A half-dozen women of color have departed Elizabeth Warren’s Nevada campaign in the run-up to the state’s caucuses with complaints of a toxic work environment in which minorities felt tokenized and senior leadership was at loggerheads. The six staffers have left the roughly 70-person Nevada team since November, during a critical stretch of the race. Three of them said they felt marginalized by the campaign, a situation they said didn’t change or worsened after they took their concerns to their superiors or to human resources staff. “During the time I was employed with Nevada for Warren, there was definitely something

No, I maintain Liz Warren IS a woman of color. After all, "Blindingly White" actually IS a color! On "The Five" yesterday Greg Gutfeld pointed out one of the great ironies of our time. In Pocahontas County, Iowa, Liz Warren finished FIFTH! Ya woulda thought she would do better in her namesake county.

Amidst a week of hopscotching from Iowa to New Hampshire, former Vice President Joe Biden is taking some time off the trail, heading to Delaware to meet with advisers ahead of the eighth Democratic debate Friday, hosted by ABC News. The debate could be crucial for Biden, who is coming off what he called a "gut punch" in Iowa due to a lackluster performance in the caucuses, and looking to regain some ground in the race ahead of New Hampshire's first-in-the-nation primary Tuesday. With 100% of precincts reporting in Iowa late Thursday, Biden was fourth with 16% of state delegate

WASHINGTON – Rep. Adam Schiff, who served as the lead House impeachment manager in the trial of President Donald Trump, said former national security adviser John Bolton declined to sign an affidavit about what he knew after the Senate voted against calling more witnesses. (Snip) "For whatever reason, he apparently was willing to testify before the Senate, but apart from that, seems intent on saving it for his book," said Schiff, D-Calif. "He'll have to answer for that." Attorney Charles Cooper, who represents Bolton, did not immediately respond to USA TODAY's request for comment on Schiff's claim. Calls for Bolton to

DES MOINES, Iowa — The Associated Press said Thursday that it is unable to declare a winner of Iowa's Democratic caucuses. Following the Iowa Democratic Party's release of new results late Thursday night, former South Bend, Indiana, Mayor Pete Buttigieg leads Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders by two state delegate equivalents out of 2,152 counted. That is a margin of 0.09 percentage points. However, there is evidence the party has not accurately tabulated some of its results, including those released late Thursday that the party reported as complete. The AP's tabulation of the party's results are at 99% of precincts reporting, with

A world-renowned kora player says that his custom-made instrument was ruined after going through TSA at New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport. Ballaké Sissoko, one of Mali’s most prominent musicians, shared photos of his ruined kora and a statement on Facebook on Wednesday, blaming the “ignorance” of the TSA agents that handled it. (Snip) When he did, “he was shocked and dismayed to find his kora in many pieces, with only a note from US customs – in Spanish, with the unfortunate motto: ‘Intelligent security saves time,'” the statement said, adding, “Not Ballaké’s time, for sure.” The statement alleged

NASHUA, N.H. —Outside the castle-themed Radisson Hotel where Joe Biden has been staying, his campaign bus was parked and ready for events. But on Thursday, just five days before the crucial primary here, the candidate was nowhere to be found. Biden spent Thursday gathered with his top advisers at his home in Wilmington, Del., seeking a reset and perhaps a last-ditch effort to save his candidacy, beginning with a debate Friday night. He held no public events. Following dismal results in the Iowa caucuses that have rattled many in his orbit, his campaign is now simultaneously trying to lower expectations

Hillary Clinton seemingly doubled down on her previous criticism of Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, her one-time rival during the 2016 presidential election, during an interview Thursday. In an appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," Clinton, the Democratic nominee four years ago, urged voters to "vote for the person that you believe can actually win in November." The notion that Clinton was criticizing Sanders, a self-avowed democratic socialist, was reaffirmed when DeGeneres said: "It seems to me more than ever we need somebody who’s going to go in and be able to kind of steer this ship in the right direction

Results from the Iowa Democratic caucuses were delayed by “quality control checks” on Monday night. Days later, quality control issues have not been resolved. The results released by the Iowa Democratic Party on Wednesday were riddled with inconsistencies and other flaws. According to a New York Times analysis, more than 100 precincts reported results that were internally inconsistent, that were missing data or that were not possible under the complex rules of the Iowa caucuses. In some cases, vote tallies do not add up. In others, precincts are shown allotting the wrong number of delegates to certain candidates. And in

Two days into the unprecedented and embarrassing delay in results from Monday night's Iowa caucuses, tensions throughout the Democratic Party are defining a chaotic slog to release the full results. Intra-party friction was laid bare Wednesday as the Democratic National Committee sought to further distance itself from the flawed caucus process and specifically the new application the Iowa state party had purchased as a way -- it hoped -- to streamline reporting. The app was built to collect and report the caucus results, but some precinct officials said they had issues reporting the results of their caucuses through the app. The software

Before you crucify me for not condemning “the traitor,” please hear me out. My position has nothing to do with whether I agree with Romney’s “guilty” vote on the first article of impeachment. And it has nothing to do with whether I believe he is a true conservative. Or even a loyal Republican for that matter. It has to do with something far deeper. Are you willing to hear me out? I’m quite aware of the litany of charges against Mitt Romney’s past political record and business dealings (see here and here and here and here).

CHICAGO -- The brutal beating of a 68-year-old man by 11 teens on a passenger train here Monday was captured in a disturbing, graphic video obtained by Fox News. The Chicago Police Department told Fox News the beating is under investigation, but no one is in custody because the victim “was unable to identify his attacker(s) due to his injuries.” A police source told Fox that the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office “wouldn’t touch” the case if the victim can’t identify those accused or is unable to cooperate. When reached about prosecuting the case, state’s attorney's office responded: "We are unable to comment."

Diogenes is said to have asked what is the difference between a man and a plucked chicken since both are featherless bipeds. Senator Mitt Romney (R-Utah) calls this into question again today. Romney’s vote to convict President Trump of “abuse of power” for inquiring into the flow of money from Ukraine into the pockets of the Bidens after the appearance that Vice President Joe Biden had directly intervened in Ukrainian internal affairs either to repay the favor or shield the corruption from sunlight, is among the most degraded public acts of a generation. Romney very clearly wants revenge. He lost the presidency in 2012, denounced Donald Trump’s candidacy in 2016

This tweet would have been unfortunate six months ago. Today, it is unforgivable. In December, attorney Larry Klayman, the founder of Judicial Watch,
