweeted, “Congratulations” to Julian Assange and WikiLeaks when they published the DNC mails. Mr. Stone (age 67) was given a seven- to nine-year sentence. The average sentence for a rapist is four-and-a-half years; stealing a purse or wallet, four-and-a-half years; beating someone, grand larceny, one-and-a-half to two years; manslaughter second degree starts at 15 years, plea bargained down to less than ten years.
Mr. Stone will face sentencing on February 20th by Judge Amy Berman Jackson, an Obama appointee; she is the judge that demanded Paul Manafort be put in solitary confinement. Judge Jackson was assigned the case of Roger Stone in January, 2019. In February 2019, Mr. Stone denounced the charges during public appearances and interviews for which Judge Jackson imposed a limited gag order on him and his attorneys. That same month, Mr. Stone published an Instagram attacking Judge Jackson that was perceived as a possible threat; Stone took it down and apologized, but Judge Jackson tightened the terms of his gag order saying, “From this moment on, the defendant may not speak publicly about the case—period.”

We all knew they were going to pounce on any and all things Pres. Trump did between now and the election. This is getting tireseome, he could pardon Stone right now, and should. Manafort too, even though they have cooked it with the SD NY, so on state charges the President cannot pardon. B'tards.

Why get angry at the Democrats or the Republicans? Best to get angry with the VOTERS who gave them power in the first place!
In America, it is the voters who hold the power to make ours a government of the people, by the people and for the people. Of course they sometimes abuse their power by electing the likes of Pelosi, Schiff, Nadler, Schumer, Warren, et. al. but that can be fixed in the next election.
Our education system has failed. Our culture is in decline. People need to wake up and do something about it, beginning with voting intelligently (I know that is asking a lot!).

I think this outrageous sentence recommendation may have been a Lawfare (or Lawfare-type) ploy to drag AG Barr and President Trump into their little trap. They may not know it, but they are outmatched. Here is what Mark Wauck has to say about Nadler’s hauling Barr before a hearing:
Prediction: Nadler Will Regret Having Barr Testify
That is, if he has an ounce of self awareness.
Of course the Dems are seeking to demonize Barr ahead of the revelations of the Durham investigation. Good luck with that!
I assume that, as usual, Barr will refuse to be interrogated by staff attorneys, which means that clowns like Nadler and other Dem reps on the committee will have to tangle with Barr themselves. The fact that staff attorneys will have provided them with questions won't make their task any easier.
Barr has the law and the constitution on his side.

Ref #15, you can only vote for whoever is running, and only scoundrels run. Even if they dont start out that way, they end up that way.
As to democrats demanding things, I categorize that along side Bugs Bunny putting on a French accent and saying "I eenseest!"

Barr can reveal all sorts of little nuggets (previously undisclosed) during a cross-examination. A skilled cross-examiner knows that the whole process is fraught with danger and tries to keep the questions to a minimum. The pompous boobs in the House are not restrained. As an added bonus, we'll have great people like Jim Jordan on our side. Further, Barr is very skilled at pointing out the reasonableness and common-sense of his decisions. I think Nadler will probably rethink his invitation.

Thank you rats. Please keep it up, pour it on. Come on, MORE outrage and lots more dirty tricks and law breaking. Maybe at long last every cowardly lion Republican in DC will understand they are trying to destroy them and then us. They will not stop until you put them down, and I mean until they are begging for a plea deal, which should not be offered until the real players are ready to be prosecuted. They have ALWAYS been at war with you, the Constitution, and every law or regulation in place to keep the kind of dictatorship they want, at bay.
Now it is YOU and everything you have at risk. Push back with all the ammunition they gave you and you better be ready to dismantle the major networks and their filthy offspring on cable and the net, because it is that propaganda wing that numbs and dumbs the public mind and covers up the crimes of the Deep State. This is the end game of survival for YOU and us. After this it is 40's Germany, USSR, Red China, Cuba and Pal Pot all rolled into one. I don't want to end my days being blown up by state goons or starving in cellar somewhere because fat cat RINOs and Republicans couldn't enforce the laws or stand up to double talking liars who admitted crimes in TV interviews.

Call our Congressmen, whether or not we have voted for them. Some we can thank deeply for their indefatigable defense of the truth and the facts, and hence the President.
To castigate (with all politeness) the Dems, telling them that they have been attacking the Citizens of this country, not just Trump voters. ALL citizens.
Now i'm going to go to sleep. I will dream of AG Barr, and Nadler and Schiff, the two of them handcuffed and led out of the building.

Stone & Flynn were never treated fairly. Remember someone ??? sent 19 agents 17 armored vehicles, closed the street to arrest Stone...and CNN just happened to be there??? The whole Mueller investigation was dirty from day one. This won't stop as long as dirty dems run the house. Vote republican in November.
