Hillary Clinton renews attack on Sanders during
'Ellen' interview: Voters need someone 'who can win'

Hillary Clinton seemingly doubled down on her previous criticism of Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, her one-time rival during the 2016 presidential election, during an interview Thursday. In an appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," Clinton, the Democratic nominee four years ago, urged voters to "vote for the person that you believe can actually win in November." The notion that Clinton was criticizing Sanders, a self-avowed democratic socialist, was reaffirmed when DeGeneres said: "It seems to me more than ever we need somebody who’s going to go in and be able to kind of steer this ship in the right direction

Hillary lost twice. She is a loser; how can she know how to win. Has she given up wine and Huma and Cheryl and Podesta and Brazile. She must be a glutton for punishment because she knows Pres. Trump will tear her to pieces. If she runs again, she is going to have to answer to her friendship with serial sex abusers like Epstein and Winestein and Bill Clinton. She has a lot to answer for. I wouldn't run if I were she.

I hope our President’ security if is good because the left is beaten and will resort to assassination as their last resort.

I have always hated that phrase. We used to hear it all the time when the Republicans were pushing someone who was undesirable. They didn't say to vote for who would do the best job, they said to vote for who could win. That always translated into who the RNC was backing.

Whoever the winner might be in the primaries or the general, it ain't going to be you, graceless chipmunk cheeks. You're a loser who ran the worst major party candidacy during our lifetimes. You didn't think others were worthy to pass you in West Wing hallways, and would curse those with the temerity to eyeball your royal heinous. Nobody want to see or hear from you. You're a congenitally dyspeptic woman, or something similar to that. The only one I know who worked for you in '16 is a 'tard. Congratulations.

I agree with #4. Trump has so thoroughly beaten them and left them so humiliated that there is only one path left for them. And their ever increasing rage suggests they just might attempt such a desperate act. Security around President Trump needs to be significantly increased. We are entering a very dangerous stage.

I wonder if whomever is pulling the strings in the Democrat party have realized no one on their side is going to be able to best Trump in 2020 and so why not push Hillary out there to become a 3-time loser and finally rid the party of her and her excuses and plan ahead for 2024.

A majority of New Hampshire Democrats said in a new poll that they would rather a "giant meteor strikes the Earth, extinguishing all human life" than see President Trump reelected. The University of Massachusetts Lowell survey of 400 Democratic voters asked which candidates they would support in the state's primary Tuesday, with former Vice President Joe Biden and Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) tying for first place at 23 percent support. But voters were also asked in the online survey conducted by YouGov: "Which of the following outcomes would you prefer occur on November 3, 2020? Donald Trump wins re-election or

But now I have a real personal appreciation for all that you do to keep us safe,” Collins told the group in South Portland, Maine. Collins also received threats before when she voted to confirm

Former Vice President Joe Biden began Friday night's Democratic debate in Manchester, New Hampshire by conceding that he "took a hit" in the Iowa caucuses and he'll "probably take a hit" in the New Hampshire primaries next Tuesday. "This is a long race and I took a hit in Iowa and I'll probably take a hit here," Biden said, adding that Sen. Bernie Sanders swept the 2016 New Hampshire primary against Hillary Clinton. Amidst a week of hopscotching from Iowa to New Hampshire, former Vice President Joe Biden is taking some time off the trail, heading to Delaware to meet with advisers ahead of the eighth Democratic debate Friday, hosted by ABC News. The debate could be crucial for Biden, who is coming off what he called a "gut punch" in Iowa due to a lackluster performance in the caucuses, and looking to regain some ground in the race ahead of New Hampshire's first-in-the-nation primary Tuesday. With 100% of precincts reporting in Iowa late Thursday, Biden was fourth with 16% of state delegate

DES MOINES, Iowa — The Associated Press said Thursday that it is unable to declare a winner of Iowa's Democratic caucuses. Following the Iowa Democratic Party's release of new results late Thursday night, former South Bend, Indiana, Mayor Pete Buttigieg leads Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders by two state delegate equivalents out of 2,152 counted. That is a margin of 0.09 percentage points. However, there is evidence the party has not accurately tabulated some of its results, including those released late Thursday that the party reported as complete. The AP's tabulation of the party's results are at 99% of precincts reporting, with

The most important thing that happened during President Trump’s post-impeachment rant at the White House didn’t happen at the lectern. Yes, as usual, he called me a sleaze and scum and a dirty cop and said he likely would no longer be president if he hadn’t fired me. Although I still can’t follow the logic of that last bit, it doesn’t matter. The important thing was what happened in the audience, where there were plenty of intelligent people of deep commitment to religious principle. They laughed and smiled and clapped as a president of the United States lied, bullied, cursed and belittled the faith of other leaders. That was the deeply disturbing

Democratic Illinois Rep. Jesús García, along with several other progressive House members, introduced the New Way Forward Act in December 2019, to seemingly little fanfare. The bill, among many things, calls for the decriminalization of illegal immigration, would make it more difficult to deport convicted criminal aliens, empower immigration judges to nullify deportation orders, and also calls for the return of previously deported illegal aliens.
